• Simone (8/5): - Super gute Ausstattung. Die Vermieterin meldet sich auf Anfragen sehr schnell zurück, ist immer freundlich und kümmert sich. Tolle große Wohnung, die gerade als Familie sehr schön ist. Für die Kinder gibt es sogar ausreichend Spielzeug. Teilweise ist das Mobiliar wackelig, aber es wird sich drum gekümmert.

• Mike (6/5): Insgesamt etwas enttäuscht, aber ok - Platz war ausreichend. Kommunikation war freundlich und prompt, alle Infos verständlich erhalten. Check in war problemlos. Es war sauber, aber recht abgewohnt. Dir Einrichtung war etwas gleichgültig. Das Bad muss renoviert werden, die Fugen im Boden waren komplett weg, keine Hagen für Handtücher, kleines Waschbecken. Kaffeemaschine funktioniert nicht richtig. Parkplatz im Hof, aber super enge Zufahrt.

• Denise (10/5): Gerne wieder! - Das Apartment hat alles was man benötigt für einen Aufenthalt mit Selbstversorgung. Wir haben super gut geschlafen und es war alles sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. Unser Ziel....wir lernen die Stadt Berlin kennen, war mit der Lage des Apartments ein voller Erfolg. Durch die, in der Nähe abfahrende S-und U-Bahn können alle geplanten Ausflugsziele schnell erreicht werden.

• Rebecca (7/5): Wonderful clean apartment which served as the perfect base for us on our trip to Berlin - The location is very convenient for easily hopping on the trains into Berlin. The apartment was spacious and bright with plenty of room for us all to relax in. It was comfortable and warm, even when it was cold outside. Just to be aware that the lift does not take you to the door of the apartment and so we had a pram that required lifting some of the way. The main issues for us were that in our apartment there was only 1 bathroom which was tricky in the mornings with 7 adults and 1 child sharing. Also the main issue we had is with the apartment only having 1 key, on one occasion we were locked out of the apartment due to our roommates falling asleep so not answering their phones. This was a simple error but they didn't feel comfortable leaving the key in the key safe as we had a baby sleeping in the room also so for this reason we did have an issue. If you're organised it is manageable but please learn from our mistake and don't get locked out!

Сравнително тънки стени и това, че всички апартаменти гледат към вътрешният двор, което само по себе си не е проблем, но води до ехтене когато има по-шумни групи, а пък вие се опитвате да почивате. Масата в кухнята беше малко тясна също.

• Monika (8/5): Ogolnie polecam. - Mieszkanie bardzo duże , czyste i było w nim wszystko co było potrzebne, bardzo nam się podobało i dzieciom (szczególnie hulajnoga na której mogli jeździć). Dzielnica zamieszkała głównie przez Turków, nam to totalnie nie przeszkadzało, dużo barów z kebabami w dobrej cenie. Bardzo dobra komunikacja, 5 min na nogach do metra - wszędzie można dojechać. Najsłabiej oceniam parking na dziedzińcu, na którym jest chyba 8 miejsc i jak ktoś zajmie to jest duży problem - bo wszystko dookoła płatne 3 euro za 1 h, parkin jest na dziedzińcu i wjazd na zapałki przez bramę, większym autem nie ma szans. Nam udało się zaparkować na drugi dzień pobytu i już nie ruszaliśmy auta aż do wyjazdu.

• Paulien (7/5): Prima! - De host was echt perfect! Super communicatie, behulpzaam, aardig en lief. Fijn is dat je een eigen binnen parkeerplaats hebt. Ruim appartement, ruime slaapkamers en woonkamer. Geen enorme luxe maar goed genoeg voor een city trip en je een betaalbaar appartement in de buurt van het centrum zoekt. Ik miste een oven van normaal formaat en een magnetron. Zonde van de ruimte om een bank in de gang te zetten. En niet alle kamers hadden goede opberg mogelijkheid voor kleding.
• Claudia (5/5): - Die Wohnung war groß und gut gelegen Fenster waren sehr undicht. Möbel waren von minderwertiger Qualität (Sofa kaputt und durchgesessen). Fenster schlecht zu verdunkeln. Dusche sehr unschön. Handtücher sehr dünn. Sehr hellhörig vom Stockwerk drüber. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Feuerschutztür zur Nachbarwohnung da war jedes Wort zu verstehen. Wir haben 640€ für 4 Nächte bezahlt... reduziert...war ok, allerdings ist es normal doppelt so teuer. Das ist die Wohnung nicht wert.

• Danny (9/5): Great place, big and spacious. - The place is very big and spacious, with everything a big family needs for the stay. Everything was very well equipped, and the family felt very confortable. Beds are comfy, and bathrooms are big enough for the amount of people. Kitchen and living room is really spacious and perfectly equipped (pots pans glasses …) Only negative side is you have to pay additional for linen and towels per person. It is not indicated on the reservation price, and we find it not transparent considering is a basic/ obvious amenity to provide in almost every hotel/airbnb. So take into account that in the final calculation.
• Thu (9/5): If you don’t mind an older flat with no lift, it’s a good place to stay for the price - The flat is just a few minutes’ walk from the train station. The heater works well and keeps the flat very warm. The toilet is spacious. We booked for five people, and there was enough space for everyone. We stayed in Flat 2. The lighting in the living room and kitchen is very poor; it’s difficult to see properly. There is also a bad drain smell that sometimes comes from the toilet. Additionally, noise from upstairs is easily heard when people walk around.

Conveniently located near a U Bahn station and only about 10/15 mins to get into Alexandraplatz. Host was very friendly and passed on all the relevant information we needed. Our group had a great time and I would definitely recommend this apartment. Nothing.

• Katharina (6/5): - Top Lage, sehr geräumig und perfekt ausgestattet! Besonders toll fanden wir die vielen Extras für unser Kleinkind (Reisebett, Spielzeug, Roller). In der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt, sogar Kaffeebohnen waren bereitgestellt. Der separate Ankleideraum ist ein echtes Plus - auch wenn eine Garderobe dafür im Flur fehlt. Parkplatz im Hof war auch super praktisch. Die Wohnung hat so viel Potential, was leider nicht ausgeschöpft wird. - Sauberkeit: Staub unter dem Bett im Wohnzimmer, im Bad und hinter der Heizung (sogar fremde, vollkommen verstaubte Socke gefunden). - Technik: Mehrere Lampen in der Wohnung und im Flur ohne Funktion (interessanterweise scheint es laut vergangener Rezensionen schon länger ein Problem zu sein.) - Ausstattung: Keine Garderobe; zu wenige Haken im Bad. - Installation: Kabelführung der Waschmaschine quer über das Waschbecken ist unpraktisch und wirkt provisorisch. Fazit: Viel Potenzial, aber die 'Passt schon'-Einstellung der Besitzer enttäuscht etwas.

• Cristina (8/5): Grande!!! Cerca del metro - Apartamento para 8, de muy buen tamaño, súper cerca del metro y muy bonito. La cafetera una maravilla, espacio para desayunar y estas cómodos. Solo tiene un baño, pero con organización te apañas. Algunas cosas( cortinas descolgadas), y 2 habitación sin luz. Es cierto que avisamos cuando nos fuimos pero fue incómodo. La calle es ruidosa, por si te cuesta mucho dormir.
• Leire (10/5): - El apartamento está genial, perfecto para pasar unos días en familia. Queda muy cerca de la parada de metro. Ese metro conecta con el tren del aeropuerto y el centro de la ciudad.

• Paola (10/5): Una excelente opción para grupos grandes - El apartamento era muy amplio y cómodo para un grupo grande de personas, su cercanía a la estación del metro y su buena conexión a los puntos importantes de Berlín lo convierte en una opción increíble .
• Wolfgang (6/5): Hat nicht den Vorstellungen entsprochen, die uns von den Fotos vermittelt worden sind. - Haben Selber das Frühstück bereitet. Das Apartment war ein ehemaliger Shop und lag direkt an der Straße. Die Einfahrt für unseren PKW war extrem eng und vorher nicht so kommuniziert worden. Das Passwort für WLan war uns vorher nicht übermittelt worden. Auf Nachfrage ( bis 20.00 Uhr wäre jemand erreichbar),haben gegen 17.00 angerufen, war die Ansprechperson sehr genervt: Bin gerade am essen Habe kleine Kinder Kann jetzt nicht mehr machen Wir haben uns nicht wahrgenommen gefühlt. Am nächsten Tag ist auch nicht gefragt worden, ob alles in Ordnung wäre! Schade!!!

• Marc (9/5): - Location, value for money, size of appartment and comfort Its a bit ridiculous/suspicious to 1. take the payment outside Bookings system and 2. charge extra for towels and bed linings. Just charge the extra 10€/per.person from the start
• Francesca (10/5): Very comfortable stay - The apartment is very beautiful and spacious, offering plenty of room for everyone staying there. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook. There are three large bedrooms with very comfortable beds, and two big bathrooms are available. We visited Berlin during cold weather, but the apartment was very well heated. It is located very close to a Metro station, making it easy to reach any part of the city, and also near a train station that connects directly to the airport. I am very happy to recommend this wonderful apartment! Nothing
• Matěj Jan (8/5): Cosy large apartment, ideal to visit the city with larger group - It is really big (and by big I mean BIG) apartment with spacious living room, two bedrooms, kitchen where you can also dine, hall with childrens' corner and a bathroom. The place was really clear and well equipped (except for the dishwasher see below) - there is plenty of cutlery etc. so you can easily cook or just go outside. It is in the Turkish quarter, so there is plenty of good-to-great streetfood including 24/7 bakery, also Lidl is in walking distance. Subway stop is in walking distance and gets you directly to the city center in few stops. We got all info needed in previous communication via booking, we did not met the host or anyone from the property. The street the apartment is on is rather noisy even in the middle of the night - there is a lot of traffic. The windows in the living room and bedroom are old and do not insulate properly - both noise and heat. But if you are used to sleeping in a city it is not a problem (and when we turned on the heating, it was all ok). The dishwasher has broken upper drawer wheels which resulted in it repeatedly falling off on us, fortunately no glass was broken.

• Ingrid (8/5): - Fijn ruim appartement, schoon, fris, vlakbij metro. Goede bedden. 1 slaapkamer ligt aan voorkant, hetgeen een lawaaiige straat is, de grootste ligt aan de rustige achterkant. Er was iets met de koffiemachine, maar het is door gastvrouw Nicola snel opgelost. Fijn verblijf gehad.
• Mikko (7/5): Unfortunately not satisfied - Location Felt like a maze, we got different room than in the pictures. The shower pressure was very poor and the drain was clogged. Also some dust here and there.

• MARGIT (8/5): - Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und es war alles vorhanden, was man brauchen könnte. Der Zugang war etwas verwirrend, aber mit tel. Kontakt dann gefunden. Für die Bettwäsche sollte extra bezahlt werden, wurde uns aber dann kulanterweise erlassen. Allerdings waren wir statt mit 4 Leuten nur zu zweit in der Wohnung, da die anderen leider krankheitsbedingt nicht mitkommen konnten.
