Guest Reviews
- Zak (10/5): Refreshing - Very peaceful, Clean and refreshing atmosphere N/A
- Susan (10/5): Excellent -
- Judith (9/5): - The house was well equipped, the lounge comfortable and the shower works well. The kitchen goods were all easy to use and worked well. The utensils etc were adequate for all basic meal prep. The garden would be lovely to use in the Summer.
The heating controls were easy to adjust to get the house warmed through, and though the temp dropped at night it quickly warmed up in the morning.
The house had been decorated beautifully for Christmas, and the welcome hamper was a very nice touch. The second double bed being on the large landing rather in an enclosed room isn't ideal as the twin bedded room is only accessed through it.
The pillows on the upstairs double bed were too firm for comfort.
- Naomi (8/5): Would stay again at this place out it was great for a family or even just two of you. The price was amazing for the size - This bungalow is actually quite big and able to sleep 6 people.
It was great at keeping the heat in and stayed warm throughout our stay.
It was very cosy and home from home It is quite dated (but I didn’t mind this) and had a little bit of a stale smell downstairs
- Bob (10/5): Relaxing -
- Rachael (10/5): Amazing, relaxing stay! - It was like home from home. Lovely and cosy!!
- Linda (10/5): Excellant property, excellant views, excellant everything - We liked everthing about the location. The property was wonderful, a real home from home. Would definately book again. A freezer would have been nice but not having one did not affect our stay.
- James (10/5): Exceptional - Really nice place, great location, clean and tidy Everything was fine
- Andrea (10/5): Peaceful cottage in a quiet location near Tywyn. - A great relaxing week spent in a lovely location to celebrate our parents Emerald Anniversary with family. Ideally placed for days out.
Peaceful nights as no traffic.
Well equipped with games and toys for children.,
Welcome pack which included milk was a treat, especially after a long journey.
Dog friendly.
Would definitely recommend to family and friends. Needs an anti slip mat for the bath.
- Harjit (9/5): Superb -
- Bettridge (9/5): Overall very nice and will go back. - Excellent location, clean and lots of space. We could not find the iron and ironing board. No TV in dinning room as stated. Shower head loose.
- Joanna (8/5): Good thanks -
- Thomas (7/5): Good - . .
- Susie (8/5): A lovely trip. We’ll definitely look to book again! - Clean, comfortable - well equipped. Comfy beds! Piano in the dining room too, lovely! Bedrooms were lovely and modern. A lovely gesture of the little welcome hamper too! Short drive to the beach which was quiet.
- Philip (7/5): Good - Could not get the TV to work properly - no terrestrial/Freeview channels. All that was really available was YouTube. We don't subscribe to pay for view channels but TV assumed that you did.
- Peter (8/5): A mid Wales gem! - Very close to the beach!
Lovely welcome pack which was very welcome after the long drive!
Would definitely go back! A little traffic noise late at night
- Marija (8/5): Nice stop for the Race the Train run! - Really lovely home with a garden, loved the little hamper with coffee - much appreciated! The booking was managed by Cottages.com, who repeatedly ignored my questions for three weeks (!). Also, the owner only provided one roll of toilet paper and reacted a bit strangely to being asked if there was any more. Made me feel awkward and really felt unnecessary - we're paying half a grand to stay two nights and you're cheaping out by giving four people a single roll of toilet paper?
- John (10/5): Excellent value for money. - Great location. Modern bedrooms. Lovely welcome hamper. Fab selection of books and toys. N/A
- Kevin (10/5): Great Home lovely place - What a lovely home, very nice owner and neighbours, property was perfect. Also has a lovely garden complete with retractable washing lines and pegs.
Marvelous house, marvelous area, marvelous holiday, thanks. Nothing, it was perfect.
- Michele (10/5): Exceptional -
