• Ternavskyi (9/5): Прекрасные апартаменты и чистота, но невероятно скрипучая кровать мешала спать - Состояние: Апартаменты действительно очень хорошие, с качественным и свежим ремонтом. Всё выглядит современно и со вкусом. Чистота: Идеально чисто, к нашему приезду всё было подготовлено безупречно. Кухня: Полноценная зона кухни со всем необходимым для готовки — для поездки с детьми это было решающим фактором. Парковка: Огромный плюс за бесплатную парковку прямо во дворе, не нужно было искать место на улице. Несмотря на то, что жилье нам очень понравилось визуально, есть три момента, которые мешали полноценно отдохнуть: Кровать в спальне: Она очень сильно скрипит при каждом движении. Если один человек поворачивается, просыпаются все. Это стоит исправить. Горячая вода: Бойлер отключался каждые 30 минут. Приходилось постоянно контролировать его и ждать, пока вода снова нагреется. Интернет: Wi-Fi постоянно пропадал, а в дальнюю комнату сигнал вообще не доходит.

• Dmitrii (10/5): Excellent apartment and friendly hosts - Excellent apartment within walking distance of the center of Kavala. It features a bedroom, a living room, and a large bathroom. There is plenty of kitchenware, though adding a kettle would be a nice improvement. The friendly hosts provide a parking spot in the courtyard. We had a pleasant two-night stay and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Kavala

• Monica (10/5): Amazing - Really clean location, we have really appreciated the thought for details and even the decorations. The lady I spoke to was very nice, she was eager to help with any information I needed. You can park in the yard, which was extremely helpful, as Kavala has very angled streets. Pretty close to the beach, takes like 20 minutes to go down to it and then around 35 to get back up to the accomodation. A nice lady, which I later found out was related to the owner brought us something sweet in two consecutive days, the first one happened to be right on my birthday. I found that extremely nice! They have AC. The bed is so so loud, you can not get out of bed without waking up the other person sleeping next to you.
• Kiril (10/5): - Clean and comfortable apartment, located in quiet place and very close to the city centre. The hosts were friendly, kind and supportive. We arrived earlier than the time for check in and they gave us the keys, the apartment has everything for a comfortable stay. They even brought us some goods and vegetables from their own garden for breakfast. I strongly recommend this place!

Cazarea este situata aproape de centru,dar e pozitionata in rampa,Kavala fiind un oras terasat.A fost un pic greu sa strabatem stradutele inguste si in rampa,dar pentru un sofer experimentat nu cred sa fie o problema asta.

The apartment was wonderful, spacious, very nicely decorated, very clean, equipped with everything you could want. The parking space is in the yard of the property, so you have your car in front of the window, convenient and safe. The owners, who live in the apartment above are extraordinary, very nice, they helped us with everything we wanted, they never bothered us, they even prepared a delicious dinner for us. We and the children were delighted! Thank you very much Elpira and Giórgos! Congratulations!

• Vladimir (10/5): Excellent Apartment - Nice apartment with parking inside the yard. Pleasent hosts. Everything was greate except some deficiencies that can be corrected. The bed in the bedroim need to be changed, because on the little move create noises , it's a very creaky bed. And the kitchen need a microwave and oven for longer stay..

• Silviu (8/5): Ok alter all - Quiet, parking. We don’t use the kitchenette but it’s ok to be! air conditioning 1: the bad creaks with any movement. The sofa is ok. 2: the wifi is not ok in the badroom. 3: the cleaning is not ok. Look above the fridge! Details are very important!

We never used the kitchen, but he blamed us for the scratches on the kitchen table. Although we said that we ate all the meals outside, he insisted that we did it. • Radostina (10/5): Exceptional - The place is very spacious and clean. It is around 20 min walk from the main street of Kavala where all coffee shops and taverns are by the sea . The communication with host was extremely fast and all questions were answered.

• Doru-adi (10/5): It is a great apartment and it was a great pleasure to meet these hospitable and welcoming people. - Location was good, taking into consideration how crowded is the Kavala city. You are lost without a GPS. And even with a GPS, it is a risk to be blocked somewhere in the the very narrow streets. The apartment is very large with a very nice bathroom and well equipped kitchen. On top of this, a bottle of wine and a bottle of water were waiting for us in the fridge. The garden is large and you have everything you need. It was a pleasure to eat outside. We could park the car inside of the garden. It is very useful if you have a car. The host was very welcoming and she offered us a nice and unexpected dinner when we arrived later in the night (around 23:00), even if it wasn't included in the price. It was more than welcome taking into consideration that we had a terrible day due to the storm in Greece. We had to wait more than 10 hour in the Thasos harbor to take the ferry and leave the island. She also prepared us some cookies in the last morning when we left the apartment. The coach in the living room was better than the bed in the bedroom. The mattress is very good. Only the bed is creaking when you move. But I am sure that it can be improved by reinforcement. There is no air conditioner but we didn't need it. Most probably it is not necessary because we didn't see air conditioners in the area. There is an air ventilator in each room but we also didn't use them because we didn't need them.
