• Scott (6/5): You get what you pay for - Communication with Georgia was pretty good. She was proactive and responsive. Check-in was easy using lockbox next to entry door. Wifi worked well for streaming live TV with few issues. It is noisy, as others have said, with Saturday night being the worst of my 4 nights. Sunday to Wednesday weren't too bad. The kitchen is only lightly stocked. There was only 1 knife (close to butter knife) and no cutting board, so food prep for cooking is difficult. Pots and dishes weren't very clean so I had to wash before use. Fry pan handle was falling off. Gas stove does not self-ignite so a lighter is needed, but not provided. There was no dish soap or sponge for cleaning dishes. Freezer had frozen red liquid on surface. I think effort may be there, but execution is lacking.

• Alice (7/5): Ok for the price - New apartment with furniture. 10 min walking from the city and 10 min with scooter until the beach. They allowed me to do the early check in that was super kind. The location, even though it was not “unsafe” was not super nice. The surrounding was bit dirty and in not such a good looking area. It was super difficult to sleep, the place is super noisy, both days from 1am- 3am people were knocking on the neighbours door and it’s a metallic door, so felt that was mine. I woke up many times “scared”.

• Marisa (3/5): Pésimo - Que estaba limpio y la ducha. La zona no me gustó, no nos sentíamos del todo seguros para movernos de noche. A la hora de hacer el check in, fuimos en el horario pactado y la habitación aún no estaba lista. Veníamos de un viaje largo y tuvimos que insistir para que aunque sea nos dejen pasar al baño, una falta de respeto. La cocina está muy poco equipada. Tuvimos problemas con el horno y le informamos al propietario tanto por WhatsApp como por Booking para que nos lo solucione y nunca obtuvimos respuesta. Muy poco compromiso con los huéspedes. Nos dijeron que ellos se hacían cargo de proveernos café para desayunar, y al momento en que nos quedamos sin café les avisamos para que nos den más cápsulas y nunca nos las dieron. Lo mismo nos pasó con el jabón para bañarnos, se acabó al segundo día (el jabón que dejaron tenía menos de la mitad) y nunca nos lo repusieron. No lo recomiendo para nada y no volvería.

• Dariia (8/5): Very good - Everything was fine There was a leak from the boiler, a constant unpleasant smell due to the lack of windows, no warm water, mould on the walls
• Encho (5/5): I do not recommend either the city or the neighborhood! - The apartment is good. The location is bad, noisy!
• Catalin (6/5): Definitely not the best - The room itself is nice looking, but some bad things really make me not recommend this. First thing first, as soon as you enter the room, you realise there is a sewer smell and the owner doesn't leave somewhere around an air refreshener. Then, you find a lot of small flies that never stop reappearing. You go to the bathroom and find there is no handwash. And finally, first morning (if it's not sunday morning) you realise the noice from outside is infernal. This is a bit understandable for Italy but by far too much here. In the end, i was also disappointed on the interaction from the owner. It felt like talking to a phone bot. In a 4 nights reservation you don't interact with the client besides making sure to leave by 10am and leave the city tax, repeating this is every "bot" type of text. Positioning is very good (very serious) if you can ignore the neighbourhood and how "scarry" it can get in the night. Very, very easy ways to improve for the owner and I hope to be this case as i would love to be back.
• Magdalena (8/5): Very good - The apartment is in amazing location, a few minutes walk from the historic center and major attractions. The host is very nice and answered my messages/requests very quickly. Coffee, water and snacks were waiting for me in the apartment. From the apartment to the airport is only 10min by uber or you can also take a direct bus which stops very close to the apartment. The only bad thing about this place are the very cut walls and you can hear everything from outside. Unfortunately, I couldn't sleep at night because of the passing scooters and noises. Even earplugs did not help. However, if you have a strong sleep then do not hesitate to book this apartment
• Vojtěch (10/5): Exceptional - Very clean and cozy apartment. Ideal location between the centre and the beach (20 minute walk). This part of town seemed safe to us we didn’t feel unwelcome at all. Everyone in Catania is nice and friendly. The host was willing to help with anything. Definitely don’t be shy to ask for help. Everything in apartment was working well and modern.
• Veronika (10/5): The beach was not very close, about 20 minutes on foot. For this reason, I advise you to travel by car if you want to st - We liked everything very much, the owner of the property was a wonderful person and was in touch 24/7. He gave a lot of advice and supported us throughout the trip. The housing itself corresponds to the price and quality, these are separate apartments with their own kitchen and bathroom, everything for a comfortable stay.

• Hanna (9/5): very good accommodation in cantania !! - very good communication with the host ! he is super nice, always asked us how our day was going and etc. something i also have to say, was how obliging the host was, he gave us the opportunity to stay longer at the apartment since the flight was pretty late at night. i also don't understand the review about the noise, it was mostly quit but of course people have to go to work so there was some noise in the morning. the bed is very comfortable, towels are included and the drop of from the key is very easy. there was coffee in the apartment. also the area is nice, you feel like you are in true catania, too the city centre its a nice walk maybe 20 min max the beach is also close by maybe another 20 min. we overall loved the accommodation, very good price for a very nice place. walls are a bit thin, so just bring some plugs

• Iskra (10/5): Exceptional - The property is near to the Fish market and the Duomo and some other point of tourist interest. The host is nice, easy to talk to and ready to help you if needed.
• Emma (10/5): Excellent accommodation in the city centre, amazing host! - Spot Leda clean, with just everything you need. Very close to the bus stop at Borsellino, ten minutes in foot to the city centre and to the beach. Amazing host, they were beyond kindness. I would absolutely recommend It is a ground floor and the neighbourhood may be loud especially at the weekends, just take earplugs in case you have light sleeping
