• YUKA (7/5): お風呂場がもう少し綺麗なら最高点でした。 - トイレとお風呂が別々で使いやすく、お部屋は綺麗で過ごしやすかった。電子レンジ、大きめな冷蔵庫、洗濯機があったのがとても良かった。追加料金もわざわざ取りに来て頂き、対応もとても良かった。 お風呂場のカビ、排水溝の流れが悪かったのと、テレビななかったのが残念でした その他は最適でした

• SHUJI (5/5): この度はお世話になりました。ありがとうございます。 - 立地が良かったです。学園側から歩いて近いですし スーパーとコンビニ、ご飯屋さんは困らないです。 お風呂とトイレが別。あとはこの季節にしては部屋の中が暖かいです。 まず皆さんが口コミされているように、玄関から二階に上がる階段が狭いのと、玄関の扉を開けて、入室するまでに靴脱ぐのと荷物を抱えながらだと一苦労します...キャリー系はかなり大変かと。 そしてキッチン道具の既存のまな板が木製ですが、黒ずんでいて衛生的にもこわいです。スポンジは新しいのではなく、使用済みが置かれていたこと。カトラリー類も水滴が拭ききれてないような跡が全てにあったため、100均で必要なものは自分たちで揃えました。 テーブルの引き出しには何故か安全ピンの針が出たままのものが数個入っており、不気味でしたし危ないです。。。 あと1階フロアからの音漏れが大きく聞こえます。 ご飯食べるテーブルも2人で使用する想定でも配置含めてかなり食べづらいです。1人用のワーキングスペース程度のテーブルでした。 それに簡易の折りたたみの椅子です。

• nurul Syuhadah (10/5): Awesome - It was good place to stay after a long walk around tokyo. It is nearby with metro station so quite convenient for us. no instruction in english on remote. So quite difficult for us to use remote
• Manuel (9/5): Traumhafte Lage und schöne Wohnung - Die Lage ist absolut großartig: Vom Flughafen Narita mit der Keisei-Linie ist man schnell dort. Und der Bahnhof Kita-Senju in der Nähe hat nicht nur Essensangebote in großer Variation, sondern bietet auch Verbindungen in die ganze Stadt. Asakusa und Skytree sind nicht weit. Auch Shinkansen und eine Direktverbindung nach Tobu Nikko fahren ab Kita Senju. Die Wohnung liegt gleichzeitig sehr ruhig in einer Seitenstraße. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr unkompliziert. Eine tolle und gemütliche Unterkunft! Alles war super.

• Lucia (10/5): Perfecto apartamento para una semana tranquila - El apartamento está en un barrio super tranquilo, me encantó la ubicación para 1 semana en Tokyo. A 5 minutos de varias líneas de metro y tren que te conectan con el centro, con supermercado a 1 minuto y restaurantes cerca. Las camas son cómodas, firmes pero cómodas y el apartamento es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario, está impecable, tiene cojines de sobras, mantas, pequeña cocina con lo básico pero suficiente, toallas y lavadora. También hay jabones y para limpiar platos y aceite y sal básicos para cocinar. Nos encantó todo, repetiríamos seguro porque nos sentimos como en casa. La comunicación e instrucciones son muy sencillas, fácil de encontrar y de acceder, y para la basura tienes fuera de casa carteles con todas las instrucciones, no es un problema para nada como leí en reviews antiguas. Podría poner una sartén adicional o olla pequeña, pero la verdad es que para una semana pudimos cocinar de todo con la olla grande que había. Todo estaba en perfecto estado. También el aire enfocaba algo directo a la cara al dormir, pero no hace nada de ruido y nos salvó del calor sofocante de esos días!

• Diane (9/5): Great apartment, great location. - Proximity to train station was great, apt was great. Quiet location. Very happy with the apartment . Would have been good to have name on property to find it easier, there was two apts identical, next door to each other. So was a bit difficult for us, not speaking Japanese to access the correct property. Plus the key wasn’t in a locked box, it was open, so anyone could have taken the key. But once we worked it out, it was fine.

• Kadio (8/5): Enjoyed the stay and was really comfortable. - No Breakfast and location was OK. There was no instructions on how to dispose our rubbish and collection days. (First timers).
• Orlaith (9/5): Great place! - Entire apartment includes washing machine, desk, microwave, fridge, dishes and hot plate. Really comfortable, good WiFi, air conditioner, extra chair in the closet. There's a code to get into the apartment so no contact required before entering. Big space for one person. Really close to kitasenju station, just 5 mins on foot. There was a hot plate but no pot or pan, so I couldn't cook anything except in the microwave. I was confused why there was even a hotplate if you can't cook.
• Satoru (9/5): Clean, convenient, and comfortable. - Location is great, easy to access from the station and very quiet. Breakfast is not included but this proepertybhas kitchen, microwave and electric kettle so good enough to make breakfast. I also took breakfast at coffee shop near this property. This property is 2nd floor. There is a steps right after open the door. If you have heavy suitcase, it's little hard to carry. There is free Wi-Fi and connection was great but no TV.
