• Athanasia (9/5): We lived the place was beautiful and clean and staff wonderful. Loved the location and view . - There was no breakfast offered. Staff was very pleasant and lovely . Beautiful pool and layout lovely rooms . The only suggestion I have since I’m in real estate is to put some nice partitions on the stone wall for privacy as the main walkway to the beach is shared to the public . The side entrance to pool has no privacy . The pots are beautiful but don’t provide any privacy . Love the decor and attention to detail in the design of the complex . People draping the towels over the balcony , some privacy along the pool area near the public access walkway to beach .

• Samara (7/5): Excellent emplacement mais ce n’est pas « luxe » - La localisation est excellente, un parking gratuit devant. Juste à côté de la plage de Milos et d’Agios Nikitas. On ressentait beaucoup d’humidité dans l’air de la chambre, nous avions mis la clim mais ça n’a rien changé. Les draps étaient légèrement humide. Peu de lumière en rdc.
• Peter (9/5): Prachtig appartement in een heel leuk dorpje - Prachtig nieuw appartement heel schoon op korte loopafstand van het centrum van het dorp. De handdoeken worden pas na 3 dagen vervangen. De accommodatie was zo nieuw dat je zag dat bv. de tijdelijke douche bij het zwembad eerst niet te vinden was. Naast accommodatie ligt kerkhof en het vinden van een parkeerplek is soms even lastig.

• Helen (10/5): Beautiful suite in a lovely quiet but convenient location! - We had a one bedroom suite and it was beautiful- the building is only a couple of years old and the bathroom showed this- beautiful marble and great shower. Unfortunately we only had one night and didn’t get to use the lounge area of the room as we were at the beach, short walk down a slight hill, and amazing pool area. There was free parking on the road very close to the apartment. It’s a lovely quiet location but close enough to the beach and restaurants- highly recommend! My only comment would be that although the bottles of water were very welcome, it would have been a nice gesture for a couple of other drinks to be left in the fridge as a welcome gift, otherwise perfect!

Nossa culpa não ter lido sobre, mas o hotel não tem estacionamento. É bem difícil conseguir lugar para estacionar próximo durante o dia. Fomos na alta temporada. Mas mesmo assim nós ficaríamos lá novamente pois é tudo muito lindo e bem cuidado.

• due.esse (8/5): Bellissimo ma senza parcheggio - Struttura nuovissima con bellissima piscina utilizzabile praticamente 24h. Posizione molto comoda per visitare la parte ovest di Lefkada, sopratutto Milos e Megali Petra. Vicinissima al centro del borgo di Agios Nikitas che offre tutti i servizi necessari. Impossibile parcheggiare se arrivate in orario da spiaggia: la struttura non ha un proprio parcheggio privato e bisogna affidarsi alla fortuna di trovarne uno vicino e in mezzo a un traffico congestionato. Michali è stato molto gentile ad aiutarci con i bagagli ma in generale può diventare un problema!

• Dionysia (8/5): - It was very clean and updated. Very close to the beach. Communication was not great and there is no reception desk on the property. Just a small area where cleaning supplies are located and IF someone happens to be there. Parking is your responsibility and on a main road which is quite crazy with cars during high season. Loading and unloading luggage was a nightmare especially when people working are no where to be found.

La situación al lado de un cementerio, abres la puerta de la habitación y ves las tumbas, parece que está inacabado y tienes poca privacidad en la piscina porque te ven desde el camino de acceso. Tampoco hay recepción ni cafetería aunque te llevan desayuno a la habitación.

• Γερασίμου (10/5): Υπέροχο κατάλυμα, πεντακάθαρο με πολυ ωραία πισίνα! Θα ξαναπάω σίγουρα! - Πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά σε όλα ενώ ταυτόχρονα υπάρχει πολύ ησυχία, και πάνω από όλα πεντακάθαρα!!!!! Το οτι δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμο parking παρά μόνο με χρέωση 10€ την ημέρα και αυτό σε μία απότομη ανηφόρα!

• Nichola (10/5): Wonderful, relaxed and comfortable stay at Akron highly recommend best for couples or those with older children/teen - Excellent location minutes from the beach and gorgeous restaurants. Contemporary design inside but traditional modern exterior. Beautiful clean pool, very quiet and chilled only 12 apartments. Stunning views to the sea and countryside. Had a fridge and coffee and tea making equipment. (should have advertised the fridge as that wasn’t clear on info and was super helpful) beds were super comfy and so quiet at night slept so well. There is a footpath down to the beach so when by pool a little overlooked and occasional moped going down which they should probably disallow. A fence or some more trees in that edge would be a benefit but it didn’t ruin our stay there. Can’t fault anything else would definitely go back.

• Niki (9/5): Lovely tasteful hotel at the quiet end of Agios - Everything was newly built with great quality materials. Amazing shower. The quiet and cooler location suited us well. The pool area was so tasteful that we ended up using the pool on Lefkada! The hosts were great at communicating over whatsapp and even let us check in a bit earlier, after a rather unfortunate experience in another pension. The extra sofa bed was lacking any padding. It was too hard even for a small child to sleep on, which has never been a problem before. We received a mattress protector to use as extra padding, but I would advise to test these sofa beds and get some real top mattresses for them.

• Alice (7/5): Nice and quiet stay - Great location and nice little shortcut via the hotel to the beach. Cleaners were very friendly and cleaned the room daily to an outstanding level. Specifically booked a sea view room, with the images on booking.com listed for this room type showing a very obvious sea view, yet didn’t get one, just a lower floor, pool and garden view. Asked twice when we arrived if there was a sea view room available to told they were fully booked which was a massive disappointment. Room lacked some amenities you would expect in “luxury villas”. Such as: Wine glasses Corkscrew/bottle opener Kettle for hot water (not just coffee maker) Outside drying rack for towels etc so didn’t have to hang over the balcony (the balconies are large so definitely space for this)

• Hanneke (7/5): - Locatie was prima om zo dorp in te lopen. Nieuw complex en fijn zwembad. Is heel klein dorp, maar het lijkt of je helemaal in het groen zit. Geen hotel, geen appartement, maar een kamer. Kamer was modern en nieuw, maar sfeerloos. Leek wel een luxe ziekenhuiskamer. Thee moest gemaakt worden via Nespresso koffiezetapparaat. Parkeren aan de hoofdweg, wat niet meeviel. Je kunt wel contact opnemen met iemand, maar ter plekke geen service.

Γενικά σε όλο το χωριό Άγιος Νικήτας, στους μήνες αιχμής (Ιούλιος Αύγουστος) υπάρχει τεράστιο πρόβλημα με το παρκιγκ. Δίπλα στο ξενοδοχείο υπάρχει νεκροταφείο ( για τους προληπτικούς)
• Dr. Sebastian Fischer (5/5): Unbefriedigend - Die Fotos beschönigen ungemein und geben kaum die Realität wieder. Statt Ausblick auf das Meer und das Städtchen blickt Mansur einen unmittelbar angrenzenden Friedhof, einen großräumigen Müllplatz und eine verlassene Baustelle.

• Sulo (10/5): - Μακραν το καλύτερο ξενοδοχείο που έχουμε διανυκτερεύσει.Το προσωπικό πολύ εξυπηρετικό και ευγενικό .Το δωμάτιο πάρα πολύ καθαρό,και επίσης μας το καθάριζαν καθημερινά.Επιπλέον,η πισίνα και ο εξωτερικός χώρος καθαρίζονταν επίσης καθημερινά .Βρίσκεται περίπου 3 λεπτά με τα πόδια από την παραλία του Αγίου Νικήτα και ούτε 10 λεπτά από το κάθισμα,όπου είναι πιο οργανωμένη παραλία.Το πάρκινγκ είναι δημόσιο στο δρόμο πάνω από το ξενοδοχείο. Θα ήθελα να περιελάμβανε και πρωινό,κατά τα άλλα όλα τέλεια.

• Philip (8/5): Good place to stay with minor follow-ups - It is brand new - we were the 5th or 6th guests in the property. Well designed. Very comfortable beds and pillows, nice pool and outside area, good view from the second floor. Nice nespresso machine. Very convenient location just 2 minutes away from all the tavernas in Agios Nikitas. Great location especially if you don't have a car. Michael who met us is very nice, helped us find a parking spot when we arrive. Overall, really nice place to stay - especially once they fix the things I mention below. I would rate 10 for this property but the following things were really missing. We were in the suite - which is supposed to have fully equipped kitchen but actually you have a big kitchen but pretty much empty - 4 plates, 4 forks, 4 knives, 4 small water glasses and 4 espresso cups. No tea mugs, no water heater, not a proper water glass, no proper knife to even cut fruit, not even a bowl to make fruit salad. No wine opener or ice maker form in the fridge, no towel hanger - you had put your towel on the railing on the terrace or on the chairs. In short - just didn't make sense to have this suite as you cannot even prepare a breakfast there, I wouldn't go as far as cooking dinner, nor I wanted to - it is not that kind of place, despite the kitchen. It was just giving you a feeling that the place was started in a hurry to catch the season and not paid attention to the details while all this could be resolved for 50 eur in the first supermarket. Same situation in the bathroom - no shelf in the shower for the shampoo, no soap holder next to the sink - they provide super nice quality olive oil soap but you need to put it on the shelf next to the sink - just doesn't make sense. Really recommend the owner who is not local to come and spend a few days in his place as a guest and fix these minor things - they are really small and cheap but essential for the good stay in the place. Also we had some electricity problems after a storm - it was an accident but left us in the dark in the bedroom for the last night as it could not be resolved immediately. This is just FYI - parking can be a nightmare in the high season. As others noted - it is located right next to a very beautiful village graveyard if it bothers somebody but the rooms look the other way.

• Johno (7/5): Clean and comfortable place close to Kathisma Beach - There was a nice pool and the rooms are comfortable. It is not far to walk to Kathisma beach and also to the beautiful hidden Mylos beach. Very beautiful. The property is located right next door to a cemetery which is kind of spooky. And on another side there is simple grass and rubbish. It looks very bad. There was no breakfast option.

• Octavian Tudor (10/5): Cazare de calitate. Oameni harnici și foarte amabili. - Oameni foarte amabili și harnici. Construcție nouă, bine finisată și dotată. Stațiunea este frumoasă, cazarea fiind la 5 minute de mers pe jos de plajă. Are piscină dar n-am folosit-o. Curățenie au făcut zilnic, din inițiativa lor. Mai au un pic de lucru până termină complet camerele dar e OK și acum (de montat pe perete uscătorul de păr, de fixat un suport în cabina de duș pentru cosmetice, uscător pentru rufe pe balcon ar fi util, chestiuni minore de genul). În partea din spate a clădirii, către ușa de acces în cameră, este un foarte mic cimitir bine îngrijit. Nu se vede din camere, acestea având vedere către mare și piscină dar e bine de știut, unii oameni fiind poate sensibili la detalii de genul. Pentru noi n-a fost o problemă. Parcarea poate fi dificilă în zonă uneori. Noi ne-am descurcat bine și am stat 9 nopți.
• Jane (8/5): - Good location, exceptionally clean, comfy beds, great pool. Lovely bathroom. Nowhere to unpack. We had 4 hangers and no drawers. It stated kettle but we only had a coffee machine. We purchased spoons and bowl so we could eat breakfast on the balcony.
• Sheila (10/5): Exceeded expectations. - The pool is amazing, spotless, beautifully built. The sunbeds are comfy, the umbrellas easy to put up. The room was decorated to a high standard, the bed very comfortable and the shower exceptional. The housekeeping lady was lovely, visited every day, cleaned, changed bedding and towels when needed, scrupulous. The pool guy was polite, friendly and helpful. By far the best type of ‘studio’ ever. Five minutes walk to the beach. Excellent WiFi and air con. Gorgeous towels. Nit picking now, I would have preferred a kettle to the nespresso coffee machine as I don’t drink coffee, the fridge was essential for cold drinks. Limited clothes hanging space.
• Claire (8/5): - This property has been finished to a high standard and is a great location to explore the local town, Agios Nikitas! We especially loved the brand new pool and spent many an afternoon here. It was incredibly clean and fresh. The cleaners were fabulous and cleaned our room everyday. There is no private parking at the property and more often than not you will have a car to explore the island, so getting a parking spot was tricky when it was public parking. There also aren’t many facilities here or in the room, just a fridge.

It was a great start to our Greek holiday. - The property is in a great location and the room was wonderful with a really comfortable bed and nice modern bedroom. We enjoyed the pool and the proximity to walking to Agios Nakitas on our doorstep. The pool looks onto a building dump site which is likely out of control for the property but at the time of writing is an eye sore. While the place is modern and lovely, it felt like elements of the bathroom were designed for look and not practical, an example is there is no place in the shower to put your washing liquids/shampoos etc (except the floor) and the wash basin doesn’t have a soap holder (they gift you hand soap that is not in a squeeze bottle), it would be nice to include those in the bathrooms.

• susie (5/5): good location and pool but terrible self catering. overpriced. - the location in the village was great and the pool was lovely. the sofa bed was a good size double the room was so ill equipped that we couldn't make a meal or a cup of tea- we paid £235 a night and there were no bowls/ no mugs/ no kettle/ no cooking equipment or utensils- we had bought food to make our meals and so very disappointed. also no parking so spent 40 mins parking and walking to the property as it was so busy.

• Elina (10/5): - The hotel and its building are brand new, with a great swimming pool and an exceptional location. It's quiet, and 3 minutes walk from the beach. The owner and staff were great people, kind and helpful whenever we needed them. Would definitely visit again!
• Dionne (10/5): - The property was so peaceful yet had everything. It is located in the heart of good night life and beaches restaurants and busy with tourists.
• Svetla (10/5): We felt better than our home - The best pool ever . So clean and good looking . Great relaxation and calmness. The personnel cleans the room every day . The owners are really kind and great people. You have full privacy there so you can really rest . Designer rooms in minimalistic style . In reality the place looks even better. 10 steps away from the Center. Highly recommended . We will go back there again :) No such thing
