• Zara (1/5): Horrendous! - Good location The owner is a disgrace we stayed for 3 nights and were harassed from the moment we got there - initially first message when I said we were delayed was a out of hours fee and basically if I didn’t like it - don’t come stay - this proceeded then for the next 3 days of getting this payment which I tired his THREE paypals - his IBAN which wouldn’t send - to be met by people showing up at the apartment demanding cash and they were calling the authorities to deal with it??!! when I finally got it sent to his bank when we left- we were accosted in the street by one of his people to STAY HERE DONT MOVE GIVE CASH - I tried to show him the messages and call the owner- who then decided he didn’t want to answer the phone - whole stay was horrendous from start to finish - apartment is the nosiest place iv ever stayed couldn’t sleep for the 3 nights - the doors are like your in jail - metal bars huge keys like a cell - honestly save yourself from ruining your whole holiday staying in a place like this - Naples is amazing as and this just ruined it for us - sink was blocked with water in it - and there absolutely is not breakfast included if you count a pack of crispy toasts as breakfast then maybe it is - honestly hands down easy the worst place iv ever stayed and the owner adds to that.

• Anne (8/5): - Das Appartement hat eine gute Ausstattung mit allen notwendigen Dingen. Der Gastgeber ist sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Appartement selbst ist vielleicht in einem ehemaligen Lager eingebaut und hat eine etwas niedrigere Deckenhöhe, ist aber schön gestaltet. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und war für unseren Aufenthalt von einer Woche perfekt, um alles zu Fuß oder per U-Bahn zu erkunden. Es ist recht laut, aber das ist Napoli. Für geräuschemofindliche Urlauber würdet ich es eher nicht empfehlen.
• Ivan (8/5): OK - Smještaj uredan i čist. Dorucak je bio super (peciva, keksi, aparat za kavu, jogurti, sokovi...). Lokacija vrlo blizu centra, ali jako prometno i bučno (pripremili smo se za to). Komunikacija iskljucivo na talijanskom jeziku. Iako nam je bilo obećano ranije ući u smještaj, to se nije dogodilo. Također, osoblje se posljednjeg dana javilo porukom da imaju nešto doći provjeriti u apartmanu, što nam nije odgovaralo. Komunikacija od svega najlošija.

• Emilio (7/5): Centro raggiungibile a piedi, fermata metro e autobus molto comodi e vicini. Zona molto commerciale - La disponibilità del gestore, prodotti per la colazione sufficienti ma non particolarmente qualitativi, aria condizionata funzionante bene e fornitura d'acqua abbondante La posizione troppo a ridosso della strada ad alta circolazione e molto rumorosa anche di notte. Lenzuola e copriletto da rivedere ed anche la doccia funzionante ma da risistemare
• Patryk (6/5): Pleasant - Good location. Clean and newly decorated place. Friendly staff. No.washing machine (it's listed in description). The place is on a ground floor next to the busy street, so it's very noisy even when door and windows are closed. Could be hard to sleep there without earplugs, the place trembles every now and then because of cars, buses and scooters in the street. I recommend soundproofing the entrance door with seal.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was beyond expectations. Barbara and the Scalinetella staff made us feel right at home, even accommodating a late check-in with no hassle at all. To top it off, they surprised us with a wonderful birthday treat, making our celebration truly special. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable, and perfectly located for exploring the city. Thank you to Barbara and the entire team for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Napoli! We will come back here for sure!
• Lorena_._._. (10/5): Exceptional - Everything was great. The apartment was comfortable and clean, identical to the pictures on booking. We had all the appliances available in the apartment, including breakfast. The owner is super nice and kind, everything was as we agreed. The location is fine, it's close to everything. We felt safe. Come to Napoli, you will have a great, great time for sure.. tasty food, a lot of sun and a beautiful city! :))
