- Marnix (8/5): Geweldig! - Prima locatie, aardige mensen, schoon Niks
- Jovita (10/5): - Excellent
- Sheila (10/5): Excelente servicio - El trato y ubicación Todo me gustó

- Marina (7/5): - Room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly. No hot water on the second night we were there.
- Graziela (8/5): -
- Cristina (5/5): Average Hotel - Very friendly staff at the reception Needs definately improve cleaning
- JOSE CARLOS DE ASSIS (3/5): - Café e localização Preço da diária, limpeza
- Joice Ribeiro (5/5): - Hotel bem localizado, bem próximo a estação de ônibus para Machu Picchu. Equipe bem solicita.
O primeiro andar do hotel é bem barulhento. Muito barulho nas escadas.
- Carlos (8/5): Very good -
- Omar (8/5): Meh - It’s ok Not ready when we arrived. Noisy
- Gregory (10/5): Amazing stay - Amazing place with a perfect location to discover the city and several steps from the bus station to Machu Pacchu. The staff was friendly and helful, managed us lunch boxes becase the early check-in, and stored our luggage a half of the day. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars around. The soundproof was weak, we heard everything in the street and in the corridor, but anyway it's still a very good place to stay.
- Felipe (9/5): Superb - The bed was very comfortable. The shower had little water and didn't get very hot.
- Ramesh (8/5): Very good -
- Amelia (8/5): Very good -
- Vargees (6/5): Pleasant -
- Rafael (6/5): Good place to stay few days - Location is the best No air conditioning, and poor ventilation
- Ash (8/5): 1 night stay in Aguas Calientes - Location was great. Room was comfortable. Had necessary toiletries in the bathroom. Reception staff were friendly. Overall great place to stay. Would have been nice to have hot water for tea or coffee early in the morning, especially if you have an early start to Machu Picchu.
- Vytenis (2/5): Very poor - Staff does not let people rest and starts to clean rooms since 7 am WHILE PLAYING MUSIC. There is almost none sound isolation, you can hear perfectly what everyone talks in stairway, let alone what music someone plays. At 8 am someone tried to enter our room. There were no towels prepared, just small ones 15x15 cm used after hand wash. Room had no windows, just to the stairway inside.
- Juliana (8/5): Very good -
- Wmbauer (4/5): Disappointing - The bathroom was actually nice and clean, although the warm water was really just luke warm and far, really far from hot. It was very loud in the evening and even worse early in the morning. The doors have windows above which can't be covered, so whenever someone turns on the light outside it is bright in the room. The room had no real window to the outside, just to a kind of another room. The doors are thin and you can hear everything from outside as if people were in your room. Before 6am someone started to vacuum clean and you could hear dishes and cutlery being cleaned or so... it was not a pleasant stay at all. We could only get a few hours of sleep between the noise late at night and really early in the morning. This hotel would need some changes in processes and infrastructure before I could recommend it.
We found also trash of previous guests behind the beds ... all in all really not a good experience.
And around 7.30am, so actually right now when I write this review, some guests started playing ridiculous loud music and sang with the music... and nobody would stop them since about 30minutes. This might be a location for party people, but everyone else: stay away.
We plan, like many others, to do some hiking up to Machu Picchu and then do a tour up there...all in all a 7 hours hike or more and a good night's sleep would have been a nice thing to have before we start :/
- Luke (8/5): Good stay for a short night in Aguas Caliente - The bed was large and comfortable. The staff was nice and accommodating. Great location next to many restaurants and bars. The jacuzzi didn’t not run enough hot water to make this option worth it. And the walls were very thin, you could hear everyone coming up and down the stairs.
- Emiliano (6/5): Pleasant - Clean, good location but considering the size of the town it‘s hard to fail this one. Breakfast was decent. Its pretty noisy even later in the night, you hear everything from outside and the neighbors.
Stuff sometimes is not at the reception even when you call them you need patience until they arrive
- Da (7/5): Good - Very good location. There're many restaurants nearby. .
- Beth (4/5): Disappointing - No hot water
Breakfast not available at 6am like stated
- Kevin (10/5): I would highly recommend this hotel. - We were leaving to early for three breakfast so the staff prepared use a bag breakfast, highly appreciated this kind gesture. Nothing, this hotel and adjoining restaurant werr excellent and very friendly.
- Karen (7/5): Good - Clean room, hot shower & jacuzzi bath. Easy access to town. Stored our bags when we went to Macchu Picchu for free In centre, so quite noisy until midnight, but tolerable levels of noise. Breakfast basic- coffee was cold, but did provide hot coffee when asked
- Claudia (10/5): Excellent choice - Very comfortable room nicely furnished and excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff.
- Vasilis (9/5): Superb - Location very good
Staff most helpful
Breakfast good Uninspiring surroundings
- Zarate (8/5): Very good -
- Joakim (10/5): Excellent! - Excellent and friendly personal! Maybe breakfast
- Simon (9/5): Superb -
- Xiaotan (10/5): Exceptional - Fantastic location, the receptionist is very friendly and really made us feel at home Water not very hot somehow, might be to do with the storm
- Sonia (9/5): Superb - We got upgraded to a bigger room, breakfast was good and the staff is really helpful. They can also storage your bags for the day.
- Diego (10/5): Exceptional - The room was big enough, I received a free upgrade with a Jacuzzi that was really amazing after several days of tracking. Location is very convenient close to main square and a few steps from the Machu Pichu ticket office. Staff really helpful and welcoming.
My stay was really pleasant,
- Ganga (2/5): Very poor - Location No hot water. Room allowed in 4th floor and no elevator
- Carolina (8/5): I enjoyed it, the location is good, the staff kind. They only need to improve the coffee. - The room and the staff. Very clean. The breakfast but they are already working on improving it.
- Cynthia (7/5): Lovely hotel. Trickle of water from shower. - the location was excellent, the hotel was lovely, the room was well appointed, comfortable beds. The front desk staff were very helpful. The only issue was hardly any water coming out of the shower head. Very poor pressure. Like a trickle.
- Eide (1/5): I don’t recommend - Location No hot water and smelly
- Benzion (9/5): I recommend spending time in Aguas Calientes and two nights at Pisonay - We were upgraded to superior rooms that had balcony and views to mountain and street. Note that standard room don’t have that.
Staff was super nice and very helpful No elevator so need to understand that.
Breakfast was ok but basic continental
