- Thiruvenkatanathan (1/5): - Nothing Never liked..just being fraudulent...I am not sure why they are even listed in booking.com I made a booking for a night and I told them I will be late for check in..they even replied that's fine and agreed for a late check-out as 3 hrs before to check in I called them to inform I am on my way and they informed me it's all full booked and it's actually over booked and cannot provide any accommodation..they act like as if they are like airlines...they are money eaters and they look for people who pay higha nd also who pay advance and they don't take any booking.com confirmation ..I don't know why they even exist in here .

Every detail, from the fresh flowers on the desk to the hand‑crafted toiletries, showed thoughtful care and attention. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and quick to fulfill any request. Breakfast was a delightful spread of local flavors and fresh fruits, served on a breezy terrace overlooking the garden. I especially loved the quiet corner with a comfy armchair, ideal for reading or simply soaking in the serene atmosphere. The location is convenient yet secluded, offering easy access to Ooty’s attractions while still feeling like a private retreat. I can’t recommend the Symphony Sherine enough – a truly memorable stay that left me longing to return.
