- Daniel (10/5): Danke für alles und liebe Grüße aus Deutschland - Phillippa war eine super Gastgeberin! Wir hatten die schönste Unterkunft von unserem ganzen Südafrika Trip. Das Café als auch das Restaurant haben wir täglich ausprobiert und können es nur weiterempfehlen. Auch in der main Street gibt es sehr schöne Restaurants. Wir konnten viel in der Umgebung unternehmen und kommen sehr gerne wieder. Fahrt unbedingt zu Enricos Ristorante am Keurboomstrand.

- Nina (10/5): - Das Zimmer ist sehr groß und schön eingerichtet. Wir wurden sogar kostenlos auf ein besseres Zimmer mit Ausblick aufs Meer geupgradet. Vom Balkon aus hat man eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Berge. Zu der Unterkunft gehört außerdem ein eigenes Café und eine Weinbar, was super praktisch ist. Das kostenlose Frühstück (Kaffee und Croissant) ist super lecker und das ganze Team ist sehr nett. Auch der Flammkuchen abends in der Bar ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Lage ist top, mitten an der Main Street und fußläufig zu anderen Restaurants und Cafés. Auch zum Robberg Nature Reserve kommt man mit dem Auto in 10 Min. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Kein Problem aber kleiner Hinweis: Die Einfahrt zum privaten Parkplatz ist etwas eng, mit rangieren aber kein Problem.
- Liiisssschen (10/5): - Direkt an der Hauptstraße in Plettenberg Bay gelegen, aber trotzdem angenehm ruhige Zimmer. Der Ausblick war toll und der gesamte Vibe des Hotels modern und sehr entspannt. Auch das Café des Hotels ist super und definitiv einen Besuch wert. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung!

Modern eingerichtet und das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolles Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und ein sicherer Parkplatz mit Gate direkt hinter der Unterkunft. -
- Hannah Lyke (10/5): Such an amazing stay! - Everything was absolutely lovely! It was my fiancée’s birthday and the receptionist did everything to make sure it was a special celebration. We got upgraded to the penthouse, and in the morning he got greeted with a slice of cake and candles. The penthouse is gorgeous, you get private pool, view of the ocean and the bed is so comfortable. Also the location is great. The coffee bar and wine bar that are also part of the hotel have lovely products. Honestly I cannot recommend Eleven enough! Nothing

- Heike (9/5): Es war unser zweiter Besuch. Wir kommen bestimmt noch mal wieder! - Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, jeder Mitarbeiter im Hotel war sehr, sehr freundlich. Bei Fragen bekommt man sofort Hilfe. Die Möglichkeit, sich Kaffee und einen Snack als Frühstück aufs Zimmer zu holen ist auch sehr schön!

One of our rooms had the little swimming pool on the roof terrace which was beautiful. The coffee and croissant as breakfast were delicious and the wine bar is a cosy place to have a drink as well. Would definitely come back!

- Gabriel (10/5): Best place to stay in Plett. We will be back! - Exceptional stay, having stayed in other places this is the best in Plett. Room was lovely, clean and very well equipped. Staff were amazing, could not have done more to give us a great stay. Great recommendations and warm welcome. Complimentary coffee and pastry was great and delivered to your room if you’re feeling lazy. The staff seemed genuinely happy to be working there and were always laughing. Being attached to a coffee shop and wine bar is great with pizzas in the wine bar it covers all bases. Great location on the high street but very peaceful and an easy walk to anywhere in Plett. Cannot recommend this place enough! Nothing!

Our room was comfortable, clean, and beautifully styled. Check in was smooth and the room had lovely touches such bottled still and sparkling water, a tea & coffee station with local biscuits and rusks. The bed was incredibly comfortable and had stunningly soft linen. The attached coffee shop and wine bar meant we had a great start and end to our days. Above the wine bar, the deck also has small pods should you need some privacy for work calls. The staff are friendly, helpful, and attentive.

- Laura (9/5): Fantastisch! - Bij aankomst werden we geupgrade naar een luxere kamer. Echt zo bijzonder lief! Het hotel zit op een hele fijne plek, midden in het centrum. We kregen in de ochtend gratis een croissantje en koffie naar keuze en konden ook genieten van een kleine wijnproeverij met lokale wijnen. Dit maakte ons verblijf extra fijn en bijzonder. Je kan er ook ijsjes halen, broodjes, pizza en gezellig een drankje doen. Maar om de hoek zijn ook veel andere restaurants waar je veilig heen kan lopen. Zouden dit hotel bij iedereen aanraden! Voor een 10 zou de vloer van de kamer iets beter gereinigd kunnen worden

- Michelle (10/5): Trendy hotel in the heart of Plett - Highly recommend! - We had a beautiful two nights at this trendy hotel in Plett! The owner and all the staff were so friendly at all times. The rooms are beautifully decorated - one of the most beautiful rooms I have ever stayed in! Breakfast was a freshly baned croissant of choice and a miraculously tasty flat white. The location is 10/10 and the hotel offers everything one needs (coffee shop, wine bar, co-working deck…). We can highly recommend this place and will definitel be back when we can. -

- Sophia (6/5): Good for a short stay - The bed was so comfy and the room was beautiful! We were very nicely and warmly welcomed upon arrival by the staff! Unfortunately, I got very very sick from a drink I had at the bar of the hotel. Probably the water of which the ice was made, was infected with some bacteria. I would suggest people with a European stomach like me to just don’t take a drink with ice - you should be fine then :-)

- Cheryl (7/5): A beautiful room and property - Beautiful room and location Access to room was difficult, several stairs, not ideal with heavy suitcase and staff lift used to assist was out of order at the time. We actually didn’t see many staff and were unsure about checking in/out and ordering breakfast easily. We also chose room based on outside bath, but on arriving due to water shortage were asked not to use and it would have been better to have been made aware of this as booking.

- da silva (10/5): Fabulous! - We were warmly welcomed by all staff with a great smile and willingness to help - felt immediately at home. Special mention to Bronwyn / Evans and Price! It was a wonderful overall experience - the rooms and restaurant and wine tasting superb - nothing was a problem - will definitely visit again and this establishment get a 10/10 for us! Everything was superb.

Everything was such a pleasurable experience from the smooth check in by friendly staff to the delightful accommodation (we stayed in room 4 and had a lovely sea view which was an unexpected bonus) . June the house manager was an absolute gem and provided a wealth of interesting info. We also appreciated the complimentary cappuccino and croissant each morning for breakfast at the vibey sidewalk café which forms part of the hotel. The location was also spot on with plenty to see and do within easy walking distance. We had a super stay and will definitely be back to experience one of the penthouse rooms. Oh and they have the most delicious Italian Gelato stand !!!

- Tim (9/5): Superb stay in trendy establishment close by to everything you need! - Superb location, with a short walk to bars, cafes & restaurants and the beach is only a 10 minute walk down the hill. The decor of the hotel was of high standard and had a great look. I loved that there was a bar and coffee shop at the front of the property. Great place, staff were friendly and we couldn't have asked for much more. Not a lot. Busy bar over the road that gets a bit noisy, however didn't bother us.

- Ute (8/5): Nettes Hotel mit schönem Ambiente-Zimmerauswahl beachten - Die Lage war super, mit dem Café und der Weinbar eine klasse Kombi. Das Zimmer an sich war groß und sauber, das Bett sehr bequem. Leider hatte es absolut null Aussicht( lag an der Zufahrt zum Hof/Tiefgarage) und war dunkel. Zudem noch laut von der Klimaanlage auf der anderen Seite der Zufahrt, so dass man kein Fenster öffnen konnte. Sehr freundliches Personal. Der Lärm nachts und insbesondere die vergitterten Fenster ohne Aussicht an der Zufahrt. Beim Buchen die Lage des Zimmers erfragen.

- Marco (10/5): Can't recommend enough. We had an absolutely stellar stay and everything was perfect. - Everything was excellent. Room was huge, tastefully decorated and with luxurious amenities. The view was breathtaking. Staff were charming and genuinely eager to please, they went above and beyond to please. This is one of those very few occasions in which I have nothing but praise!

- Philipp (10/5): Great stay! - The staff was super friendly and provided us the opportunity to upgrade our room because of our long stay and the desire for sea view. Small breakfast in the morning at the busiest cafe (in a good way!) on the Main Street was the perfect start for a day. The rooms are very clean and provide for everything that is needed. -

- Caren (7/5): - Zentrale Lage in Plettenberg Bay. Super Blick auf den Look Out Beach von der Terrasse. Kein Safe im Zimmer!! Terrassentür lässt sich nicht verschließen, von außen aufschiebbar!! Keine Überdachung, Sonnensegel oder Sonnenschutz auf der Terrasse. Klimaanlage sehr laut!! Zugang zu den Zimmern über eine sehr enge und schmale Treppe, kein Lift! Ausstattung ist etwas verwohnt und könnte für die Kategorie hochwertiger sein. Sehr enttäuschend. Für den Preis nicht angemessen, total überhöht.

It is an absolute recommendation. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, we had the most wonderful stay. Simon and Philipa have created something truly special, and the entire team is simply amazing. Everyone is warm, kind and genuinely welcoming. You immediately feel at ease. The wine bar, the coffee corner, the ice creams, and the flammkuchen (which was next level delicious!) — everything adds to the experience. It feels stylish but relaxed at the same time. The village itself is charming and lovely to explore. The beds are extremely comfortable, everything is spotless, and the atmosphere is just right. We arrived as guests and left feeling like friends. We will absolutely be back. Thank you for such a beautiful stay. -

Polished concrete floors and modern facilities, the room was big, clean and really comfortable. Check in, coming and going was easy, and the place (hotel and area) felt really safe. The cafe and bar in the same building are obviously popular all day, for good reason (and the ice cream was a real bonus). No complaints at all. If you like sleeping in, ask for a room towards the rear - away from the cafe which inevitably starts serving happy customers at the usual time.

- Cynthia (9/5): - Location, views, friendliness of staff, very comfortable and exceptionally spacious It’s such a beautiful suite that you want to spend time in it. It would benefit from having some crockery for snacks. Having electric socket/plugs resting loosely just by the sink didn’t look too safe. A few hangers for the hooks would be good or having some hanging space in the wardrobe as well as shelves.
