- Gerrit (10/5): Very very pleased. - Value for money.
- Emmanuel (10/5): A Home away from Home - It's was a very neat and tidy place. The reception by the Owners made us feel at home and we were able to connect with the well trained staff and even the children are well informed iro assisting the quests, with their respectful and graceful manor of approach.
It was a well deserved few days and we will recommend the Hosts and Avenue to anyone at anytime.
- Yolanda (1/5): Filthy. Mouldy. Unhygienic. Decrepid. A disgrace. - Nothing to like. Absolutely horrible. Nothing like on pictures. There was not hot water for all guests. Two of the guests were elderly and had to take cold showers, which have contributed (together with the filthy conditions and mould) to them getting sick. This accommodation/host is a disgrace to Booking.com and the hospitality industry.
- Mikayla (1/5): Bad - The host refunded for the nights we left Was very dirty
- Serrao (6/5): Pleasant -
- Mashaba (8/5): Enjoyed - The place was quiet and perfect for my family
- Es (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shaka (10/5): Exceptional - It was very clean, the host was very accommodating and easy to talk to. Very aware too they even time the car parking based on the ones going out first. I enjoyed my stay, the price is beyond reasonable for what you get.
- Letshego (10/5): Exceptional -
- Venessa (4/5): Disappointing - The host seemed friendly telephonically and the staff was very helpful The advertising of the place was very misleading, I did expect it to be an outbuilding that was rented out. The place needs some TLC. There was dead cochroachs on the dishwasher in the cupboard.
The entrance door did not close or could not be locked.
The bathroom had empty bottles of soap in it.
The runner on the coffee table was dirty.
My staff was unhappy and we expected a bit more.
- Engelbrecht (1/5): Smelly accommodation - The place was smelly, the couch reeked of smoke and my chest closed up. The bathroom smells of pee. The neighbor is very close and was working with tools till very late. No fan.
- Siyasanga (4/5): It was okay, needs to be cleaned there was dust, and rust on some utensils - It’s a nice big property It looked as though there was work being done, the place was dusty. The outside area was not suitable for kids, there was exposed glass, the trampoline that was on the picture was not there.
- Wilma (8/5): Very good -
- Muhonda (9/5): Superb -
- Thembela (8/5): Very good - Spaciousness and availability of all things needed in a home.It is a home.awqy from home. I will definitely go back anytime the opportunity presents itself. Nothing at all
- Antony (6/5): Pleasant - Clean Living space too small for 4 pax.
View on the backyard of front apparemment.
- Sihle (10/5): Spacious and fully equipped apartment - Very spacious and fully equipped apartment that would be perfect for a longer stay. We really enjoyed the complimentary coffee, sugar, milk, and chocolates provided by our hosts - this was a sweet, unexpected touch!
- Wayne (8/5): Was good - The noise but it was sorted out by owner
Maybe a braai area is needed
