Although not located in the city center, the property is close enough to all of Phnom Penh's attractions to make this offer worthwhile. These are small apartments where guests have access to a kitchen with a refrigerator and stove, and the utility room offers several washing machines. There's also ample secure parking. This offer is for those who want to feel more at home than in a hotel. At this price, I find no flaws worth mentioning.

• Karagiannopoulos (1/5): Unprofessional host, poor communication and uncomfortable room conditions made this stay very disappointing. - That the receptionist guy was very friendly when he arrived after almost 2 hours of delay. It was near many restaurants and shops. I had a very disappointing experience at this property. Before arriving, I sent three WhatsApp messages to request early check-in — on July 23rd, July 26th and again on the morning of my arrival. All messages were delivered, but I never received any reply. I arrived around 6:00 AM and was left waiting outside for over two hours with no access or response. The host only showed up around 8:00 AM after several missed calls and messages. When the host finally answered at my messages, were extremely rude and disrespectful, even suggesting that I might have a problem with my eyesight or phone, instead of accepting responsibility for their lack of response. The room was also very hot, located on the top floor with a metal roof that made it feel much hotter than outside. Additionally, the shower hose was broken and I had to fix it myself so to take a shower, under my bed was hair from a woman. Very poor communication, unprofessional attitude and unacceptable conditions. I do not recommend this property unless serious improvements are made.

• Christian (10/5): feel more like an apartment, definitely not hostel. - if u want sth fancy and fast, avoid this place at all cost. but if u want peace and saving, pretty good deal here given that i can cook. 3 cats living on ground floor was a plus. location. if you can stand local food, wet market is only 5mn away walking. but don't expect 711 or western restaurant within a walking distance.

• Ryhan (7/5): Good - The most interesting thing is this hotel has an excellent view from the penthouse, where I stayed. But, there are no convenient stores nearby nor the hotel has any security guards. The hotel relies on guests carefulness. Overall the hotel is a good option, if you are planning to stay long and wanna cook by yourself.
• Maria (2/5): As soon as I entered and saw the scene, I left the keys and looked for another place. I probably wou - The price. I have to say that I applied to Booking for a refund, and the owners were nice and gave me the refund since I was in the room for 5 minutes.Although the owner told me that it was my perception since that same room had been rented for a month by other people. But anyway, they gave me my money back. A room with no windows, mold on the walls and ceiling, no breathing, it was like 40° in there when I got to the room and a fan that did nothing. Besides, it is in one of the worst areas of Phnom Penh, next to the river, I did not feel very safe.
• Ayyob (2/5): Unsafe treatment from the Owners of both the Combretrata and Ananta3 Lavinder. Inconvenience. - Nothing good . Its all drama place. The facility is in unsafe place and when we got upset the owner sent us free of charge to another business owner who charged us extra money ( Ananta Lavender ) ( I paid extra two dollers from what the hotel ( Ananta3 lavinder publishes online in booking.com). The Ananta lavinder owners are full of customers and they dealt with us like prisoners . My wife felt very unsafe from them. No customer service at all. If you have your family and you are not ready to fight avoid them . accommodations are so many in Cambodia and people are very nice there except the owners of this hotel ( Ananta3 Lavender). The Cambratra owner seem to work closely with Ananta3 owner and get commision from him to bring him customers. Booking.com should find solution for this . The combratrata is far from the city and no signage for it and no body from the neighborhood knows about it . We spent more than one hour to find the house in the area. The river passes next to the house is not a river it is all the country waste collection and you start smelling it when you reach the neighborhood. The idea of bringing the customer to a cheap facility then guide him to better facility but worse owners is not safe and not good and booking.com should deal with it. I am from one of the most difficult countries in the world but we don't deal with visitors like that.
• Ly (9/5): Superb - I initially booked Ananta Combretrata. But I believe the guest whom was staying in the room I had booked has extended his stay. So they provided me transport to Ananta Lavenderata which is only a few street blocks away. So my review is if the Ananta Lavendrata. It is a studio apartment with balcony, kitchen, attached bath, fridge... I eventually stayed 3 weeks at this location.
