• Katy (9/5): - Really great little apartment. They have thought of almost everything. Coffee machine and pods, little washing machine, iron, bottled water. They left a lovely welcome gift. It was a great apartment all around. Easy access from the vaporetto and close to vaporetto for burano/ murano. Had some issues with wifi but the host was straight on to it. Other than that, no issues at all.

• Julie (10/5): Perfect in every way! - The glass house is a gem of an apartment in a great location in Venice. Close enough to walk to all the tourist sites and yet away from the crowds, in its own little area with restaurants etc. The apartment is clean, bright and spacious. The aircon was a welcome relief from the summer heat! I would highly recommend the glasshouse for a trip to Venice with famiky/friends. If we return to Venice I would definitely rebook to stay here!

• Martina (10/5): A birthdaytrip with family. Two adults and two children - The apartment The glasshouse is situated in a sidestreet in Cannaregio a little calmer part of the city. That is very nice because there is no noice and not a lot of people as in the area around the main attractions. You can easly walk to or take the the vaporetto from Ca’dor to the main attractions. A shopping street is strada nova is just around the corner with restaurants and a Coopsupermarket. The apparment is very clean and modern. It”s well organised with salt, oil, coffie, sheets,towels and shamoo. A bottle of prosecco and cakes welcomed us at the table and in the fridge there were water. The host Andrea is very connectable and helpful. He sends messengers on Booking.com or in What up and asks if everything is okej and answer questions about restaurants, how to travel or about things in the apartment. It’s very easy to get there with the boat the blue line från the AirPort to Fondamente nove. Then just 10 min walk. The apartment is perfect for a family like mine with two children and two adults. But you need to lock up the outdoor and the apartmentdoor with your cellphone. I was first a little bit worried about if it’s really gonna work? But it works very well. I would like to stay in the glass house again if I go to Venice. Nothing

• Dov (10/5): The BEST place to stay in Venice!! - Location, location, location! 5-10 minutes from everything, yet quiet and as relaxing as can be. We had a problem with the power, Andrea was there in under an hour to sort it out. He also gave us great detailed recommendations on where to eat, and when we should best take the gondola ride, to avoid the rain. The difference between a good stay and a great stay is the host, and this stay was one of the greater ones we've had in a long while, thanks, Andrea, again for everything, we will be back next time we are in Venice! There is nothing not to like, it's simply an amazing place to stay!

Great location, very quiet but just a short walk from everywhere and just a few steps from the Vaporetto stops on the Grand Canal and to Murano. Nice restaurants around. Great host, easy communication. Not much to say. Maybe a coat hanger in the hall and a slightly bigger dining table (in the living room?) would be nice.
• Mark (10/5): Exceptional - Great, quiet location and loved the shutters which allows the bedrooms to be fully blacked out. Andrea was a fabulous host, very attentive and always on hand should you need. Great location, very convenient - would recommend the Alilaguna line straight from the airport as it drops you at FT Nove not 10mins from the apartment. Maybe not the quickest but a lovely way to begin your trip. Lovely, spacious apartment and a great base to explore the city. Only thing we would say are all the pillows are memory foam, not necessarily our favourite but still ok to sleep on.

We were able to leave our suitcases at the property and explore Venice prior to checking in which was a bonus! • Nadiia (9/5): A Lovely fresh apartment in quiet place - A lovely apartment with a fresh renovation and all the essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower is excellent, and the towels and bed linens are of good quality. As a complimentary touch, there was a bottle of Prosecco and some cookies. It was also very convenient to have a basic set with coffee capsules, oil, and salt. On the downside, the apartment wasn’t warmed up when we arrived, even though the heating can be turned on remotely, which was a bit uncomfortable. For the bedroom with separate beds, it would be better to have a more comfortable bed instead of a folding one.

Very spacious and comfortable. Modern finishes and everything we needed. The host was so responsive and accommodating.

It was easy to find - owner let us leave our bags in the building Before checking in & After we have checked out. 👍🏻 - it is on the first floor. But the stairs were only a few steps. It was ok! - entering the building and the room requires internet and app. But it was easy & quite convenient. Just a tap on the phone and the main door unlocks. 👍🏻👍🏻
• Judith (10/5): Nice, spacious and fully renovated apartment in Venice - Very nice, spacious and fully renovated apartment in Venice. The apartment is located on a quiet street, but very close to Strada Nova with its shops (including supermarket) and restaurants, to the Grand Canale with Vaporetto stop and Traghetto station. Walking distance to Piazza San Marco and Realto brigde, and also very close to Traghetto 12 (to get to Murano and Burano), and Alilaguna ferry stops to/from the airport. The apartment is spacious, quiet, has fully equipped kitchen and perfectly clean. The communication with Andrea, the host was perfect. He provided us clear instructions how to get in, and also allowed us to drop our luggage before the check in and pick it up after the checkout, that helped us a lot. We definitely recommend to stay in the Glass House apartment in Venice.

Good cleaning. Nicely set well equipped kitchen. Neat and modern bathroom. Everything works well. Quite at night. No noise at all. Shutters on the windows for great blackout. Comfortable beds. Easy to reach and prompt in reply host. Very friendly and well thought through approach. We could leave our luggage before and after the check-in/out hours. The apartment is situated in a small and quiet side street. Meanwhile it’s just few steps away from the main walking route with shops and restaurants. A Coop supermarket is 5 min walk. A Fondamente Nove water station is 10 min walk. That was really a threat choice for us. We’ll come back :)

• Mary (10/5): Very modern apartment situated in an ideal location. - Due to problems with another apartment with no AC, we were left to find an alternative apartment at 11pm, we found this one and booked with the hope the owner would let us come the same night. Andrea was an incredible host, he responded and sorted us out within 10 minutes. The apartment looks incredible, better than the photos. The finish is to the highest quality. All the rooms have an AC, which is very important during the Italian summers. The shower was my favourite part of the apartment. The location was excellent! Only 5mins walk to Ca’ d’Oro water ferry stop, which gets you to anywhere in the city, to Palazzo Roma- bus station, shuttle to the airport or Ferrovia-railway station, which makes travelling to and out of Venice with luggage is increasingly easy! The Fondamente ferry stop is also 5 mins walk away and gets you to the islands of Murano, Burano and Torcello. I highly recommend visiting the island, especially Burano! It was ideal having such great accessibility to the apartment, as it meant during a long day of exploring in the sweltering heat, you could come to the apartment and find refuge in the cool air-conditioned rooms, then get ready to go out in the evening. There is a variety of restaurants or places to grab a drink just a couple of mins walk from the apartment. Andrea is a very responsive host and will even check-in to make sure everything is okay and recommend places to eat, visit and guide you whenever you need help from a local. Overall great stay! I would totally book again when visiting Venice again. The hairdryer is very weak in the bathroom.

The apartment was super clean, and had all the technological amenities (WIFI, Streaming TV's, not to mention the Digital Key access). The Welcome gift was an unexpected nice touch, this place is just Perfect! Andrea was super helpful and even accommodated stowing our luggage for a few extra hours while we got a few last hours of sightseeing in . TheGlassHouse is truly a hidden Jem, and I cant wait to return in the future!

Excellent designer renovation, original dishes, appliances, air conditioning in all rooms, comfortable beds and high-quality white, well-equipped bathroom. There is nothing superfluous in the apartment, but it is thought out to the smallest detail for a comfortable stay. The location couldn't be better, everything is absolutely nearby and there is no noise. The owner himself is a charming, sociable, competent guy, speaks excellent English and is available 24 hours a day, gives valuable advice and takes care of his guests outside the home and even after check out.
