• Giulia (8/5): We had a very comfortable stay. The place was nice, well-equipped with all the comforts we needed, and it was warm and c - The property was clean and so comfortable. The tenant never cleaned the ice outside on the rose where we were supposed to walk and they never left 1 parking spot empty even if on the description was saying 1 parking spot.

• Juliana (10/5): Highly recommended stay - Our experience was wonderful. The apartment was spotless, very cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent, and they made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend it and would come back without hesitation!

• Noor (3/5): Kind owner and comfy beds, but issues with amenities, noise, icy snow and safety affected our stay. - Overall, our stay was comfortable. The owner was polite and welcoming, the beds were cozy, and there were enough bed sheets, towels, and blankets for our family. Areas for Improvement: 1. Property description and amenities: • Some facilities were not as described. The kitchen had basic utensils but no essentials such as sugar, tea bags, or salt. • The washroom did not include soap, shampoo, or bath gel, and these were not provided even after we requested them. • The unit was not soundproof. Although quiet hours were respected, noise from children running, talking, and general household activity upstairs was very noticeable for much of the day. • The pathway to the unit was unsafe during snowy weather. Snow was not cleared, and the walkway became icy and slippery, making access difficult and potentially dangerous for seniors, children, or anyone with mobility concerns. 2. Heating: The unit was very cold when we arrived, possibly because the heating had not been turned on in advance. It improved over the next couple of days. 3. Communication: Communication could be more timely. Despite informing the owner of our arrival time several days earlier, the door code was sent only when we were already at the door in the cold. The code had not been activated, and we ultimately had to knock for assistance and use a physical key. 4. Overall impression: Addressing these issues would greatly improve the guest experience and help maintain the high standards expected on the Booking.com platform.

• Maria Jose (7/5): - Kids are kids, they make noise playing or just being kids. Noise during the day is fine by me. But if you plan to sleep during the day. Then at this moment it's not for you. Kitchen, when you see a kitchen you would think that the basics are there. Cutting board, salt and pepper are some of the basic not present.

• Karine (8/5): on le recommanderait et on y retournerait n'importe quand :) - Nous avions de l'espace pour toute la famille, le fait d'avoir une cuisine complète permet de prendre les repas avant de partir le matin. Mon garçon autiste a besoin d'être toujours en déplacement et avait toute la place nécessaire pour faire les cents-pas dans l'appartement. Même si l'appartement est dans un sous-sol il est très lumineux et ne sent pas l'humidité Il aurait été apprécié d'avoir un vrai grille pain, des linges à vaisselles et des essuies mains. Il faisait aussi très froid à cause de l'air climatisé et nous n'avions pas accès au contrôle mais en laissant la fenêtre au dessus du lavabo de la cuisine ouverte ça a tempéré et vous étions très bien.

• Gleneisha (9/5): Cozy, welcoming spot! - Great location, the area was quiet for the most part. The host was very welcoming, any questions I had was answered in no time. Wifi was included, a washer and dryer as well, which came in handy. My family and I was quite comfortable being there. I can't say there was anything I didn’t like. If anything, the host was on top of things.

• Brown (9/5): We had a great time and would book again! - I highly recommend if you are planning to do a family trip to Toronto. The area is great, close enough to downtown but far enough so you can get back out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Location is great for Legoland or Canada’s wonderland. The host didn’t bother us at all and was helpful when needed! The place was clean and made the trip a lot easier on our family. The property was great, Could use some more odds and ends (hand towels, cloths for cleaning, garbage bags, etc) The oven was not working when we were there but the stovetop was fine for our needs.

• Sharon (7/5): Convenient with Comfy Beds - clean; nicely decorated; no hassle check in (host emails PIN number for front door lock) just before check in time; separate entrance to the basement apartment; beds and pull out sofa-bed all comfortable; kitchen utensils, dishes, blender, pots and pants provided; smoke-CO2 alarm in bedrooms. spotted 2 cockroaches scurrying to hide when light turned on (over the 3 days); no dish cloth for wiping dishes; no hand soap in bathroom; windows in bedrooms too small to climb out of in case of a fire.
