• Eveline (9/5): Wir hatten schöne und vielseitige Ferien verbracht! - Das Frühstück war gut und vielseitig. Das gesamte Personal verdient die Note 1+!!! Besonders loben möchten wir die Dame vom Empfang Frau Kelly (Vorname), da wir nur wenig englisch und griechisch Sprechen, musste es für sie besonders anstrengend gewesen sein, unsere Wünsche zu deuten, sie schaffte es aber mit Bravour. Wir hoffen, dass wir nächstes Jahr wieder Gast im Hotel Kymata sein können. Da fällt uns nichts ein.

Personalul a intrat în cameră fără să anunțe, lenjeriile erau pătate de sânge și nu au fost schimbate, iar baia era într-o stare de neacceptat (toaleta murdară). Frigiderul murdar etc Mi-au trezit fetița de foarte multe din somn( fetița de 10 luni, pe care o alăptez). Nu exista încuietoare pe interior( adică există, dar nu funcționa . A ieșit fum din panoul electric atunci când am pornit aerul condiționat, ceea ce a fost periculos și neplăcut

• Mitev (7/5): Good - The TV in the room had only Greek channels and the children's programs did not work, there is no parking near the hotel, you have to park 300 meters below in an unsafe parking lot, the curtains on the windows are not good in the morning, the whole room is too bright for rest, the ventilation in the toilet is weak and it's too hot, the air conditioner in the owl is an older model and it's difficult to regulate either it's too cold or it's too hot 😁

No parking. They don't have their own umbrellas (and they are beach fron hotel). There is not any coffee machine or heater to make a tea,coffee or any hot drink.

The staff was great especially the girl at the reception named Georgia. She was so polite, positive, communicative, always available and offered help with everything You can tell she loves her job so much which is really rare these days.
