• Siarhei (10/5): Amazing staying... - We really loved the apartments. The location is excellent. The atmosphere in the area is wonderful — we enjoyed watching the nearby May tree being set up. The apartments are very well renovated and have everything needed for both short and long stays. The parking for the car is excellent. The views from the windows are stunning. A fantastic bonus is the sauna! We will definitely come back again and recommend this place to our friends. ---

• Sona (10/5): Vkusně zařízený prostorný apartmán - Prostorný apartmán, velmi hezky zařízený, pohodlná postel. Místnost pro lyže a lyžáky je hned na parkovišti před domem. V létě bychom si užili i posezení na velkém balkoně. Určitě se sem rádi vrátíme.

• Ivan (10/5): - Veĺmi dobre vybavený apartmán, samostatná miestnosť na lyže a bicykle a taktiež možnosť parkovania priamo pred domom. Je tu možnosť nabíjania elektro áut čo nas milo prekvapilo.. Náš pobyt sme si veĺmi užili. Toto ubytovanie vrelo odporúčame.

• Paul (8/5): Great apartment with rather unwelcoming hosts - Excellent apartment, well furnished. It was nice to be very close to the Therme. The view from the balcony was fabulous. The location is quiet and relaxed. There is no A/C in the apartment and in August it could have gotten really hot. Hosts mixed up the reservations over the weekend and were unreachable when we arrived - it took a lot of hassle to fix that. Upon departure, there was real stress, with someone entering the apartment at 9:30 despite the checkout being at 10:00.

• Andrea (9/5): Relaxen mit Bergblick - Schöne Loftwohnung mit super Blick auf den Grimming. Hervorzuheben die Schlafqualität,das Bett war toll. Kleine schnuckelige Sauna.Schöner hängender Relaxsessel im Wohnzimmer.Parken direkt am Haus und Aufzug für die Koffer perfekt.Thermalbad nebenan.Viele Unternehmungen in der Nähe möglich. Als kleiner Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre in der Küche eine Auflaufform sowie Mikrowellendeckel gut gewesen.Nicht vorhandene Abzugshaube hat uns etwas irritiert,aber war mit lüften okay.Einige Wände waren etwas kahl und hätten noch mehr Bilder gut gebrauchen können.Aus dem Balkon könnte man mehr machen,besonders bei Sonnenschein wäre eine Liege toll gewesen.

• Certaldo (9/5): moderne lofts - moderne Einrichtung mit regionalem Bezug, alles vorhanden, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt (vollständig eingerichtete Küche, Bad mit Waschmaschine), top gepflegt und sauber!
• Stefan (6/5): - Das Apartment war geräumig und sauber. Die Lage an sich ist gut und man kann alles recht gut von dort aus erreichen. Für den Preis hätten wir aber eine bessere Qualität erwartet. Küche war ausgestattet, aber Kaffeemaschine ging am ersten Tag kaputt (wurde aber zeitnah ersetzt), das Sofa total durchgesessen, für max. 3 Leute Platz, kein Couchtisch oder ähnliches nur ein Designer-Holz-Stück als Ablage. Bei der Wand in der Toilette konnte man den Rigips unter dem am Waschbecken betrachten, der Boden war auch teilweise recht schlecht verlegt. Vorhänge schmutzig, Wände auch. Die Dusche eigentlich schön, aber bei Benutzung ist das halbe Bad unter Wasser. Viele Kleinigkeiten, die ich man besser erwartet hätte, bei der Preiskategorie.

• Hanan (8/5): مكان مريح انصح به ربيعاً أو شتاءً فقط - -الاثاث ممتاز و الديكور جميل و الاطلالة جميلة -الأسرة مريحة -المطبخ مجهز بشكل ممتاز و جميل و وفروا اواني للطفل و كرسي طعام و سرير -الموقع جيد -دخول ذاتي مريح وواضح -تواصلهم سريع عن طريق الواتس اب -لايوجد شبكة حشرات على النوافذ - لايوجد شفاط فوق الفرن في المطبخ - لايوفرون مراوح او مكيفات أثناء الجو الحار لذلك لا أنصح بها صيفاً نهائيا المنطقة حارة (السكن كان في منتصف اغسطس ) - يوفرون الحد الادنى من المناديل و اكياس النفايات مثلا اثناء اقامتنا 4 ليالي لم يوفروا الا كيس نفايات واحد و حبتين مناديل لكل دورة مياه وعند الطلب اخبرونا انه لايوفرونها و انه علينا ان نشتريها من السوبرماركت و هو شيء غير شائع خاصة في الشقق التي تأخذ رسوم تنظيف - يطلب تنظيف للشقة قبل الخروج حتى الارضية طلب كنسها بالمكنسة (!)

• Chandrasekar (9/5): Whether you're looking for a family stay or a place to work remotely, this is a wonderful option." - This apartment offers an amazing view and is incredibly spacious. We loved the outer balcony and the very convenient car park. The rooms are large, and the excellent kitchen has all the facilities you could need. With two bedrooms and a sauna, it's truly an amazing place for a relaxing stay. Looking out at the mountains, especially during a nice rainy spell, was incredibly refreshing and made for a perfect chill-out location. Our corner apartment was particularly generous in size, making it ideal for families. While the facilities themselves were decent, the extremely remote location made our stay challenging, as there were no shops or attractions nearby. The remote key system for entry was confusing to navigate upon arrival, and overall, the cost felt high considering its isolation and lack of convenient access to anything of interest.

• Zsuzsa (10/5): The place exceeded our expectations, we plan to return. - The location, the well equipped apartment, the arrangement of the rooms, the wonderful view from the huge windows, the heating system which allowed to fit the heat in each room independently, the two bathrooms with two toilets and shower, the number of the towels - a lot - and the bath robes. ANd the elevator. And the very convenient storage for the skies. So: everything . We want to come back next year. We had a specific experience with a fire alarm because of some minor smoke in the kitchen we generated while we were cooking. It was a good feeling that we were safe because of a well installed fire alarm system, but when we tried to follow the protocol written for this case in the booklet in the room it turned out that no one was available to help us. However, when I informed the office via internet the next day they were absolutely professional, apologized. This is the example of the good customer care service. The bad experience was the janitor who came next day. He was rude. He just rang the bell of the door and walked in. It was 10:30 am, we just accidentally were in the apartment, because one of the children did not feel well in the morning. we were just about to leave the apartment. There had not been any warning about his coming in advance. I still wonder, what would have happened if we had not been at home. Would he had come in with his own code without our knowledge? I think someone should have informed us in advance. And again, the biggest problem with him was that he was not polite at all.

Amazing view, super clean and newly furnished, very quiet and private, easy check in, really well equipped apartment (there is everything you need to live there, from kitchen to bathroom appliances). Walking distance from amazing Therme and Spa resort (which is very affordable and has great breakfast and dinner), and short driving distance from Ski resorts. And if you're lazy to walk, there is a sauna right next to your bed. :D Parking is right in front of the building. Great value for money. Everyhing was great!

The equipment is great but the hair dryer is the weakest article. This is not a negative: The apartment offered a discount for the Therme, as a paper voucher which could be found inside the apartment. Which is cool, but the guests could be informed about this in advance, because in my case I have already bought the tickets online to make sure the Therme is available for us.

They are not specific to the apartment but apparently the whole property. Many things that you see while booking are not available. Also, personally for us the customer service did not respond via booking.com chat. There was no soap provided in the toilet and we only received it on the day of check-out.
