• Nayla (1/5): A V O I D !! - Location; good which is the only positive. AVOID. Reception: if you find someone behind the desk, you are in great luck. If you ring the bell once and someone comes, you are still lucky. If you ring the bell countless times, it sounds like an average experience ;) Staff does not speak English so be prepared with your translator. Hotel: very old building, cannot call this a 4*!?! Hotel. 1* is already too good to be true. No elevator; be prepared to climb the stairs with all your luggage (no, they will not help you… 1* service, not 4*) Rooms: dusty, dirty, stained, hot, shivering from misery. The carpet has not been cleaned in days if not months. I found a lot of dirt and leftover food from not sure how long ago in the carpet. The beds had stains and hair on it that I did not dare to sleep under the covers and slept in my jacket to be safe. Curtains do not cover the light meaning you wake up when the day wakes up. Isolation VERY poor; can hear conversations of the neighbors. Bathroom: not much better. There is a bath tub in poor state… not inviting you to use it. Doors: very hard to lock it, cannot be locked from inside and there is no Do Not Disturb hanger so cleaning staff can walk in whenever but do not worry; there is no cleaning staff during your stay ;) The only positive is that I got a refund for the unused nights as I left the next morning to a proper hotel. (I attached photos on google review)

• Amanda (9/5): Greatly exceeded my expectations, I would book Ambassador again - The room was very comfortable, the bed was very soft. I was on the 3rd floor, but it never got too hot, I slept with the window open and didn't have to use the AC much at all. The wifi was really good and the bathroom size and cleanliness greatly exceeded my expectations. There weren't too many options at breakfast (no lactose free milk or yogurts of any sort) and the food was cold, but what was there was tasty and there was a microwave available in case I would have wanted to heat the food up.

• ひとり旅のおやぢ (7/5): 建物は古いけど快適なホテル - すぐ近くにスーパーマーケットがあって便利。地下鉄の駅も徒歩圏内。建物が古い割には、水回りなどがリニューアルされていて、それなりの清潔感がある。 ３階に宿泊したが、エレベーターが無い（骨董品のような古いエレベーターを見かけたが、稼働していない模様）ので荷物の上げ下ろしがつらかった。 ホテルの前の道路が、バスレーン（一方通行とは逆方向）を挟んで一方通行であり、エントランスの目の前にタクシーを停めることができないので、配車アプリを使う際には戸惑うかもしれない。

• Арман (1/5): Очень старый отель, можно сказать пошарпаный - Ресепшен хорошо встречает и все. Начну первое с туалета и душевой: она очень маленькая по площади, почти как в автодоме. Туалет прямо рядом с раковиной, что очень неудобно будет для больших и полных людей. Даже не представляю как они будут исправлять свою нужду в туалете. Ванна это лоток с душем. Поэтому тут нету фото ванны или душевой к описанию отеля. Мебель полностью подлежит замене, она очень старая, потрепанная и нуждается в ремонте. Постельное белье также старое, что там образовались катышки, на которых не будет комфортно спать, потому что они будут почесывать вас. Не удобное месторасположение из-за того, что улица односторонняя и такси будет приезжать в чуть ниже в неудобное месторасположение. Завтраки очень однообразные, но за эту цену в принципе норм. Чистота очень хромает, на постельном одеяле заметил волосы из гениталии, которые явно были постираны именно с этими волосами. Мое мнение найдите другой вариант, там есть другие отели примерно в этой цене, где будет комфортней.

Encara que l'hotel sigui una mica antic, te l'avantatge dels hotels antics: habitacio gran, bany reformat, confort, neteja i ubicació de l'hotel. Un encert Internet ha tingut fallades, no se si es un problema general de la ciutat

• Francois (10/5): The location is absolutely amazing and very easy to walk to many places in the city. - The rooms are always so big and spacious! I enjoyed the time spent there. It's the kind of room where I can relax and have space to think, exercise, and enjoy free time. It took a little time for the hot water to turn on, so I thought it didn't work, but this is not a major problem, nor any hindrance to prevent me from staying there again.

В спальной комнате воняло. Шторы грязные. Мебели изношеннын. Никогда в жизни впредь не вернусь!!! Хотела сфоткать, но мне жалко было даже камеру телефона. Это точно не уровень наш. Таким образом всех туристов напугаете

• AminA (3/5): Не рекомендую. - Выбрали отель только по расположению в нужном районе. На этом плюсы отеля закончились. По всей видимости руководство отеля не заинтересовано в удобстве клиентов. Отель в плохом состоянии - старая мебель, старое напольное покрытие, шторы. Обои серые от пыли, в санузеле раковина и ванна видимо из пластика с непонятными следами, то ли от окурков, то ли от химии (фото прилагаю). В номерах грязно не от отсутствия уборки, а от въевшейся пыли и грязи в ковролин и стены. Уборку проводят, но она не помогает. Вся мебель в номере старая, облезлая, продавленная и грязная. Шкафы скрипят, полки не выдвигаются. Телевизор и кондиционер из ранних 90х годов (им более 30 лет точно). Кондиционер включается, но свою функцию по охлаждению не выполняет. Нет никакой звукоизоляции. Под дверью номера щель в 3см, слышно всех поздних гостей и обслуживающий персонал. Бронировали номер для некурящих, но вытяжка видимо не работает и запах затягивало в номер. Пора делать реновацию номеров! Цена за номера на уровне новых отелей, но состояние их ужасное. Были в праздничные дни, менять отель не стали, из за отсутствия свободных отелей. Завтраки скудные, посадочные места в холле, столов мало. Возможно когда-то это был приличный турецкий отель в центре. Сейчас же ощущение, что хозяева забыли об этом отеле и он выживает как может... Если бы инвестор вложился и сделал ремонт, обновил текстиль и мебель, то это было бы отличное решение. А до этого времени - не рекомендую останавливаться в этом отеле!

• AHMET FEVZİ (1/5): Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum - Otelin sadece konumu güzeldi. Onun haricinde sevilecek bir şey yoktu. Ben Almaty tekrar yolum düşse bu oteli kesinlikle tercih etmem. Kahvaltı berbat, temizlik kötü. Görsellerle hiç alâkası yok. Ücret standardı yok. Kişiye göre ücret alınıyor. İnternet kötüydü. Banyo da sıcak su gelmesi için suyu en az 10 dakika akması lazım. Asansör çalışmıyor.

Хороший завтрак, есть гигиенические принадлежности, меняли полотенца, тапочки. Завтрак достаточно хороший, были каши, йогурт, яблоки, выпечка. Номер был с запахом сигарет, ковролан нужно почистить, он в пятнах

• Mehmet Yener (5/5): Bir daha Kazakistan’a gelsem bu otelde kalmam - İlk gün geldiğimde birinci kattan bir oda verdiler o da 1930 senesinden kalma ikinci gün otelden ayrılacağımı soylemedigim için bana üçüncü kattan daha lüks bir oda verdiler orada rahat bir şekilde konakladım resepsiyondaki bayana teşekkür ediyorum kahvaltı normal bir kahvaltı ekmekler bes simitler bayattı bu otelde bir diğer şeyde asansör olmaması çok eski bir otel yani fiyat dengesi de çok iyi değil yani ortalama üzerinde bir fiyat bu fiyata da büyük küçük bir otelde kalınabilir çıkış günü 12’de çıkmamız gerektiğini söylediler ben biraz daha geç çıkacağım soyledigim için saat 2:00’ye kadar müsaade ettiler teşekkür ettim otel merkezi bir konumda her yere yakın tek durum her şey otelin konumu otelcilerin yaptığı bir taktik bu önce kötü oda veriyorlar ondan sonra itiraz etmezsen odada kalıyorsun itiraz edersen ayrilacagini söylersen hemen daha iyi bir odaya transfer ediyorlar bu bütün dünyada geçerli bir taktik Tesiste asansör yok çok eski bir otel ama benim kaldığım oda otele göre gayet lüks
