• Peter (9/5): Old house joy in the heart of Brescia. - This charming, well-equipped and cozy apartment is just across the street from the Piazza della Loggia in a lively area and located in a surprisingly narrow old townhouse. It is perfect for staying alone or as a couple. The kitchen comprises everything one would need, plus a bit more. For instance, I found coffee capsules and tea bags to use for breakfast as well as some sweet and savory snacks. Despite being in an old house, everything is modern and functional. The railway station is a (longer, about 20 min) walk away, the sights in the center are all within walking distance. The host, Francesca, is very responsive and helpful. Thus: clear recommendation, I would be returning any time. A few points that one should bear in mind when booking this apartment: - It is located in an old house between other old houses. Thus, sometimes the neighbours are audible, especially when they get agitated. - The staircase into the first floor (i.e. up from ground floor) is steep and narrow. I do not mind that at all, but still. - The house is in a lively area, so in the kitchen/living room one can hear quite a bit from outside. The bedroom, though opens to the quiet back lane.

• pascal ziegler (8/5): Bien ! - Oui, mais c'est dommage de n'avoir pu rencontrer notre hôte. Tout les échanges se passent via Booking puis whatapps c'est dommage. Les clés se récupèrent via une boite à clés et il y a un digicode sur la porte principale - c'est pratique. J'ai aimé les cafés à disposition. l'emplacement près du centre est pratique. Une visite de l'appartement avec notre hôte aurait été un plus car au début nous ne trouvions pas le linge de lit du 3eme lit. L'appartement est bien pour 2 personnes mais pas au delà. Dès qu'il y a une troisième personne il n'y a plus de salle de vie qui est complètement occupé par le canapé/lit. Attention, l'ascenseur ne démarre qu'au premier étage. Pas adapté aux personne en mobilité réduite. Il y a du bruit la nuit côté salon et canapé/lit ... jusqu'à 2-3h du matin car il y a un bistro en dessous. Il faut prévoir de boulle quies de ce côté.

• Teodor (9/5): Very nice - I would come back again. - The apartment has a more than excellent location - five minutes from the beautiful squares and streets in the historic center of the city. Up to the castle is a pleasant 30-minute walk, and the train station is a 20-minute walk. There are grocery stores around. The view is wonderful, you can hear the bells ringing all day - an incredible feeling! The apartment is modern and aesthetically furnished. We had all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay - a coffee machine with good coffee, hot plates, plates, air conditioning, smart TV, music system and fast internet. The bed and pillows were very comfortable! We would recommend having cotton sheets for an even more comfortable stay.
• Vladimir (10/5): - Everything is perfect! Fantastic location, metro is about 5min walk, if you want to go to the train and bus station it's very easy. Apartment is like a small gallery, so nice! If you want to work from the apartment, there is a desk and the lamp:)
• Edgars (10/5): Great apartment in the city - The place had everything you need for a long stay. It was clean and the location was excellent! The host was very helpful and fast with communication. Stairway for some may be a bit narrow.
• Laura (9/5): Great place to stay when visiting Brescia - The location was perfect. The bed was super comfortable. The stairs to the apartment. It was a misunderstanding of what elevator to upper floors meant. To me, that meant anything above ground level but to them it meant everything above the first floor. I have mobility issues and getting my luggage up the stairs was a nightmare. However when I talked to the host, they made sure someone was there to help me get my luggage down when I left.

Everything was provided and I felt very comfortable. Check in was easy with clear instructions. Location is perfect. The windows are new and soundproof. The bed is good. Elevator is on the first floor, so you need to climb up a winding staircase to the first floor.
• Jane (9/5): Superb - Lovely clean modern and homely apartment Unfortunately I have a disability and although there was a lift there was still a flight of stairs to access the first floor , where our room was situated, but the lift gave access to further floors ,which wasn't stated on the listing, although I loved the apartment to get to our room Was difficult .
• Daniela (10/5): A most convenient accommodation in the heart of Brescia - We visit Brescia quite often and this turned out to be one of our favourite accommodations. The location is really unbeatable, practically a few steps from Piazza Loggia. The arae has also developed very positively since our last visit, with nice bakeries, groceries and great local cuisine restaurants.The whole building has been recently rennovated, the apartment incl., and it's nicely decorated and equipped with everything ncessary for a convenient short stay. It was immaculately clean and our host was very helpful. Check-in was very easy.

The room was very clean, the mattress was very comfortable. Although the walls are thin and you can hear the neighbors, fortunately it was quiet at night. Highly recommended. Minor drawbacks: the apartment lacks basic cooking essentials such as spices and oil.

• Rajeev (7/5): A comfortable flat with all facilities for a small sized apartment it has been well designed. - Costhouse is on the first floor. It is in the middle of the old town and most of the historical sites were in walking distance. Costhouse is a small compact apartment on the first floor without a lift till the first floor, higher floors have a lift. The rooms are small but well furnished.
• Austria (10/5): Comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, shopping, supermarkets and restaurants everywhere. - Francesca sent me the passcode before I arrived. It was very easy to access the apartment. The apartment is large, the room and the kitchen is separate. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a coffee maker with coffee, tea, snacks and mineral water and a bottle of wine! There's a lift (after a small flight of steps). There are shopping, supermarkets and eateries everywhere, very central location!

• Austria (10/5): Better than staying in a hotel - Better than staying in a hotel. The apartment is newly renovated. Everything is new and exceptionally clean. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. Francesca is a lovely host and very quick to answer our queries and always ready to help. The location has restaurants, shopping, supermarkets all around. We will certainly return to stay with them again. All good.
• Austria (10/5): Home away from home - Home away from home! The apartment was very well equipped. It has everything we needed in the kitchen, bedroom, toilet. The beds including the sofa bed was comfortable. There are welcome wine, drinks and snacks. It feels like home! The host, Francesca and her husband were very responsive and very pleasant to deal with. Nothing negative except that the street can be a little noisy on Saturdays as there is a Saturday market.
