• Singh (10/5): - The location is close enough to all amenities, and the beach. Its 10 mins walking from the train station. The owner is very easy to reach via phone, email, or booking chat. She actively communicates.

• Lancelle (8/5): Lindo depto, bien ubicado. - La ubicacion del lugar nos quedo increible para conocer Levanto y desde ahi Cinqueterre. Muy lindo.

La posizione è fantastica, a piedi si arriva comodamente anche alla spiaggia. Molto utile e comodo poter usufruire di parcheggio. Host gentile e professionale; comunicazione cortese, pronta ed efficace. Consigliatissimo
• Anna-Barbara (9/5): - Das Zimmer war sehr zentral gelegen, sauber und mit allem ausgestattet, was wir gebraucht haben für eine Nacht. Leider war die Gastgeberin etwas gestresst bei der Übergabe und musste sofort wieder weg, weshalb wir keine Fragen zum Ort stellen konnten.

• jean marc (7/5): Court séjour correct - Très bien accueilli. Chambre très bien placée dans le centre de Levanto. Proche plage, commerces et restaurants. La gare est à 15 minutes à pied. Pièce qui aurait besoin de rénovation, (carrelage décollé au sol, volets qui ont besoin d être remis en état, remonté d odeur par la douche, mauvais contact sur les prises de courant ). La télévision n était pas en état.

• Anna (7/5): Pay attention that there is no AC in the room though it was okeish even in August with the fan, but might it uncomforta - Very good central location close to the beach . Nice host. Elevator. Old building with beautiful frescos on the cieling . The host gives you a resident parking card for free parking 1. As there is no AC you have to keep windows open and it can at times become very NOISY outside from 6am til 23.00 pm. Construction on the other side of the street , but drilling started only after 10 AM 2. No parking at the site. You have to go find a space on the street . 7 minutes walk to the closest parking 3. It’s not an apartment. It’s a small room with a kettle on the shelf and shower in the room separated by the curtain . Sink is in the room. Front door is pretty much next to the bed. There is no chair, to table, no cups, no wardrobe or even shelves. 4. Mini fridge is used as a bed table, old wine box - as a place to store things , super chip bed, no cups but super chip plastic caps , chipest plastic bin with bag from a supermarket and plastic shower accessories 5. The entry and stairs of the building are dusty , trashed with old things and a bit smelly. 6. It was clean but dusty. Especially the fan

• Barbara Romina (10/5): Piacere e relax - Posizione ottimale per visitare Levanto, è a due passi dal mare, in centro e a soli 10 minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria. Abbiamo noleggiato le biciclette e fatto la ciclopedonale che porta a Framura passando dalla meravigliosa Bonassola. Consiglio l' esperienza a chi come noi ha bisogno di rilassarsi. Non molto silenziosa di notte a causa dei rumori dei locali vicini, ma questo è inevitabile essendo in centro

• Sandra (8/5): Very good - This is a cute room in a beautiful old building in Levanto, the staircase is original and there was even a lift. one street away from the beach and walking distance from the train. If you want to stay close to cinque terre but away from the crowds this is perfect. There was a fridge in the room with cold drinks and also a kettle. Clean towels and cute little touches with sweets Toilet is small, maybe could be modernised, was quite noisy, but that is a small complaint in a beautiful old building

• נועה (7/5): Good - The location is very good, much better than sleeping in La Spezia. The owner is super nice and the room was ready before 14:00. Hot water in the shower weren’t enough for both of us. We woke up early in the morning since there were loud construction works out of the window.
• Mathilde (8/5): Very good - The WiFi was very powerful. The bed is very comfy. No place to hang the towels. I think you could easily put a curtain to separate the bathroom from the bedroom. No chairs.
• Alan (9/5): A lovely stay - The room was very clean, and it has a lot of space for two people. As seen in the pictures, the WC is close to the room, but it shouldn’t be a problem flor solo-travellers and long time couples. For shy people, it offers a great oppportunity for brief walks to discover the beauties of Levanto ;) The amenities were great, the room has a mini bar and even though it is paid, it’s a life saviour when you want a drink in the midnight. Daría was very welcoming, we had a lovely stay. Prices were good. By the time we were there, there was a construction across the street and it was a little noisy in the mornings. But we were travelling to the Cinque Terre early in the mornings, so it wasn’t a problem for us at all.

The bed was very comfortable and the location of the room was excellent, very close to the station. The television did not work, but we didn't really have time for TV so it was a very small detail.
