Wir hatten einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage. Die Eigentümer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles was top! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

• Dajana (10/5): Absolute Empfehlung - traumhaftes Apartment! - Ich habe in Apartment 3 übernachtet, das hofseitig gelegen und daher wunderbar ruhig war. Die elektronischen Rollos haben den Raum komplett verdunkelt - ideal für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Die Zimmer sind schallgedämpft, was die Ruhe zusätzlich unterstreicht. Das Apartment sowie das gesamte Gebäude sind auf höchstem Standard - modern, stilvoll und extrem sauber. Für mich ist Sauberkeit bei einem Aufenthalt besonders wichtig, und hier war wirklich alles top. Ich habe mich sofort wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Lage ist ebenfalls perfekt: Direkt am Fluss, ideal für schöne Spaziergänge, und gleichzeitig sehr zentral - perfekt, wenn man etwas in der Innenstadt zu erledigen hat. Die Kommunikation mit Aleksandar war super unkompliziert. Er hat immer schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfsbereit. Ich war so zufrieden, dass ich spontan um eine Nacht verlängert habe - auch das lief völlig problemlos. 10/10 – ich komme gerne wieder! -

Die Anzahl der Handtücher und Bettwäsche passte leider nicht mit der Anzahl der Gäste überein. Das Einzelbett ist sehr kurz und nur für kleinere Kinder geeignet.

Alles war blitzsauber und gepflegt, sodass wir uns sofort wohlgefühlt haben. Auch die Lage ist perfekt – man ist schnell überall und mitten im Geschehen. • Ella (10/5): - Es ist alles genau so schön wie auf den Bildern. Betten waren super bequem. Der Garagenparkplatz ist zwar eng, aber dennoch sehr praktisch. Der Gastgeber meldet sich immer und ist sehr hilfreich. Check in und Check out war sehr unkompliziert. Wir durften eine Stunde später abreisen. -

Smeštaj je izuzetno čist, lepo uređen i opremljen svim što je potrebno – od potpuno opremljene kuhinje, udobnih kreveta, pa sve do sitnih detalja koji boravak čine posebnim. Lokacija je savršena: mirno okruženje, a opet blizu svih važnih znamenitosti, restorana i prodavnica. Posebno bih izdvojila domaćine, koji su uvek bili dostupni, ljubazni i spremni da pomognu – vidi se da im je zaista stalo do svojih gostiju. Toplo preporučujemo ovaj apartman i rado ćemo se vratiti! • Aida (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is perfectly cozy and equipped with everything one might need. Everything is new and spotless. It’s just minutes from the city center, with restaurants, cafés, and grocery stores all around. The host provides two parking spaces in the garage. However, they are quite tight, and unfortunately, some drivers park inconsiderately, taking up extra space. As a result, we had to get into the car from the back seat. Future guests, please be mindful and park properly!
• Luka (10/5): SIMPLY AMAZING! - The apartment was amazing and beautiful. Whoever did the interior design deserves a medal. The host was available on call when needed and truly went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The rooms were spacious, the bathroom was clean, and it had everything we needed. There is a market in front of the building and a great restaurant around the corner where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our stay was great, and when we return to Banja Luka, we will definitely stay here again.
