• sana (1/5): - We arrived at the property at approximately 21:30 in accordance with our confirmed reservation. Upon arrival, there was no visible indication of room 201, making it impossible to identify or access the accommodation. We made multiple attempts to contact the host using the provided phone number. After repeated calls, we received the following message: “Quel hébergement Je n’ai pas d’hébergement disponible pour le moment Merci de voir avec la plate-forme. Car je ne suis pas là et j’ai des problèmes de connexion avec les plate-forme et j’ai demandé une fermeture de mes comptes.” This message constitutes clear evidence that the host was not available and that the property was not operational at the time of our arrival, despite our valid and confirmed booking. This represents a fundamental failure to provide the contracted service. As a direct consequence, we were left without accommodation late at night, which resulted in significant distress, inconvenience, and additional expenses in securing alternative lodging. In light of the above, I formally request: 1. An immediate full refund of the total booking amount. 2. Compensation for the damages incurred, including inconvenience, distress, and any additional costs arising from this situation. This matter reflects a serious breach of contractual obligations and a failure in service delivery. I expect Booking.com to address this issue promptly and take appropriate action regarding this listing to prevent similar incidents. I look forward to your urgent response and resolution.

• Agnieszka (1/5): dramat - to że nie było daleko od centrum, wifi jako tako działało Zacznę od tego że na samym początku nie dostałyśmy wskazówek jak dostać się do obiektu mimo że przez cały dzień wypisywałam do właściciela. Zadzwoniłam jak już stałyśmy pod budynkiem. Kazał nam wejść do jakiegoś afrykańskiego sklepiku, gdzie dostałyśmy klucze od wysokiego czarnoskórego mężczyzny który burknął tylko „first floor”. Lekko się przestraszyłyśmy. W mieszkaniu: ściany sufit podłoga z kartonu słyszałyśmy wszystko co sie działo w tym budynku. Drzwi wejściowe sama byłabym wstanie wywarzyć. Brudno- na podłodze resztki chipsów po wcześniejszych przybyszach. Brudne naczynia- nie dziwne bo nawet płynu do naczyń nie było. Za koszem opakowania po podpaskach masakra. Zimno- przy 3 stopniach w nocy, nie włączyli nam ani ciepłej wody ani ogrzewania. Zgłosiłyśmy to niby ktoś był podczas naszej nieobecności ale dalej grzejniki były lodowate. A po zmroku bałyśmy się w ogóle wychodzić na taką okolicę trafiłyśmy. Nie polecam!!

• ROCIO (4/5): Buena ubicación - La ubicuación es bastante buena, cerca del centro para ir caminando. El barrio es tranquilo. Hay muchos comercios cerca. La llave se recoge justo en la tienda de abajo. En el interior del apartamento había buena temperatura. El casero nos ha atendido siempre muy bien. Baño: El desagüe de la ducha está muy atascado, por lo que te duchas con el agua hasta los tobillos. Además, la cortina de la ducha es demasiado corta y el agua irremediablemente cae fuera. Solo hay una mopa para recoger el agua, pero no hay cubo para escurrirla!!. El plato de ducha no estaba muy limpio y nos encontramos una pastilla de jabón abandonada... No hay luz suficiente. Cocina: El desagüe del fregadero también está atascado. La tubería del desagüe estaba rota y había un cubo para recoger el agua del fregadero. Carece de útiles para fregar, por lo que el menaje que nos encontramos esraba sucio. El microondas estaba sucio. Dormitorio: Realmente no hay colchón. Se trata de un colchoncillo. El resto, bien. Salón: tapicería de los sofás, sucias.

• Amar (2/5): It was my bad experience to book this property which booking.com shoudn’t list on their property list. - The property is near to the Bus and train stop. This is the good point to like. The bad smell of the room, trouble creating toilet flush, poor sanitation of the kitchen and bathroom.

• Rubio Sanchez (1/5): - Nada Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento fue bastante decepcionante. Desde que entramos, la limpieza dejó mucho que desear: el baño tenía restos de higiene personal de otros huéspedes y el suelo estaba muy sucio. De hecho, no nos atrevimos a usar el sofá por lo sucio que se veía. El apartamento también tiene problemas de mantenimiento. La ducha perdía agua por todas partes, lo cual fue un lío, y la puerta no se sentía segura porque el picaporte estaba roto. Además, la cama era muy incómoda, con sábanas que no parecían limpias. Para rematar, la zona no nos pareció segura. En resumen, no lo recomendaríamos.

• Katrina (3/5): I didn't love the stay. It was far from the city centre as well. - The location wasn't amazing, the host was only in contact rarely and we had to grab the keys from somewhere else.

• Darbi (1/5): God Awful - Absolutely Nothing There was no toilet paper, it was dirty, bugs smashed on the walls, dirty dishes, broken lock on the door, door handle, fell off, hair in the bed, dirty shoes in the kitchen, no Wi-Fi as promised. They did not show up to let us into the apartment we had to contact them. We got the key from some random guy downstairs, which led us to believe that there’s several people with access to this building, which seemed like a safety concern. Additionally, we had a hard time getting in contact with the property owner. It seemed like he was calling us from a burner phone since we were not able to get ahold of him, and he called us from no caller ID numbers. I would not recommend this property. We ended up leaving the property and staying somewhere else because we felt so unsafe we were there for less than 30 minutes. If possible I would rate this a 0/10 stars. They refused to refund us for the stay. When we returned the keys, they laughed and did not seem surprised we were leaving. Gave us the impression that this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Would not stay here again, not worth the money or time.

• Wojciech (2/5): Very neglected and dirty - Nasty place, you can see that has been neglected for a while, even basic cleaning before my arrival seemed like someone just wiped glass table once and there was still dirt on it, dishes not back in place and even some glasses dirty that make you scare to use anything, also cuttlery that was supposedly clean still found dirty knife in between clean ones. Living room with doors right to the stairway and you can hear every step and noise when people walking by - and because it's 1st out 3 floors everyone walks next to your apartment. Loud neighbors upstairs, some shouting and arguing late evening besides hearing all the noise from the street because doors and windows are not tight. First wanted to give the place benefit of the doubt because you never know how honest people are about their experience- I'm just glad i booked it for 1 night because i would definitely not stay another one. Do not recommend, avoid this place if you can as it should be literally marked as health hazard and not allowed on platform like this. Gave 2 points only because bedrooms looked reasonably taken care off along with fresh bedsheets and comfortable bed.

• Vakhtang (9/5): Better Than Fancy Hotel - Location was near Metro. Easy to access / navigate in the city. My flight was delayed, owner was so kind and provided key late (after 22:00). Good Heating system (on all the time we stayed). There was only 1 (one) set of keys for the apartment. It was double mattress on the bed and very high/uncomfortable. But all in all, it was not Issue as we moved one mattress and kept aside. We were only two, but bigger groups can lay mattress on the floor and accommodate 2 more guests.
• Marco (5/5): Passable - Ample apartment with the basics covered. The sofas were dirty and quite smelly, there wasn't toilet paper and also the pillows on the bed smell quite a bit. In front there's a kind of tea house with very loud patrons that are there until late night, neighborhood is a bit diety, trash everywhere.

• Γιώργος (4/5): I do not recommend it - The only positive is the metro is next to it. We booked it with full price! We didn’t have much of a choice because we plan to go to Tomorrowland last second. We couldn’t find the owner no one help us at English. After 1 hour of waiting they open the door for the apartment. We were shocked about the place! I wouldn’t recommend it at all!
• Leilani (1/5): Bad - There’s NOTHING that i like about this property, it looks like an abandoned building and the environment is not safe, i will be afraid to walk at night there! We paid in full in booking.com but we didnt even get in to their door as its so creepy! Refund is next to imposdible!
