• Luis (5/5): Alquilé un sistema Airbnb, queriendo alquilar una gestión hotelera, es decir más caro y con peores servicios y prestacio - La localización Me gusta el aparthotel del que he sido cliente habitual Erróneamente reservé un apartamento independiente del pool, más caro, sin servicio de aseo diario, debiendo comunicar la hora de llegada para que me entregue la llave un empleado externo, es decir es un funcionamiento tipo Airbnb , lo cual no me gusta

• Celine (4/5): Great location but the facilities need to be updated, windows need to be more sound proof, at a minimum there should be - The location. How cold it was. There was no toilet roll. There was a night club down from my window so you could hear people most of the night. There wasn’t extra blankets and there was a draft in the room. Outside the room had all these wood pallets lying around in the common area.

• Petra (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, reception desk, comfortable bed The AC machine had a leak, ventilation and shower drain had a smell, the floor was dirty, we noticed some bugs, disrupting noises from the street in the night, no pillows on the sofa bed.
• Konstantinos (1/5): Horrible - Nothing Apartment was very dirty and had a humidity and horrible smell I asked the host to change the room and she never got back to me. The worst customer service as well
• Zia (2/5): Stressful-The letting agency need to check the apartment between let’s as was not clean and spoilt our stay in Madrid - The reception staff at the hotel were lovely but informed me it was a private let and they only dealt with the key . Octavius the repair man was very nice and spent most of the day doing all the repairs . Bedroom nice with comfy bed Had to spend time getting the flat fixed - Sheets / duvet / pillow missing - Flat was cold at night . The electric oil heater needs a clean . Toilet fan not working . Shower seals broken were replaced . Door knob in toilet had to be fixed Not clean - had to get the sofa bed cover changed as was dirty . Floor dirty - found the mop but was damp and smelly did report and was changed. It is just above a noisy night club so very noisy with loud music upto 3-4 am If you have children or a light sleeper will find it hard to sleep due to the nightclub noise outside Also bedroom window villa a lot of dust - needs a clean
• Sam (8/5): Loved staying here for the location and price. Just a few tweaks would make is so much nicer. - The location is great. Great Restaurants, stores and cafe's nearby. It was an easy walk to the museums and central Madrid. Accessing the property was easy. This could be so much better. First the bedding. Bed itself was comfortable but the sheets didn't fit in the bedroom, the pillows were bad and there was just a sheet and comforter for the futon. $100 in bedding would make it so much nicer. The decoration is a bit sterile.
