- Shaw (1/5): Bad - We had to leave after the first night and book and pay for alternative accomodation the heating switched off overnight and only came on for an hour the next day either faulty thermostat or on a timer the towels were damp there was no plug in the bath the flooring in kitchen and shower was scruffy with marks all over it the whole place needed painting and other issues fixed there are 3 double beds not 2 one is where the living room should be no TV there is no way this should be rated 3 someone needs to do an inspection before allowing anyone to book again it was awfull

I have a lot more photos if needed - This property is nothing as advertised it’s disgusting, arrived to soaking wet towels, mold in bathroom and shower, beds help up by bits of wood, electrical points PAT run out and hunging off, smoke alarm not working, stains all over walls, bathroom has bit brown stain all over it, paint peeling off ceiling, Floor board loose, please don’t be fooled by the pictures advertised. When reported to booking.com opener began to message me very threatening messages. Everything
