• Thais (1/5): - Nothing The apartment is very very very dirty. The floor is sticky and everything is cover by dust. The fournitures are broken and old. The picture doesn't correspond to the reality. The apartment is shared with 4 strangers. The sound isolation is very bad, you get woken up by the shower. The price is irreasonably high for the quality of housing. The apartment might have been good before but now, please AVOID IT.

• Tanja (8/5): würde wieder kommen - Lage war gut, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, early checkin war möglich, Zimmer war sehr klein, ist aber abhängig welches man erhält. Umgebung ist nicht die beste, wir waren zwei junge Damen und Abends haben wir uns schon eher unwohl gefühlt, solange es hell war, war es aber kein Problem!

• Ana (4/5): - It is close to the center. The location is in the not safest part of Oslo. There was construction in the building that we were not told about (with difficulties sleeping would have been good to know). When we were leaving we were told to leave the keys in a key box that was broken and didn't open. Check in is said to be from 18:00, the owner texted us at 17:00 when were coming. Beacuse we couldn't make it from where we were to the apartment on time she left the keys at a near by shop.
• Jesús (3/5): Apartamento sucio - Se trata de un apartamento barato pero sucio en general. El suelo tenía polvo, las paredes manchadas, campana extractora llenísima de polvo, sábanas con apariencia de haber sido usadas muchas veces, de hecho debajo de las nuestras había un trozo de hierro afilado. Además, el check-in fue muy tarde (18:00) y si llegas pronto a la ciudad como nosotros (a las 06:30), te dejas el dinero en taquillas. La hospedadora no permitió que solo dejáramos el equipaje antes del check-in, hasta que le ofrecimos pagar 7€ en efectivo (ni tan siquiera NOK). En resumen, cuando uno viaja espera unos mínimos de comodidad, limpieza y trato que no encontramos en este apartamento. Si tienen ocasión recomendamos pagar un poco más y tener una mejor estancia en otro lugar.

• Patrycja (5/5): There's room for improvement - The bed was quite comfy and the apartment was not noisy. The bathroom needs some serious cleaning. :( The room looks a lot nicer in the pictures than in reality. Would be good to have a bedside cabinet and lamp. Overall the place looks a bit neglected. Also we hoped to rent the parking spot and only were informed that it's occupied by another guest after we booked our stay, so if you need parking message ahead and ask, because we ended up driving around for 30 minutes looking for somewhere inexpensive to park.

• Fisher (1/5): Couldn't even pay me to stay here. - It has a roof. Unsafe and rooms are not secure at all. Laundry list of rules are told to you after you walk into your room. Never met the host, and had to run to several different stores to be able to get my room key??? Literally told me to go find my key at some random off site location, and it was given the wrong location to go find it. AVOID THIS PLACE. Owner also doesnt commucate through bookings, only through email or whatsapps. Most likely so bookings.com doesnt take the off due to shady practices. I returned the key ASAP after all this went down

• Cécile (1/5): - La localisation. L'hôte n'a pas précisé qu'il y avait un supplément de 100 nok pour une arrivée après 22h. Nous avons donc demandé une annulation mais la propriétaire n'a jamais voulu accepter. De plus, l'isolation était nulle dans la petite chambre. Il faisait froid, la vitre était humide avec la condensation et le chauffage. De plus il fallait payer pour les serviettes. Le tout en cash bien évidemment. Bref, ce n'était vraiment pas une bonne expérience.

• Birgitta (3/5): Somewhere to stay where you could lock the door and sleep for one night. - I liked the location as it was only a short walk from the coach station and train station. Close to shops and restaurants. I didn’t like how very basic it was. No other furniture in the room other than the bed and one chair. There was laundry drying on drying racks in the bathroom and in the common area of the apartment.

It is ideal for a weekend visit to Oslo in a quiet and clean area. Light bulbs were missing - luckily it was summer time !
• Estefania (8/5): Bien, pero... - Queda muy cerca a la estación de transporte principal pero por alguna razón ya la zona se sentía más rara, tenía muchos migrantes y en algún punto se siente un poquito no se si inseguro pero si intranquilo, sin embargo no es fea la zona, al contrario, puro centro financiero y barrios bien. La habitación estaba bien para la noche que nos íbamos a quedar, cama cómoda, un baño compartido. Apartamento completo y bonito. La host super amable y atenta. Para usar una toalla hay que alquilarla por 5 euros... En este viaje voy unos 6 hoteles entre habitaciones con host y hotel, y en todos ponen toallas, jabón líquido y hasta shampoo, es decir, no es que uno no pague nada de estadía, y siento que como turista es algo que no está lindo que te nieguen. Creo que por la misma falta de toalla en las demás habitaciones al entrar al baño había charcos gigantes de agua, imagino que la gente haciendo magia para secarse y no pagar 5 euros... Mi siguiente estadía fue en una habitación similar donde tenía todo lo que digo por lo que se que un host puede brindarlo como parte dle servicio. No sé si por malas experiencias ha quitado cosas pero no debemos olvidar que somos humanos y debemos ser atentos si aceptamos recibir gente en nuestros hogares. Por lo demás pasamos bien la noche, no usamos mucho, solo llegamos a dormir y estuvo bien.

• Ernest (1/5): Unprofessional host who tried to double-book the room and blamed the guest. - nothing Booked two weeks in advance. Check-in was at 6 PM. At 4 PM I still had no address or door code. When I contacted the host, she told me the room was already rented to someone else because she “thought I wouldn’t come” and blamed me for not calling earlier. That’s ridiculous — check-in was at 6 PM, I had no obligation to contact her before that. She then tried to force me to book a completely different place (not even hers), in poor condition, and said it was my fault. She also falsely reported me to Booking as a no-show, while someone else was already sleeping in my room. What’s also ridiculous: 50 NOK for towels. First time in my life I got information I need to pay for towels. Overall, this looks like a failed attempt to double-book and make money twice — not every scam works. Unprofessional. Avoid.

• Adam (7/5): Good place for single travellers for short stay. - Close to Central Station and other attractions (15-20 min walk), good price, very nice and helpful owner, kitchen, wash machine, free Internet, electric radiator in the room. Perfect for short stay. Maybe it's Me but I wasn't feeling 100% safe in the multi-culti neighborhood after dark.

• SEYMOUN ABDULCELIL SOFIAN (10/5): The Best - The room was beautiful and very clean, and the hostess was wonderful. The location is in the city center, less than a ten-minute walk away. All restaurants, cafes, and everything you need to buy are right below the building. There's also a mosque a minute's walk away, and halal restaurants nearby. I'm very happy with my stay in this room, and if I return to Oslo, I will definitely stay here again. I've stayed in many hotels and shared houses in Oslo before, and I haven't found a place as beautiful, clean, and close to Oslo's central bus and train station as this. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, and a special thank you to the hostess, Magdalena, for her excellent service. Thank you! I didn't find anything in it that I didn't like; everything about it was exceptional and beautiful.

• Joyce (6/5): - I came early of an hour for check in and I was charge to pay early check in fee. Where the caretaker is only arrive Same time to clean and prepare the room. I told okay I will wait outside the, but she didn't accepted it and insisted that I have to pay the early check in fee. Location is really accessible to the bus and train station. It will be more better service of they will email ahead the arrival rules and policies. Better to stay in hostels
• Saqib Naveed (2/5): Horrible check in - Location was perfect and the guy who hosted at the location Terrible check in process - first, it's super late at 6pm and then they won't send you instructions up until you'll ask for it and there was no way to get in the building until someone will just come or go out of the building. Never had such experience. Bed is supper uncomfortable, the bedsheets were not cleaned, instead of pillow there's cushion.

DE PLUS, ELLE A MENTI A BOOKING.COM EN LEUR DISANT QUE JE NE M'ETAIS PAS PRESENTEE A L 'APPARTEMENT CE QUI EST PARFAITEMENT FAUX. UNE CATASTROPHE! Absolument tout. Le quartier, la propreté et le manque de logistique. Absolument tout. Chambre plus qu'exigue, matelas avec traces douteuses, salle de bains et cuisine sales, balcon sale avec toilettes sales entreposées!!! J'ai essayé de faire impasse sur tout cela car je voulais trouver quelques de sommeil. Malheureusement, la propriétaire est arrivée vers 23H, mécontente de mes remarques négatives envoyées par texto et m'a littéralement expulsée de l'appartement alors que j'étais calmement couchée dans ma chambre. Je me suis retrouvée seule en plein milieu de la nuit dans ce quartier malfamé avec nulle part où aller. J'ATTENDS LE REMBOURSEMENT PROMIS AVANT MON DEPART.
• Nikola (6/5): Great place, needs improvement of the system of getting inside the accommodation! - It’s really convenient because it’s close to the Oslo S and is very cheap. The place is clean and nice to stay at. It has everything and is great if you need a place to just sleep in Oslo! The process of getting inside of the accommodation is very annoying. You are required to stay outside of the building, until someone walks outside or inside of the building by chance. Since the check in must be done between 18-22 pm, you are required to wait outside in the darkness in a neighborhood that doesn’t really feel safe. I wouldn’t recommend choosing this accommodation to anyone who might travel late in the evening to Oslo because you have no actual assurance that you will get in.

• Danko (5/5): Good price, good location, would try not to go there again - Location was OK, price was OK, checking in worked well, instructions were clear Room was too small, not much more than bed and a lamp in it, the whole apartment had a kind of dark atmosphere, it was rather messy inside (I am not saying dirty, buy messy), they charge towels (5 eur for a towel if you need one), I did not like the smell of the whole building, noise isolation is poor

• Anderson (1/5): TERRIBLE. RUN BABY RUN - Da hora de deixar o apto. Check-in extremamente tardio somente após as 18hrs. Anfitriã ranzinza. A noite o apto fica todo no escuro a proprietária retirou as lâmpadas existentes nos corredores e sala. O quarto nao tem aquecedor. Os cobertores aparentavam estarem sujos. A rua é barulhenta. Bairro de imigrantes. O entorno do prédio quase nada lembra que vc está na Noruega.
• Kora (5/5): Für den Preis grundsätzlich ok, aber KEINE Heizung!! - - Gemeinschaftsküche vorhanden - Gemeinschaftsbad war sehr sauber - Wir waren Mitte Oktober dort und es war bereits ziemlich kalt draißen, weshalb wir nachfragten, ob sie die Heizung etwas aufdrehen könnte, da wir im Zimmer fast frierten. Dann kam die Antwort „I don‘t have a heating.“, was uns sehr schockiert hat, da wir das zuvor nicht wussten und dementsprechend in der Nacht frierten! - Nachbarschaft/Umgebung abends sehr einschüchternd und unsicher - wir waren zwei Mädls und sind gegen 19:30 Uhr nach Hause spaziert und haben uns bereits zu dieser Zeit SEHR unsicher gefühlt

• Krishanu (9/5): Excellent location. Best value for money. - Excellent location. 15 minutes walk to Oslo S station. Also a couple of bus stops and metro station within 5 minutes walk. Lots of supermarket also in the vicinity. Its a shared room in an apartment so you need to keep your voice levels in check specially at night time. There is a shared kitchen also, available till 10 PM. The owner was very sweet. She left complimentary snacks for us too. Overall a bang for buck considering Oslo’s prices.

• Mees (7/5): Host is very clean, had a good sleep and a good shower - Nice appartement with everything you need and i really liked the shower it reminded me of home where i also have the rainy shower There was a clothing rack but with only 5 hanger (i could have used it to dry my clothes on but it was full with my other clothes and my pillow was very soft i couldnt support my head properly so i had to roll it up and maybe a table next the bed for my phone for a cup to place on now i had to put it on the floor. For the rest is was good i slept very nice

• Graziella (6/5): Una stanza centrale a Oslo.. - La posizione centrale e molto vicina alla stazione di Oslo S è ciò che spinge alla scelta di questo alloggio. Faccio fatica a dormire con la luce e la stanza nella quale ho dormito ha 2 finestre che non riescono del tutto ad essere oscurate dalle tende presenti.. In più il letto non era così comodo.. Per qualche notte può andare bene..

• Agnieszka (10/5): - Spędziliśmy miło czas. Wlacicielka starała się, abyśmy mieli wszystko zapewnione :) mieszkanie jest czyste i w dobrym standardzie. Plusem jest to że jest w samym centrum blisko Opery oraz innych atrakcji :) polecamy !!!

• moreno.concezzi (5/5): L'ospitalità e l'elasticità lascia molto a desiderare - Bagno nuovo, cucina fornita, vicino alla stazione. Il check-in alle ore 18 è veramente scomodo, venivo da un aereo preso la mattina presto, una volta arrivato ad Oslo dover stare in giro per una giornata intera senza avere la possibilità di darsi almeno una rinfrescata è poco umano, quando ho chiesto alla proprietaria di poter anticipare di poco il check-in anche perché avevo una valigia molto pesante mi è stato risposto che c'era un deposito alla stazione... Per entrare in stanza ho avuto indicazioni solo per messaggio, senza nessuna persona fisica, addirittura mi è stato detto che per entrare dall'entrata principale del palazzo avrei dovuto aspettare qualcuno che entrava e che la aprisse. Appena entrato in struttura, era tutto molto caotico, oggetti in giro, stendibiancheria per la casa. La mia stanza era composta da un piccollissimo ambiente in cui il letto entrava a malapena, senza un armadio per mettere i vestiti, nessun cestino per l'immondizia, ho dovuto incastrare la valigia tra il letto e la parete ed entrava a malapena, per luce solo un abatjour. La mia stanza aveva la porta che dava sulla cucina, mi sono dovuto quindi sorbire tutti gli odori delle persone che cucinavano. Ho trovato la proprietaria di casa poco ospitale, in particolare in relazione a richieste di cortesia, nessuna è stata accolta, e in relazione alla moltitudine di regole della struttura, l'appartamento era tappezzato di fogli con regole da seguire. Ricevere addirittura messaggi durante il in cui venivo redarguito non è davvero piacevole, in particolare se durante un soggiorno e tra persone adulte. È vero che una volta avevo dimenticato di togliere le scarpe, ma solo per dire una cosa alla proprietaria, quindi per pochi metri, e una volta non ho chiuso la porta a chiave, ma ero presente in appartamento, addirittura anche l'uso dello stendino è stato un problema, la proprietaria poteva avere dei modi più cortesi ed ospitali per dire le cose.

Zimmer extrem lieblos, einfach nur ein Bett mit zu kleiner Bettwäsche, die Bilder lehnen am Boden, die Stehlampe war kaputt, am Gemeinschaftsbalkon stand ein altes Klo, in der Wohnung stand schmutziges Putzzeug. Ja, es ist günstig. Aber sub-standard.
