- 和代 (6/5): コスパは良かった。 - 料金が安かった。 チェックインの仕方は口コミよりはわかりやすいと思った。事前に何度も注意点が✉️できていたので。また、近くの温泉に割引料金で入れたのでよかった。いい温泉でした。 まず、入り口の階段が荷物を持って入るのには大変すぎた。また、受付に人がいる時間を狙ってチェックインしたのに、誰にも会えなかった。もちろん朝食の申し込みも出来なかった。きっと朝食の申し込みは、冬季だけたのかもしれないと思った。近くに飲食店がないのでちょっと困りましたが、ただ泊まるだけならコスパがいいので良いのかもしれません。また利用するかは微妙ですね。

- TAKIYA (7/5): おもったよりいい！ - リーブナブルで自由度が高く泊まることができます。Wi-Fiもついていて、卓球も自由にできたりちょっとした楽しみもあります。 チェックインがわかりにくい。温泉は隣りの温泉施設を割引で利用できるが、滞在中ずっとではないため、それぞれ利用料金が発生する。 駐車場からホテルまで融雪の水がでていてありがたいのですが、濡れないようにするためにはかなり大回りする必要がある。

- Chun Wei (10/5): 飯店與車站都有接駁車，所以移動起來很方便，如果要滑雪需要租借雪具的話，可以去青達雪具，青達有提供雪具店到飯店的接駁服務。我當天晚上在租完雪具後，青達的工作人員就就送我到飯店（包含我的雪具跟行李），假如你想在別家雪具店租借的話也可以，車站西口 - 有提供雪場接送，早餐跟晚餐我覺得還行，滑雪完回來就不需要想要吃什麼了

We stayed in a Japanese-style room, and it was uncomfortably cold throughout the night. Furthermore, the photos on the Booking.com listing are misleading and do not match the current state of the property. I strongly suggest the management update their gallery to reflect reality so future guests aren't misled. Overall, it was not value for money."

- Anna (10/5): We had a great stay! - Even though it was just one room, the higher placement of the bedding was great to somewhat separate the guests. We had a small but private bathroom. The building was close to an onsen. Also if you ask in the reception, they were providing free shuttles to gala yuzawa and echigo yuzawa stations. The first lifts were in 10mins walk. I recommend taking the early morning shuttle to gala yuzawa and renting ski gear in gala yuzawa as there are more options and better facilities compared to Ishiuchi Maruyama ski resort. Note, the place has a restaurant inside, but it closes at 9, and after that there is no option nearby to eat, so you may need to find a taxi to echigo yuzawa

- Te Hao (7/5): - 隔壁有溫泉飯店，可以以700日圓的價格泡到露天溫泉實在是太讚了，住三天泡三天，員工也都是台灣人，中文溝通完全沒問題，很方便。每層都有飲水機，非常貼心，懂台灣人的需求 沒有提供室內拖！這太硬傷了，來三天嫌三天。另外附近沒有其他吃的，地點算是偏僻，飯店的東西也實在貴又難吃。

- Minchih (9/5): Cozy Stay with Great Ski Access - - Great location right next to Ishiuchi Maruyama Ski Resort. - The hotel offers convenient shuttle buses to Echigo-Yuzawa Station and other ski resorts (reservation required). - The lobby has a nice seating area and even table tennis, which was a fun surprise. - The staff were very friendly and helpful. - The facilities feel nostalgic but are well maintained. ps. The futons were fantastic, we slept very well! - The room was spacious enough to keep our large suitcases open the entire time. We had a slightly negative experience back in 2024 when staying at ISHIUCHI BASE. Our room was located on the 3rd floor with direct access to the nearby onsen facilities, and guests frequently used and slammed the door, which was quite disruptive. This time, however, we stayed on the 2nd floor, and the experience was completely different. It was much quieter, and the guests were considerate and respectful, we were very relieved. Overall, a comfortable and pleasant stay, we would happily return. The only minor issue was that the toilet seat wasn’t firmly fixed and moved slightly.
