• rita (7/5): Adequate for one night stay near Leeds centre for 3 adults - Secure parking, Spacious apartment. Fully equipped Clean Good communication with instructions about the apartment Mattress was uncomfortable and sagged in the middle. Quite complex to get in with all the numbers/codes etc Noisy being near a busy road

• Bernadette (8/5): It wasn’t too bad :) - It was tidy and presentable. There’s enough in the property to get by / keep you going. The property was also clean. Parking is secure. You’re given quite a lot of instructions and videos to follow. The internet isn’t too great. So you couldn’t really watch a tv programme without buffering. No cork screw to open up a bottle of wine. The mattress is spring so not the most comfy but again not the worst. It gets very warm at night, unsure why, we didn’t use the heating. The instructions for your stay, condensed into one message would have been great. There is a lot to take in! 😮

• Chris-Patt (2/5): Unacceptable, uncomfortable, worrying. - Good location and decent in terms of comfortability. We did not have water supply for almost 3 out of the 4 days, my wife and I had to use the water we drink to shower ourselves, had to use alternative facility or not shower at all. Couldn’t brush our teeth or flush the toilet. Couldn’t use the washing machine facilities, this was unacceptable considering my wife was on her period and our hygiene was seriously affected. I have wrote a complained to the host and customer service on booking.com. I am hoping for a full refund because this was unacceptable as mentioned.

• Bridie (10/5): Exceptional - Clean room, comfy bed and sofa. All amenities were provided. Easy to follow instructions and get parked in the secure parking lot. Only 2 toilet rolls for 3 people but I guess it's self catering so can bring our own. The kitchen tap was broken so sprayed water everywhere.
• Clare (9/5): Superb - Really good communication from owner. It was easy check in, a comfortable apartment and close to the city centre.
• James (8/5): Our stay was very enjoyable - Great communication from the host, very comfortable bed. Would definitely stay there again. I wouldn’t call it luxurious although it was comfortable. The tv didn’t work properly which wasn’t a problem to us as we didn’t come to watch tv. All the free parking spaces outside the property were taken.

• Dion (10/5): Comfortable, relaxed and excellent customer service - It was spacious, clean and comfortable. Even had coffee, tea and sugar! The pictures didn’t do it justice. Nothing, we had a fantastic stay!

We will be back next time we are in Leeds. - Excellent communication with the host Ed who sent us detailed check in details including video's so we knew exactly what to look for and how to find the apartment, making it so simple and easy for us with no stress at all.
• Martin (9/5): Nice Appartment. - lovely apartment and good location for the event we were attending at the Armouries. Nothing about the apartment but pick up location for keys was quite far away.
