• IURII (10/5): - Отель находится в тихом районе с чистым воздухом недалеко от центра и недалеко от Чимбулака, ради которого приехал в Алматы. Номер уютный, чистый со всеми удобствами, есть кухня с необходимой утварью, новая стиральная машина, хороший интернет. В этом же здании есть продуктовый магазин. И самое главное, очень приятная, душевная хозяйка, которая всегда на связи и готовая помочь. Спасибо большое! Если буду в Алматы ещё раз, обращусь к Жан и с удовольствием поселюсь у неё.

• Никулищин (9/5): - Идеальная чистота. Свежий ремонт Очень вежливая и вниательная хозяйка. В номере уютно и тихо. Полотенца, постельное белье, шампунь, зубные щетки и приветственные пакетики с чаем! В коридере неплохо бы вешалку для верхней зимней одежды, а то шкаф маловат. Для лета шкаф норм!

• Tatiana (10/5): Комфортный отель недалеко от аэропорта - Очень комфортная небольшая квартира, чистота идеальная. Супер комфортная кровать. Все новое, туалет и душ современные, есть все для душа. В номере чайник, чашки, вода питьевая. Недалеко от аэропорта, такси Яндекс. Рядом супермаркет Магнум, идти минут 7 по срезке за домом. Хотя и прямо во дворе есть магазинчики, аптека и т.п. Со двора видны горы. Заселение быстрое, найти легко, приехала ночью, хозяйка высылает все инструкции.

• Batul (6/5): failed on location - basically it is a apartment with 2 bedrooms.. the owner is helpful, but the room was wo compact that i could not even kept my 2 suitcases.. i had to keep it outside the bathrooms in th lobby.. you jave everything you need in the apartment, but then location is not convenient..near to airport but not easy access to other spots within the city.. for city centre and places of attractions , you need to take buses which is quite confusing sometimes for route, if you do not know russian plus taxi fare is so high that you end up paying 4$ for one way trip to city.. that makes 8-10$ per day if you opt for taxi . i had stayed at a apartment as well in city centre where i had paid 9$ extra but that was within the walking distance from all attractions.. so considering the location saving 10$ per day being away from city does not make sense.. i spend same money for this city plus more time taken to visit the attractions.. location and pprice as compared to location.. you will get luxury, no doubt , but then i went to visit the country, hence enjoying the luxury was not priority for me.. basic amenities and hygeine was..

Удобное расположение, недалеко от аэропорта, но самолётов не слышно. Рядом есть продуктовые магазины, различные точки питания и аптеки. За небольшую цену это идеальный вариант для комфортного и безопасного отдыха.

• giulia (5/5): - La camera di per sé era ben fornita, accogliente e pulita, con un bagno spazioso e un letto grande. La struttura è un po’ fuori ma comunque in una posizione abbastanza comoda e strategica per raggiungere sia il centro che l’areoporto (che era il nostro obiettivo). Nella doccia non c’era l’acqua calda, almeno non quando siamo stati noi. Abbiamo fatto la doccia sia la sera che siamo arrivati sia il giorno dopo e l’abbiamo dovuta fare sempre fredda. Il voto è principalmente legato alla poca gentilezza che è stata riservata nei nostri confronti. Prima mi è stato chiesto due volte se volessi pagare cash o card via messaggio e dopo aver espresso (ripeto, per due volte) che avrei preferito pagare con la carta mi è stato risposto che no, avrei potuto pagare solo cash e che sarebbe passata a prendere i soldi la sera stessa. Il check in automatico è comodo e lo apprezzo, ma avrei preferito più disponibilità e accoglienza dall’host, cosa che invece, almeno con noi, proprio non c’è stata.

• Perla (10/5): Excellent choice. Clean and convenient. - Very clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, had everything we needed. I loved that the shower was separate from the toilet. The host is very responsive and very nice. We chose it to be closer to airport, only 20 min drive, but also easy to access from the city.

• Sean (10/5): Exceptional - We really liked the room and the owner of the hotel! We stayed there for 2,5 weeks. Zhan is a really good considerate host who answered all our questions and helped us out a lot. The room is clean, it looks new. We especially appreciated the tasteful design of the place, which added comfort to our stay. It has AC, which was important for us. There is a kitchen area where you can cook or just simply warm up the food in the microwave.
