- Sandeep (1/5): All these issues for one night made the stay a bad experience overall. - Ambience and staff is great 1. The electric connection didn’t worked while sleeping because the card expired. Such a bad way to make key card. Phone to reception also didn’t work. I have to walk to them to let them know that I am dying of darkness and heat in the room. No apologize offered from the staff. 2. We asked for cutlery in the room because we didn’t had much option in the restaurant I build so we wanted to order from outside. They didn’t helped us with that and also didn’t provided any cutlery.
