Bridget (9/5): Wonderful onsen but given how big the rooms are they should allow children to stay without booking an extra room - beautiful onsen and rooms and fabulous meals. A beautiful and relaxing place to stay. The staff don’t answer messages sent via this site. We had to book 2 rooms but could easily have fit 2 adults and a child in one room.
