• Eliya (6/5): - Well designed place, beautiful rooms and common areas. Some of the stuff were nice and helpful. We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. For three mornings in a row, starting at 7:00 AM, there were loud construction works taking place right next to our room. The noise made it impossible to sleep, and no one informed us about this in advance. When we raised the issue at the front desk, the receptionist was completely unhelpful, did not apologize, and offered no solutions. On top of that, we were observing a 25-hour religious fast and were again woken up by the construction noise during the fast, unable to get proper rest. This lack of communication and customer care significantly affected our stay.

The villa is impeccably clean. Rooms have exceptionally high ceilings, beautiful interior design, comfortable beds, and high-quality linens. A great touch — a coffee machine in the room, even though the hotel also serves complimentary coffee and cake in the afternoon. A special thanks to the hotel staff — from the attentive young people at reception to the kitchen team! The food was excellent. We are 100% happy with our choice of this hotel. Nothing !!!

• Marcia (10/5): Felt like home - The hotel is small and cozy and the room is very comfortable. It’s located in a calmer area of the village but still close to everything. That made our stay way more pleasant without all the noise that one can find at night in Jeri. The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of fresh fruits and items from the kitchen, like tapioca and omelet. Added to that, the staff were fantastic. We felt very welcomed every day, bringing a home feeling as we were so well treated. I need to add that there’s no exception to this, the receptionists, the cleaning and kitchen teams we knew by name and were always happy and available to help. Excellent staying and we're definitely going back.

Staff in general was super friendly and helpful (apart from one reception staff who may have had a bad week). The breakfast is good with a lot of healthy options. Being located in between properties and only reachable through a small alley it was super calm. Our room was spacious, well equipped with a beautiful bathroom and a hammock right outside. The hotel is located in a small alley, so be aware that you need to carry your (heavy) luggage through the sand.

The pool is good The breakfast is not good, very simple plates and not really tasty. It’s always the same, just 2-3 things are different every day. In the room there were few things that were damaged. We were expecting a bit more. The staff wasn’t really nice and welcoming, we stayed for our anniversary and also communicated. We asked for some filtered water, we had to buy two cans of water for the price of 15R..

The bed was very comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was excellent and our room was very spacious. Additionally, the hammock on the balcony was very relaxing. I also greatly appreciated the breakfast in the morning. The chef was attentive and kind. He went out of his way to make delicious gluten free breakfast bread and cakes for me.
