Guest Reviews
- Dhir (7/5): Good -
- Aoife (9/5): Brilliant location. - The location was brilliant. A lovely market just a short walk on a Sunday. The area is great for walking to almost all landmarks of Rome. Only time we got a bus was going to the Vatican City which was very easy as bus stops close by. Shower well stocked. Very very small thing that needs replacing is the wine opener. They had one but unfortunately it was broken.
- Maria (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sinani (9/5): Superb - Very tidy and cozy apartment. It has everything you may need and also the location was great. Very close to the Colosseum and other attractions.
- Rafal (10/5): Exceptional -
- Enrico (9/5): Superb -
- Xiaoyong (6/5): Pleasant - Location is good. The key for entrance door is not easy to open it. You need to try and try…

- Essaid (7/5): Good - The location was good for visiting colosseum , but a little far from Roma termini and city center . Appart is in a clean residence very calm especially in the night There is no foodstore near to the appart so you need to walk about 20 min the the nearest one . But this is not a big issue if you like to walk.
The appartement is not very luminous because it’s in the ground flour
- Soni (10/5): Awesome experience especially the support of the owner was exceptional. - Owner supportive behaviour, comfort, location and room cleanliness
- Urioste (1/5): Inaccurate booking rating! - The location was in walking distance to everything but no worth all the trouble! Everything about this property was horrible! The water was only hot for 10 minutes, it smelled of mold and musty water, the bathroom was in horrible condition (notice no pictures on the site), the beds were uncomfortable, and the room was in subpar clean condition. The property management was even worse, refused to resolve any issues and we timed the hot water and she said she sent someone to fix but in reality the tank for the hot water isn’t big enough to even accommodate two people taking a hot shower. This place has by far been the worst stay in all of my European travels, not worth the close proximity to the sites. Way better to stay in a comfortable place and take a taxi or use the local transportation.
- Elena (3/5): Terrible host, terrible communication, terrible service - The only good thing is the location. The apartment generally is nice, but it's quite old. The apartment wasn't ready for our arrival. We arrived right on time for check-in and found the apartment as the previous guests left it: used towels, unmade beds, and trash. The cleaners came right after us and told us to come back in an hour. We were very disappointed as we were tired from the journey, and were really expecting to relax after checking in. I immediately messaged the host, but the host speaks very bad English and seemed completely unbothered. Communication was terrible. They said "sorry" as a formality and made excuses (cleaners didn't make it on time because of traffic jams in Rome. But they could let us know in advance, couldn't they?). It seemed like both the cleaners and the host couldn't care less. And of course we weren't offered any kind of compliment or discount, or at least a late check out. After an hour, the apartment was cleaned, but very superficially. There was still hair in the bathroom. Only one bed was made instead of two. We couldn't make the sofa bed ourselves; we found used bedding there.
We also had issues with turning off the light above the bed and with hot water.
- Beny (3/5): Poor -
- Mia (7/5): Good - Near city center Sofa was uncomfortable for sleep and noisy, and there is problem with hot water, there were four of us and each had to wait for hot water.
- Luis (4/5): It was ok, but for the price of the place is to expensive. - The location was nice It was difficult to enter and find the entrance door, also there was no hot water for most of the stay.
- Mihai (5/5): Passable - clean sheets, disposable slippers and clean towels, coffee, tea, the kitchen and the bathroom are very nice and well equipped. and the room is beautiful. this is not an apartment, is rather a studio. both beds are in the same room...privacy 0. the sofa has a defect that wakes you up if you move, you hear a loud noise of iron hitting.
the owner refuses to speak a language other than Italian...we had to use google translate. When I arrived in Rome, I tried to contact her to leave the luggage, but she refused, even though she agreed when I made the reservation.
the heating is done by an air conditioner that starts quite loudly
we also had a problem with the boiler, there was no hot water for 3 days. probably whoever sat there before us walked around the buttons
it is located in a quiet area but far from the metro, min 15 minutes.
- Katherine (7/5): Good - it was kind of difficult to communicate to the host. we communicated through google translate, but she would always respond in italian, which is fine when i had wifi to google translate myself, but there is not that much free wifi in italy so sometimes i would not be able to do so. just kind of annoying to be honest, especially since i would let her know the situation that i couldnt translate what she was typing, but she ignored it anyways, not the best service in my opinion. otherwise, the location was good and quite. there aren't many restaurants nearby as a heads up. very residential, so if you have older people with you, i wouldn't stay here, as the public transportation doesn't really go through here either.
