• Edyta (10/5): EXTRA - Wszystko było super. Blisko centrum, blisko morza. Wygodne łóżko. Mieszkanie wyposażone we wszystkie sprzęty potrzebne na wyjeździe (pralka, zmywarka). Mimo chłodnych nocy było bardzo ciepło dzięki kaloryferom. Miły gospodarz, szybko odpowiada na wiadomości. Po prostu super.

• Ioana (9/5): - The location was excellent — one of the best areas in Palermo, close to the sea and with safe, spacious free parking nearby. The apartment itself was large and comfortable, matching our needs perfectly. The cleanliness could be improved. I know Palermo is a very dusty city, but I still needed to clean the floor daily and it never felt fully clean during our stay. With more attention to this, the experience would be much better.
• Sebnem (9/5): Very cozy, comfortable stay in the heart of Palermo - The flat was beautifully modernized with comfortable furniture’s nice bathroom and kitchen, and the very comfortable bed. There was toasted bread and cookies plus some jam in the refrigerator, which was wonderful coffee machine was complicated ;so I didn’t touch it but there’s coffee if you want a middle size coffee cup edition will be very useful because they only have either very small or very big ones. The street is quiet but very nicely illuminated at night. I felt very safe and I was very comfortable during my stay. I like everything about the property however, if you want to use electronic equipment at the same time, like washing your clothes or so, talk to the property manager, because apparently Palermo does not support so much electricity at the same time, but this has nothing to do with the house

• L'HERITIER (10/5): Très sympa - Appartement spacieux très bien placé, calme et frais la nuit, quartier très agréable. Supermarché Famila à 50m et navette gratuite à 1mn du logement sans compter les bars et restos sympas. Une bonne adresse !
• Mélissa (10/5): Superbe appartement à Palerme - Très bel appartement, spacieux, avec tout le nécessaire et lit confortable. Proximité avec des parkings et le centre historique est à quelques minutes à pied. La nuit, les alentours de l'hébergement ne sont pas toujours éclairés.

• Manuela (10/5): - Zona bellissima perché hai sia la parte del centro storico che la parte nuova de la Cala. Quindi a piedi puoi passeggiare tra le attrazioni storiche, trovare tutto il cibo tipico e passeggiare sul molo. La casetta in sé è arredata bene, moderna e pulita. C’è tutto, dalla lavatrice alla lavastoviglie, attrezzi per la cucina, Wi-Fi e Smart tv. Il letto matrimoniale è comodissimo! La poltrona diventa letto singolo. Fate solo un po’ più attenzione ai dettagli della pulizia.

• Josep (9/5): Muy buena opción en Palermo - Muy bien ubicado, en una calle tranquila al lado del Museo del Pupi. Muy silencioso. Cerca de Piazza Marina y de Via Umberto I. Supermercado muy cerca. El apartamento cuenta con todo lo necesario, y es muy cómodo. El check-in y el check-out muy fácil, gracias a la buena comunicación con los propietarios. Muy recomendable. Todo muy bien.
• Izaskun (8/5): Molto Bene - La cama es cómoda y el piso está muy bien. La zona es muy tranquila y el centro está como a 20 minutos. Desde luego si volvemos a Palermo lo volveria a reservar Tuvimos problema al llegar con las llaves, pero en seguida lo solucionamos gracias al vecino. A pesar de ello volveria.

Una cosa che attualmente non è presente in struttura e che a mio avviso potrebbe essere un ulteriore plus per l'esperienza totale, già molto positiva, è una piccola macchinetta da caffè a capsule/cialde.
• Jürgen (10/5): Perfekte Unterkunft im Herzen von Palermo! - Die Unterkunft liegt ideal, mitten im Herzen von Palermo – man erreicht alle Sehenswürdigkeiten bequem zu Fuß. Die Zimmer sind schön, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Da die Unterkunft zentral liegt, ist es nicht ganz ruhig – aber das gehört in einer lebendigen Stadt wie Palermo einfach dazu. Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Empfehlenswert!

• Aliaksandr (5/5): Mediocre property, nothing Deluxe - The only good thing is location: quite close to Palermo Centrale station and near historical center Very ordinary property, nothing Deluxe. It is much smaller than expected, ca. 40-45 m² – very very far from 65m² stated in description... Coffee machine was missing, instead there was a opened can of instant coffee which I believe some of guests bought before – it means, the owner knows about it, but doesn't care. The "garden view" in reality is view on abandoned land piece. It has a gas boiler, quite capricious, and it fully broke before last night, so I had to have a cold shower before leaving. Very disappointing is not even the property itself (it is in fact quite comfortable if not broken boiler), but the fact that owner doesn't care about equipment and accuracy in description, or maybe simply lies 😔
