arianna (3/5): - La struttura si presenta bene, ma la gestione non è assolutamente adeguata. Il check in ci è stato fatto in camera fotografando i documenti sopra al materasso. I riscaldamenti erano spenti, ci è stato detto di accendere la vasca e di riscaldare la stanza con il vapore e che c’erano delle coperte nell’armadio. Al mattino ci siamo presentati alla colazione e non era disponibile, non era presente nessuno dello staff a cui poter chiedere delucidazioni, nemmeno chiamando il numero dell’albergo.
Landi (4/5): - L'ambiente nel complesso è bello Ho acquistato la camera con colazione ma quest'ultima non c'era. L'addetto ha dapprima proposto di andare a farla in una pasticceria a 11,5 km di distanza. Poi alle nostre proteste ci ha dirottato in un alimentari a circa 1 km. di scarsa qualità. I sistemi di aerazione caldo freddo non funzionavano. Alla mattina in tutta la struttura non era presente nessuno del personale. Incredibile mai successo!!!!

Ottimo soggior - Posizione ideale, struttura curata in ogni particolare, pulizia accurata, personale disponibilissimo e premuroso, accogliente e simpatico. Molto apprezzabili anche le soluzioni architettoniche moderne inserite con buon gusto nella struttura originaria di casa di campagna, che mantiene intatta propria originalità. Nulla…tutto è stato perfetto.
