• Wayne (10/5): Wilderland is an awesome place. - Everything was perfect. All the little things you don't normally find catered for were covered. Plenty power outlets and even wood and charcoal for our braai. Fully equipped kitchen and appliances. Bathroom is stunning with a nice open shower. Full solar system, so no power outages to worry about. It's just an awesome place to relax. There was nothing to complain about, and the host is personally involved.
• Fiacco (10/5): - Luami's whatsapp communication was exceptional. We were celebrating our engagement, and she provided roses and a bottle of champagne which was such a nice touch! We woke up to the stunning sunrise over the ocean in the back garden with complete privacy. There was even a braai (with wood, coals and firestarters) provided! 100% recommend Luami's place for your stay, and we hope to be back! Nothing - everything was perfect!! Above and beyond expectations.

• Katie (10/5): Hilltop location, fantastic views, so peaceful! - The views over Wildnerness, the sea, the lagoon, the peace and quiet. The wonderful hospitality of Luami and her fantastic knowledge of the area and recommendations! Every facility provided including a great braii that we made use of! Also the ground floor apartment was so spacious- we loved it! Nothing! Although a long windy road to get to the property it was worth it for the views and tranquillity!
• Clara (10/5): Perfect peaceful retreat in Wilderness - Incredible host, the home is even better than it looks in the photos, big space. So quiet and peaceful, surrounded by nature. All the things you’d need in the space, including good pans, plenty of crockery and big fridge with a good freezer too. It was wonderful to enjoy the quiet space and views with the double doors open too, being on the upper floor was wonderful to get that extra height for the views too. Our host at the property was so great, really went out of their way to help us and give recommendations! The property felt very safe too, just like the whole of wilderness area, we were right at home- our favourite stay in South Africa. We could have stay even longer! Nothing really , it was great! The road to get up there was a little drive (1.5Km roughly) but nothing that was a problem at all, just more to be aware of it :)
• Florian (10/5): Eine wirklich ruhige und schön eingerichtete Unterkunft mit einer sehr sehr netten Gastgeberin. - Die Aussicht von unserem Garten war einfach fabelhaft. Das Zimmer war groß und richtig gemütlich eingerichtet. Man hat einen Toaster, Kühlschrank, Heißluftfritteuse, Töpfe usw… alles was man braucht ist in der Wohnung auffindbar :)

Great location with amazing views just a few minutes drive to center. Luami is a perfect host, extremely friendly and helpful with some great recommendations on restaurants, activities, etc. 10 out of 10, would highly recommend.

The accommodation is cozy, beautifully decorated, and has everything needed for a comforable stay. Offers stunning views of the ocean and the surrounding nature. The perfect place to relax and unwind.

Sehr geräumige, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung. Küche und Badezimmer waren sehr gut ausgestattet. Badezimmer mit Dusche und Badezimmer mit tollen Blick aufs Meer! Man muss die Lage in den Bergen mögen. Wir fanden aber den Blick aufs Meer traumhaft.

I am not gonna say I didn't liked the long wait for hot water, because all of this is part of the stay and everything was perfect.

The welcome drinks and personalised welcome note was such a wonderful touch, and the filter coffee is a great win. 😁 She was very helpful with suggestions of things to do and constantly concerned about our comfort. The bed is AMAZING! 😃 The unit is beautiful, so neat and cosy and the gasheater worked overtime for our stay. We would recommend her and her beautiful Wilderland to anyone! The only very slight drawback, is that the ocean view is partially obstructed by the roofs, but other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

• Nico (9/5): Because of the beauty of the area and the apartment, we would like to stay there again. - We liked the smell and appearance of the apartment. Everything was clean, tidy, and welcoming. Our hostess' choice of welcoming wine was also superb. She was friendly and helpful, and made us feel at home. We were able to wind down after our long drive, and enjoy our stay without worries. The humidity in the air calls for a fan or an aircon - which there wasn't any of. That was truly our only 'complaint'. In terms of getting there, when you have a sedan type of car, the road can be a little bad - although passable when you drive slowly.

Our reception was perfect - despite a slightly difficult approach (please rely on Laomi for directions) - and very homely. Although you are a few kilometres outside the village, its facilities are easily accessible. Our one regret is not being able to stay here longer.
