• Aviad Moreshet (10/5): - Really amazing place. I never tackled such a good service. Everyone were very helpful. The place is beautiful, calm, and the rooms were very comfortable. The mosquitos. Our baby got bitten badly in the night. The place offers nets but in our case unfortunately he got still bitten. But I guess this a general problem everywhere in Palomino.
• Paulien Esmee (8/5): Centrale plek in Palomino - De villa is mooi en ruim. Ook is de locatie super centraal. Je moet buitenom om naar de badkamer of het toilet te gaan. Dit is ‘s nachts niet fijn in een warm land waar ook kakkerlakken zijn (zoals bij ons het geval was). Verder verwacht je wanner je een villa boekt iets meer service/professionaliteit.

• Kavanagh (10/5): Du bonheur à l'état pur. - Séjour tout simplement exceptionnel. Vous devez absolument séjourner dans cet établissement si vous venez à Palomino. Le service est incroyable, les logements se présentent sous forme de résidences composées de : 3 chambres, 1 piscine, 1 cuisine, et des parties communes absolument magnifiques. C'est idéal pour un séjour en famille, entre amis, ou même simplement en couple comme nous l'avons fait. Rein à dire tout était parfait du début à la fin.

• shawn (10/5): Just book it! You won't regret it! - One of the nicest places i have stayed at. It was a real treat!! I thought i was getting just a room with private bathroom and i got my own pool too. lol It was awesome!! Everything was great about this place. The river is there you can enjoy and cool down. The food taste really good! The menu as alot of different options as well. It was a great experience Leaving! LOL

• Genevieve (9/5): Beautiful and stylish calm oasis - The people were lovely, and made me feel welcome! I also loved the space and design and shared my pool with a lovely family and there were some local animals that were lovely! The location was absolutely perfect as right next to the main strip with eateries and shops on your doorstep as well as 5-10 minutes stroll to the sea and the main road. Nothing bad to say at all about the property or my time there. There was one night where some local builders were having drinks with music late at night and I could hear it through my roof/semi closed bathroom walls (due to design) but I explained that I was right next to them and they turned the music down and apologised. So my only thing is that the external noise can travel a bit due to design, but 90% of the time it was super peaceful and quiet.

• yeimi (1/5): Inadecuado e inseguro. Muy lindo pero muy inseguro - El diseño de interiores Es un lugar inseguro sin cámaras y permiten que los huéspedes hagan cosas indebidas (muy incómodo) . No recomendado para ir en familia; solo para jóvenes que quieren descontrol y que no pretenden tener empatía por otros huéspedes ya que el hotel ni siquiera lo controla. A mitad de la estancia tuve que retirarme y solicitar la devolución del dinero.

• Koen (10/5): Geweldig, heerlijk tot rust komen midden in de hoofdstraat! - De mensen zijn super vriendelijk, met name Karina en Junior. Karina spreekt ook heel goed Engels! De kamers zijn ruim opgezet, alles is netjes bijgehouden, alles is aanwezig wat we nodig hadden! De locatie is ook top want je zit in de hoofdstraat maar het is heel rustig! Ze hebben ons met allerlei dingen geholpen, ook dingen die ze niet hadden hoeven doen. We bleven maar verlengen want we voelde ons echt thuis en welkom. Echt een dikke aanrader om tot rust te komen en te genieten! Het slot van de poort mag een keer gesmeerd worden, maar als dat de kritiek is weet je dat alles perfect geregeld was!
• Brittany (9/5): Beautiful place with wonderful staff - Clean, comfortable, very sweet and helpful staff! Pool and rooms cleaned daily. So close to everything and yet very private and quiet. Air conditioning and hot water for the showers were great.
• Claudia (8/5): - Sehr schöner Garten mit Pool. Ich glaube, die Manager achten darauf, welche Leute sie zusammen in einer Wohneinheit unterbringen. Wir waren auf jeden Fall mit zwei sympathischen Familien in der ruhigen Ecke, während es am anderen Ende der Anlage immer Partystimmung gab. Die Manager*innen sind herzlich, professionell und hilfsbereit. Uns stellte sich eigentlich nur die Frage, was wir eigentlich in Palomino sollen? Der Strand ist weggespült und einfach Wandern im Hinterland geht ohne Tour und Guide auch nicht. Aber dann ließen wir uns doch für unsere zwei Tage vom caribean vibe und der ganz besonderen Szene dort einfangen.

Mycket oljud från byggarbetsplatser på och utanför hotellet. Wifi funkar till och från samt strömavbrott. Vattnet i duschen luktar illa (ägg). När vi anlände fick vi inte det rum med terass som vi hade bokat. Vi upplever inte att bilderna på nätet stämmer med verkligheten.
• Alexander (10/5): - Each accomodation shares an inner yard with up to 3 other parties and shares a pool with them. This means a lot of privacy and quiet Genuinely couldn‘t name a thing, and we stayed for two nights.
• Channa (10/5): Luxer dan een hotel en geweldig personeel. - Een pareltje in Palomino. Je hebt echt het idee dat je je eigen villa hebt. Ook al deel je woonkamer en keuken met anderen. Maar hoe vaak zit je daar eigenlijk. Het delen van het privé zwembad voelde niet als iets heel geks. Leuke manier om andere gasten te leren kennen. Welke dag je ontbijt in je eigen villa. Echt alles was goed en bovendien heel fijne mensen die daar werken. Als je luxer wil dan een hostel en minder stijf dan een hotel dan is dit jouw plekje. Alles was goed.
• karelle (8/5): Court séjour agréable dans un très beau cadre - Très bel hôtel, bon emplacement, personnel très gentil comme souvent en Colombie. Il y avait de très fortes odeurs qui remontaient dans la salle de bain ce qui gâchait un peu le moment dans la chambre. Aussi, la porte de la salle de bain ne se fermait pas (ou nous n’avons pas réussi à la fermer) de ce fait les odeurs durant la nuit n’étaient pas agréables . Le fond des toilettes n’étaient pas propres. L’un des lavabos de la sdb n’était pas propre a notre arrivée, cela méritait un meilleur nettoyage plus en profondeur.

• Elena (9/5): Wow 🤩 - Il design della villa e l’arredamento erano molto curati. Lo staff disponibile per ogni esigenza. Nella via principale vicino a locali e negozi. Colazione con scelta e molto buona. Avrei aggiunto altre notti al mio soggiorno! Migliorerei un po’ la pulizia. Consiglio visto che si ha un soggiorno e una zona pasti molto bella di organizzare con i ristoranti intorno un servizio delivery.

• Anita (10/5): Exceptional - Amazing stay!! Would return anytime, especially if you can book the facility with bigger group of friends or family. If you share the villa with unknown people it can be little weird, however it didn't bother us, as not all the rooms were occupied. Location amazing, the best in Palomino.

• Carolina (10/5): Palomino jewel - EVERYTHING, This property is a true diamond in Palomino, the room was super spacious and comfortable, the shared areas were amazing and super clean all the time. The location is perfect just a few steps away you can find a bunch of restaurants, drugstores, shops, etc The host was amazing, since the moment they greet us and also very responsive on answering our questions and giving us recommendations. Everything was perfect

• Madelon (6/5): Beautiful but very unpredictable. - Location is great, the boutique looks stunning. With a group of friends this must be amazing. Rooms are comfortable. It’s important to know that you are totally dependent of the other 3 or 4 apartments you share the general areas with. People will feel like home, so their stuff is everywhere and you have to manage social norms like loud music yourself. It’s quite intimate… Although it’s intimate atmosphere, people from the desk just get in and out regularly without knocking or ringing the doorbell. We totally understand new guests need to be checked in and need to be shown around. Just know that privacy is more felt at a normal hotel. The general areas, like the kitchen, couches, etc, don’t get cleaned regularly. We stayed 4 nights with the trash of previous guests. Pillows on the couch needed a good clean. Our room didn’t get cleaned one day. The bathrooms don’t have actual windows. Some of the bathrooms are exactly next to the laying beds of the pool. So no privacy if you’re on the toilet, or funny sounds if you’re at the pool..

• Pavlina (4/5): Cheap people who pretend to be luxury - The villa was nice overall This stay has been very disappointing, we didn’t feel welcoming and worst we felt like a living automat. Everyday the person in charge was sending us a message in the morning saying that if we stay longer than checkout time we’re gonna be charge 50.000 per hour, we had the thought of giving our clothes for laundry and they billed us 75.000 for 10 clothes, and when we wanted to give cash for it, the guy told us that they are applying a different rate than the official one, it was crazy. Everything was overcharged, they are pretending to be a luxurious place where they host guests from all the over the world but they can’t speak English and they only communicate with you in Spanish, and when you ask them to translate they complain. Honestly, the worst place we stayed, we don’t recommend at all, there are better places with better vibes and good hosts near by. Good luck !

Modern Design and a lovely touch for Accessoires. The rooms are spacious, a mosquito net is provided (and necessary) and you can choose from a fan or AC. In 7 minutes you reach the beach, in 2 the main road with all the bars and restaurants. .

• Aleksandra (9/5): Superb - This is not a hotel but more like an Airbnb with multiple villas . Each villa have three rooms around the pool area. We were lucky that there were no other quests to we had an entire place to ourselves. I would highly recommend this place for a larger group of people - the area around is still under construction - it would not be enjoyable in my opinion if other guests shared this property with us - the pool is quiet small , and it could’ve been awkward sharing the common area with other people- it’s good for the group of friends not strangers - the pool was cold and the pump didn’t work , so it was dirty Overall, it’s a good place for the price we paid

When we had our stay there was no other reservations, so myself and my girlfriend had the whole thing to our self’s. The facilities are really nice and well kept. The location feels like you have so much privacy but it is only a 1 min walk to the main road to the beach. Would recommend to anyone. N/A
• Lottie (8/5): Brilliant and luxurious! - The property was well kept, clean and felt luxurious. Junior and the cleaning staff were brilliant, very communicative and accommodated all our needs. It was rainy season therefore the storm cuts off the power when it’s really bad, nothing the property could do about that though and it was off for about 20 minutes at a time max.

Extremely helpful staff and only a couple of minutes away (walking) from the beach and many delicious restaurants in Palomino There was a very strong storm during the time we were there and since everything is very open, we were getting slightly wet inside the room. Some drizzle coming through the sides of the ceiling
• Esther (10/5): Extremely luxurious - This place is absolutely stunning, it felt like a paradise oasis in the midst of Palomino. The common area and rooms are as gorgeous as the photos. The property has 4 separate villas, in each of them you only share all the amenities with 2-3 other guests. The host is very responsive on whatsapp, always checking in if everything is okay or something is needed.

Not far from the beach and restaurants. Didnt use the kitchen facilities. Clean pool. Would definitely go back here. Nothing bad to say. If you pay by card when you get there, bare in mind it's a 10% transaction fee.
