- Derek (1/5): - Peacock was non-existent when we arrived at the address. We were told that that establishment only did monthly stays and that "they were continually sending people there". We are still waiting for a refund
- Lee (1/5): Not fit for animals let alone human being! Do not stay! - Nothing! Nobody present on arrival. No phone call answered! Kept waiting outside in the rain for over 1 hr! No bed made up ready! Dirty old bedding from previous still on bed and left unmade No duvet for me, just a duvet cover! It's all they could find they said! No clean towel Rooms dark, Smelly home Cluttered and dirty kitchen No furniture in the room, No WiFi!! Absolutely disgusting! They are just claiming the bookings and the money, but not delivering the service or clean bedding! I want my money back refunded to me!! And them to be removed from booking.com!!
