• kathrin (10/5): Tolles Apartment mitten im lebendigen Hafenviertel - Das Apartment ist perfekt ausgestattet! Jede Kleinigkeit ist bedacht. Es gibt einen Wasserfilter damit man keine Flaschen hochtragen muss, denn das Apartment liegt im obersten Stockwerk. Für jeden Kaffeegeschmack gibt es eine Maschine. Es gibt eine Bidet Dusche, die man sonst eher in arabischen Ländern findet. Eine Waschmaschine. Die Lage ist super im Hafenviertel mit vielen Restaurants in der Nähe und nicht so überlaufen wie die Altstadt. Man kommt überall zu Fuß hin. Die Gasse ist auch abends hell beleuchtet. Der Vermieter ist auch immer erreichbar und hilft mit Tips. Alles war super

• giuseppe (8/5): - Appartamento molto pulito con 2 bagni anche se uno senza doccia. Carmelo persona gentilissima e disponibilissima. Appartamento a 5 minuti di cammino dal centro L'appartamento è su 2 livelli ed è molto scomodo per chi ha un bimbo . Inoltre è al terzo piano con dei scalini larghi non oltre 60 cm forse anche meno. Quindi difficoltoso per me che sono magro. Immagino per persone in sovrappeso. La zona è un po degradata
• Gillian (10/5): - Comfortable bed. Location was good. We could walk to most sights in the city. It was a secure building. Very clean. Carmelo was very helpful. He let us check in early. Good Aircon. A very successful and restful stay. Nothing it was a great stay. There are some stairs which are narrow to climb to reach apartment.
• Francesco (9/5): - Carmelo é gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, ci ha subito spiegato come raggiungere i punti di interesse vicino e ci ha dato qualche dritta su come spostarci nella città. La posizione della casa, in un quartiere storico popolare, è molto comoda per la vicinanza al centro. Vicino ci sono fermate autobus con cui andare in centro, ma anche a piedi in 10 min si raggiunge il centro.
• Jasmin Sophia (8/5): Very pleasant stay - We had a very pleasant stay and had everything we needed in the flat for cooking, towels, etc. We would definitely repeat :) On the weekend can be quite noisy the district, was not a problem for us, but for who is a sensible sleeper could be a problem
• Daniel (8/5): Bonito apartamento muy cerca del centro. - Apartamento moderno y amplio con todo lo necesario para la estancia. Otra cosa que nos gustó es que tiene dos baños. Mobiliario nuevo y moderno. En cuanto a la ubicación está a 10 minutos del centro andando y a 5 minutos del puerto. El propietario/a muy amable explicándonos todo acerca del apartamento y nos dio todo tipo de indicaciones sobre qué hacer en la ciudad. Es un tercer piso y las escaleras de acceso son muy estrechas (no tienen más de 50 cm de ancho) con lo que se dificulta la subida y bajada de equipajes, así como el tránsito de las personas.
• Limor (10/5): Great stay, perfect location, and a wonderful host! - Carmelo was extremely nice and showed us all the important places to visit on the map. Everything is just a few minutes’ walk away. He even provides beach gear, which was super helpful. I loved having a washing machine in the apartment! We stayed for five nights, and it was great to wash beach towels and clothes whenever needed. There are grocery stores right downstairs and a supermarket nearby, so it’s easy to grab breakfast items and keep them in the fridge. The apartment was very clean and even has a vacuum cleaner to tidy up after the beach 😊. The apartment is on the third floor with no elevator, so you’ll need to climb some stairs — but Carmelo was kind enough to help us with our luggage. We had a car and could park for free on the street. Parking was easy to find, but we didn’t need to move the car unless we went outside the city.

A beautiful apartment with fantastic facilities and amenities, comfy bed, good aircon, location a short walk away from the centre. Wasn’t an issue at all for us but just be mindful of short narrow stairs to get up to the apartment

• Martin (10/5): God’s value fire money - Very comfortable mattress, the kitchen is well equipped (olive oil, seasonings, tea, coffee and all the utensils), the apartment itself is very nice, solid wifi connection, great water pressure, functional airco. The host is very nice and was happy to let us stay in the apartment a bit longer as we had to work. The neighbourhood is a bit rough around the edges but it’s totally safe and it’s 5 min walk to the historic center. On Saturday there was a big street party a few blocks away that could be heard from the flat. We didnt mind but if you search a super quite place, weekends might be a bit tough.

• Lspies (9/5): A stylish apartment and gracious hosts! 🤗 - The communication was very good. Carmelo and his family greeted us personally and gave us a warm welcome. They gave us excellent support when we left. The apartment is newly renovated. The furnishings are of high quality and tasteful. Everything you need is there. Particularly worth mentioning: USB-C sockets and wireless charging stations at the bed! In the fridge there was not only a bottle of water, but also wine. The apartment is located in the Kalsa district. A very lively and authentic district. We arrived by ferry. The terminal and car rental are just a few minutes away
