• Cathy Lau (10/5): - The flooring. You won't feel foot freezing when stepping on it. Water heater power enough to have constant hot water during bath. The sun rise view is nice. Location is good. Easy access to any other part of Cameron Highlands. The blanket is a little bit too thick. First time sweating during sleeping in Cameron after so many visit.

• Nathiya (10/5): Great Stay with Mountain View - We had a fantastic stay in the family room with a stunning mountain view! The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family – plenty of room for everyone to relax comfortably. The beds were cozy, and the amenities were thoughtfully provided.

• noor afiffiliana (7/5): - hotel yang selesa utk 4 org dewasa. katil queen 2. puas hati utk keselesaan. dekat dengan Kea Farm tapi sebab jem mengambil masa yg lama lah, padahal kalau jalan kaki kejap je sampai. suara org di bilik lain kita boleh dengar. ada 1 malam tu kuat betul berborak bilik sebelah. nak tido mengangu.

• Nabila (8/5): Excellent - It is spacious and clean, and worth it for the price Near attractions spots like boh tea, floral park and strawberry picking farms. Totally recommended. Maybe can update on the list of facilities. We thought there were no fridge, so we didn’t bought certain things but there is a mini fridge in the room. Late check out charged at RM15 per hour

The location is good as well, very close to the famous tea centre, and the kea farm area, was able to avoid some traffic jam Soundproof is not good. I can hear even slightly louder noise from the upstairs. Maybe is made from children upstairs

• nrsyzwn (8/5): Very good - I really liked how peaceful and cozy the place was! The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely modern touch. The location was also super convenient, just a short drive to Kea Farm and other nearby spots. The staff were friendly and check-in was smooth too. There wasn’t much to complain about, but a few small things —The soundproofing could be improved because I could hear noise from the hallway. The water pressure was a bit weak, and parking space was quite limited during busy times.

• Vimala (10/5): Superb clean hotel, best view and strategic location - Reasonable rate, very very clean hotel I have stayed. Strategic location. Those who plan to avoid traffic at KEA FARM area should book this hotel. Upcoming shops & restaurants nearby. We enjoyed our stay here. And the view… mesmerising.. will stay again for future travels to Cameron and strongly recommended. Tv is fully accessible (Netflix Disney+Hotstar & YouTube) The room was damn spacious and it can accommodate 6 person even though we book for 4 only. Pls do support guys and it will be worth of money.

• Auston (7/5): It was a good stay despite the areas for improvement pointed out above. - The bed was comfortable. The property can be very quiet at night and soundproof has so much to improve on. I can hear kids screaming close to 12am and early morning around 8am. The property should set quiet hours so guests who travel alone or without kids can rest with peace of mind during the quiet hours. Room cleaning and additional towels required additional charges, which I can understand as stated on the house rules. But the complimentary water was not restocked and there's no water dispenser within the property which can be quite inconvenient for the guests.

• Lee (8/5): Very good - Spacious room with 2 queen bed, clean, come with google tv , good for kids. Spacious toilet and clean. Easy parking but no roof parking . No star for the soundproofing, you can hear everything from outside, footsteps and kids playing in other room.

The toilet towel rack and the entrance double latch was broken. It would be better if it were replaced with a better quality ones. And one of the wardrobe floor was also broken. It would be great if the management could repair or replace it soonest.

• Kelly (1/5): Bad hotel - It's the worst experience that I have ever met, although full payment was made, but they did not reserve the 4 pax room for me! They promised to give me a double bed with an extra bed for the first night then compensated with 2 days of apartment stay but they failed!!!! Totally cheating!! The first night was squeezed, the second and third night also worse, bed got cockroach, toilet got cockroach, room got cockroach, smell of cement, toilet ceiling leaking, very noisy as the next door unit is their storeroom !!!! Worse worst worst
• Faiz (7/5): Good - Room was big and spacious, still have space to move around and all, it’s a new hotel so the room is clean too It’s a new hotel but not really east to find, doesn’t show up in Waze, the hotel didn’t provide clear address/directions as how to get there. Signage was way up on the building, we arrived at night so it’s a bit difficult to see. It’s a new hotel so it’s a bit weird how some of the facilities wasn’t in good condition anymore, towel hanging rack falls down before even hang a single towel, platform in the closet falls off with just few stuff on it, some power points doesn’t work properly. Booked the stay coz was attracted with the view shown in the add, but sadly our room view is of the building next door.
