• Erika (5/5): Buono - La posizione della struttura è ottima, cercavamo un appartamento come punto di appoggio per una notte, che si trovasse a due passi dal centro,il tutto è stato facilmente raggiungibile con una bella passeggiata ,la zona è molto tranquilla . Il proprietario mi ha dato tutte le indicazioni per accedere alla struttura,che tra l'altro è molto carina e arredata in modo molto particolare. pulizia della zona giorno da rivedere meglio, manca la macchinetta del caffè he invece era specificata nei servizi

• Guest (5/5): Niestety choć mieszkanie podobało nam się w środku i miało swój klimat. Było po prostu brudne i nie zadbano o jego funkc - Klimat mieszkania był bardzo przyjemny, wnętrze miało ciekawe meble z historią co powodowało, że czuło się ten włoski vibe przebywając tam. Standard mieszkania był przyzwoity, meble wygodne. Położenie mieszkania jest dobre chociaż jest bardzo głośno gdy ma się otwarte okna, co chwila przejeżdżają poniżej samochody co było problematyczne w nocy i trzeba było okna zamykać. Niestety ale mieszkanie było brudne, było zakurzone, podłogi nie były zamiecione. Niektóre ręczniki nie były doprane a wkłady w poduszkach się rozsypywały i wypadały z nich kawałki. Sąsiedzi poniżej byli bardzo hałaśliwi i gotowali niezwykle intensywne dania, które było czuć cały czas w naszym mieszkaniu. W łazience nie raz strasznie śmierdziało kanalizacją i codziennie łazienka była zalewana przez nieszczelny prysznic. Woda w prysznicu stała aż po kostki i wylewała się. Połowę ręczników musieliśmy zużyć na tamowanie lejącej się wody z prysznica. Tak samo przeciekała klimatyzacja i co chwila musieliśmy wycierać podłogę, która okazywała się bardzo brudna.

• Guest (9/5): Lovely spot to relax, enjoy some AC, cook a meal, and wander around town - The loft was the perfect size for a solo traveller. Loved the layout and location. Check in was easy. Shower wasnt draining well. The unit felt a tad dusty. The couch was shredded.

• Giorgio (8/5): - La valorizzazione di questo stabile posizionato dentro un centro storico Beh...dover fare le scale del soppalco per andare alla toilette. Per chi ha più di 50 anni, insomma, si può comprendere, ma il rapporto prezzo/qualità ne vale la pena😊

(8/5): - Es tal cual se ve en las fotos muy amplio cómodo bonito, apartamento realmente bueno Ubicación bastante céntrico, se puede ir caminando sin problema al casco histórico, El aparcamiento está COMPLICADISIMO, aparcamos a 15-20 minutos de la casa La calle donde se encuentra el apartamento es peatonal y está restringida a ciertas horas por ejemplo de 15:30 a 17h no se puede pasar por esa calle con coche y de 21h a 7h tampoco

Regarding the location, it is close to areas with restaurants, but Cagliari is very divided between beaches, high and low parts, it is up to the person to decide where to stay. The only thing that really needs to improve is communication, as I had a lot of difficulty talking to the owner, in fact, it was always something automatic, but in the end, everything worked out. It is a good place for those looking for peace and quiet too and I recommend it!
