• Moon (10/5): - Echte stilte is een kostbaarheid! Zeker na dagen in Caïro-Gizeh te zijn geweest. Eigenaar Mister Dadom is een voortreffelijke gastheer, ook ander “personeel” , familie zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam! Heerlijke warmwaterbron aanwezig, dus kun je ‘‘s nachts hemels sterren kijken. Het zijn ruime en mooie eenvoudige huisjes perfect passend in de omgeving. Mooie ambiance, bedden liggen wonderwel lekker. Voor echt een goede prijs hebben ze ons alles onze bijzonderheden in de omgeving laten zien! Privé chauffeur en privé gidsen die echt hun best doen maar in niets opdringerig zijn! Bovendien is het 5 jaar oude prachtige verblijf zich nog aan het ontwikkelen. Wat ongetwijfeld net zo stijlvol zal worden. Het is een mooie verzorgd ruim terrein met prachtige grote vuurplaatsen waar je heerlijk met iedereen gezellig kunt aanschuiven. Al met al een prachtig verblijf met fijne mensen die er mee voor zorgen dat je verblijf in de Siwa Oase één wordt die je nooit weer vergeet! Bedankt Mister Dadom, Galid en medewerkers 🙏🏼
• Kamelia (10/5): Un moment hors du temps qui mérite tout l’or du monde - La chambre était juste incroyable, l’ambiance dans l’hôtel était si chaleureuse et si bienveillante… les hôtes sont réellement des personnes exceptionnelles ! Le petit déjeuner un délice en fait tout était parfait un grand merci à Khaled, Zina, Mohamed et Dadoum pour tout Il n’y a rien à redire tout a été parfait du début jusqu’à la fin
• Vitaliy (1/5): Horrible stay. Don’t recommend to anyone - The design is great, and hot springs are nice and clean Stayed for 2 nights and booked 2 rooms. Unfortunately, both nights were extremely disruptive. On the first night, a large group (around 40–50 local students) gathered outside our door, playing loud music on speakers and partying until 5:00 AM. There was no hotel staff available to manage the situation, so we were unable to sleep. After we complained, the hotel moved the students inside the following night. However, the noise continued from inside their rooms, and since our unit was adjacent, it was still very loud and disturbing, again lasting until early morning. Additionally, the breakfast service was poorly managed. Breakfast is advertised from 9:00 to 11:00 AM. We arrived at 9:00 AM, but did not receive our breakfast until 10:00 AM, which was an unnecessary delay. Overall, the lack of proper supervision, noise control, and service made our stay very uncomfortable. We expected a much quieter and better-managed environment.

• Mohammed (10/5): - The staff are very friendly, and the people in charge are helpful with everything, especially Ms. Sarah, a wonderful trip organizer, and Mr. Mohamed is the prince of the desert. The children there create a great atmosphere, my regards to Suleiman, Mohamed, and Ibrahim.
• Maha (10/5): - Gazrashek is a real gem in Siwa. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful and they make you feel at home straight away. The facilities are great too, especially the hot spring is fantastic for relaxing in the evenings and warming up in the cold desert air. I also really liked the design of the rooms and the place in general. I highly recommend it and thank you for making my stay so comfortable!

Di notte si sentono solo i rumori degli uccelli e degli animali. Il proprietario, Dedum è stato molto accogliente e sempre disponibile per ogni richiesta, la colazione è ottima e su richiesta vi possono preparare anche degli ottimi piatti per pranzo o cena.

• Maki (10/5): Truly Relaxing and Meditative experience in Siwa - The calm and peaceful environment,lovely houses with privacy, hot springs with perfect temperature, The staff always cared about me, kind and friendly ways, the owner was at the property to care for visitors, free riding to downtown, I definitely visit there again ❣️ Nothing There are no shampoo, soaps so I recommend everyone to bring those things if you need them

A very special thank you to the wonderful staff I had the pleasure of meeting; Dadum, Khaled, Jainab, Salma, Sara, and Hussein. Each of them was incredibly kind, helpful, and genuinely welcoming, always making sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. It’s also very easy to arrange tours or tuk-tuk rides to explore the area, directly with them, which made everything even more convenient and enjoyable. I’m especially grateful for the warm atmosphere they created and for their availability. A special mention as well to Eunbi, their lovely guest, who added an extra touch of warmth. Highly recommended, I truly hope to come back again in the future! ❤️✨

• Clara (10/5): Incroyable! - Que dire de cet hôtel à part que c’est tout simplement un morceau de paradis sur terre! Nous avons pris le programme complet pour 3 jours avec des activités et visite des lieux incontournables de Siwa: baignade dans les lacs salés, Sandboard sur les dunes, bain de Cléopatre, coucher de soleil à Fatnas Island, Temple of the Oracle of Amun, Shali Fortress… La nourriture traditionnelle sur place est vraiment très bonne et que dire du thé de Khaled: une merveille! L’hôtel dispose d’une source d’eau chaud où l’eau est à 40 degrés, un vrai plus pour se détendre après une longue journée! Un grand merci à l’ensemble du personnel qui est d’une grande gentillesse, nous nous sommes sentis vraiment privilégiés à leur côtés, mention spéciale pour notre guide Sara qui nous a accompagné sur chaque activité, à partagé des repas avec nous et est resté disponible pour nous tout au long de notre séjour! • Nunzio (10/5): - A beautiful and very peaceful place. The architecture is lovely and the rooms are designed with great attention to detail. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The hot spring pool is fantastic and makes the atmosphere truly special. A special thanks to Sara who was very kind and helpful during my stay. The owners are also very welcoming and created a place that feels authentic to Siwa. I really enjoyed the quiet desert atmosphere and the overall design of the lodge. A great place to relax and disconnect.

Just attending to a couple of issues would make the place more memorabl - Hot springs were nice and Sara made her self available when problems were identified. Offered additional services. Bedding was dirty towels were far too small threadbare. Electrical outage and no torches made it feel a bit unsafe for guests visiting for first time.

• Eunbi (10/5): - 한국서 멀리까지 온 보람이 있는 멋진 시와 호텔이였다. 시내와 떨어져서 있어서 조용한 이 숙소는 소금호수와 가까우며 고요했습니다. 넓고 아주 멋진 건물 디자인을 가지고 있어요. 가장 좋았던 점은 숙소 내에 언제나 이용할 수 있는 온천이 있다는 거였습니다. 추운 밤에 따듯한 온천에서 수영을 하며 하늘의 별을 세어보는 것이 가장 기억이 남았어요 방은 사용하기 적당한 크기이며 패밀리 룸도 보여주셨는데 여러 대의 침대에 싱크대가 있는 방이였습니다. 침대에 누웠을때 천장에 보이는 돔 디자인이 인상적이 였어요 조식은 이집트 식? 인 것 같고 빵과 치즈 약간의 채소와 빵에 찍어먹는 소스 그리고 계란 지단? 같은 것이 나옵니다. 차나 커피는 직원을 통해 주문할 수 있었는데 유료였어요. 40~50파운드 정도? 시내를 걸어서 나가기엔 좀 멀긴한데 호텔측에서 불러준 툭툭 드라이버, 후세인에게 부탁하면 오고갈 수 있었습니다. 머무는 동안 혼자온 다른 나라 계스트와 함께 소금 호수와 클레오파트라 그리고 파트나스와 사막 이렇게 다녀왔어요. 후세인에게 원하는 투어 시간대를 말해주면 정확히 그 시간이 와 있어서 좋았습니다. 영어도 잘해서 시와의 역사를 듣고 전반적인 소통도 문제없이 가능해서 편했습니다. 다른 게스트는 그를 통해 사파리투어를 다녀왔는데 좋았다해요. 뭣보다 저는 좁고 깊은 소금호수를 보고 싶었는데 원하는대로 찾아줍니다. 여튼 추천함. 호텔측에 타월도 부탁하면 바로 바꿔주고.. 한번은 라면 끓여먹을려고 주방좀 쓴다했는데 전혀 문제없었습니다. 호텔 마당내부에서 캠프파이어도 가능했습니다 여튼 모스크 소리와 좀 멀어져서 새벽에 고요한게 좋았네요 겨울철에는 이집트가 은근 추우니 잘때 따숩게 입으세요 오고가는게 좀 멀지만 기사님들에게 전화걸면 바로 와주십니다. 전기가 종종 끊기지만 호텔측 문제가 아니고 시와 전체의 전력량이 성수기인 겨울철에는 종종 끊기나봐요. 보통 10분 쯤이면 복구되었습니다

• Rahel (10/5): Book a tour with Hussain! - We absolutely loved Siwa. It was likely one of the most magical and unique places we ever visited and we have seen a lot! What made our stay most special was our tour with Hussain. He took us to all the must-see spots in Siwa as well as some secret spots only he can take you to, where there are no tourists. He had so much knowledge about everything, he was a real storyteller. He was funny, kind and spoke great English. We cannot recommend him enough. Go to Siwa and book a tour with Hussain, you will not regret it!
• James (10/5): An Unforgettable Stay in Magical Siwa - Siwa was truly a highlight of my Egypt trip. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome, they were kind, helpful, and always smiling. The hotel itself is a lovely place to stay, peaceful and full of character. The 24-hour natural hot spring right inside the property was unforgettable. Being able to soak at any time of day or night was such a unique and relaxing experience. They also helped organize a desert safari, which is an absolute must-do when visiting Siwa. The landscape is breathtaking and the whole experience was one of the most memorable parts of my journey. It’s also surprisingly easy and affordable to get there from Cairo using Siwa Bus, which makes the trip very accessible. I can’t wait to go back. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Siwa. The shower water could be warmer and more blankets would have been nice. But I was there in a cold time of the year.

• Abdelwahab adel Abdelwahab (9/5): سأعود مرة أخري - أقمت في هذا الفندق خلال زيارتي لواحة سيوة كانت الأقامة فوق الرائعة من أول الأستقبال الموظف بشوش و مرحب جداً وكان دايما يسألنا إذا كانت الأمور علي ما يرام و ساعدنا خلال فترة الاقامة في جميع الأنشطة و المزارات و كخدمة مواصلات للتنقل حرفيا وفر لنا كل شيء شكراً حسين ❤️❤️ صاحب الفندق كلّ الشكر والتقدير له قمة الأخلاق و خدوم جداً ساعدنا كثيرا بكرمه بأشياء أضافية ولا يأخذ منا فلوس شكراً عم خالد ❤️❤️ الغرف كانت نظيفة و هادية و مريحة السرير كان مريح جدا مراتب كويسة صعب تلاقيها في كثير من الأحيان الخدمة مقابل المال تستاهل عشر نجوم الفطار كان مجاني شامل الحجز و كان يوجد كافيه مفتوح 24 ساعة لطلب المشروبات سعرها رخيص جدا سلمي كانت شاطرة جدا و محترفة في عمل المشروبات شكرا لكم جميعا سنعود مرة أخرى

Érkezéskor senkit nem találtunk a táborban reggel 8 után,beültünk a medencébe melegedni. Később aztán megkaptuk a szobánkat,de angolul senki nem értett. Első reggelinknél kértünk teát,kávét.Hoztak,majd közölték,fizetni kell érte. Ezt sikerült tisztáznunk miután Hasszan megérkezett,nem kellett fizetni A szobákban jó lenne néhány fogas,vagy akasztó.

They also built campfires so going back and forth between hot spring pool and fire at night under a full moon was spectacular! nada

• Anne (8/5): Enchanted dome away from the village - We loved our dome! What a beautiful, magical place! The person at reception when we arrived was on the phone. We interpreted her behavior and lack of warmth or helpfulness as quite rude. The young man we met the following day was an exquisitely lovely host, however. The bed and pillows are firmer than we are used to. It was cold at night even with the thick blankets they supplied.

• Isas (9/5): Awesome and unforgettable. - The staff were super lovely and hospitable. Hussain was lovely giving us a great time organising the sand sea tour within short notice and for an unforgettable experience whilst doing so for half the price than packages that provide online. Hussain was also willing to organise transportation if needed and while checking out we were able to leave our luggage at the accommodation while on our last day at Siwa. Other families at the accomodation also viewed Hussain quite positively, having a great reputation within the area and staff. An example of this was while at 10-11pm my friends and I were relaxing at the hot spring that they have (also a lovely experience especially at night). Staff would come by to talk and it was great being able to interact with the staff and we appreciated the hospitality. While also even offering contacts for our next stop all the way over at Dahab. With also while during the desert safari Hussain also sent a message asking how the experience was so far and how we are doing (only regret was not seeing this until after the activity as we lost reception). Which just demonstrates the character of the staff at the accomodation willing to reach out while we are outside of the hotel. With a final one being contacting our private driver as we had lost reception and couldn’t contact him being able to do all of those things and great pricing at the accomodation really made Siwa a highlight of the trip. The only slight issue would be not having too much reception there, however only being a 10 min drive from the city you will be able to receive reception there. And if there is anything needed if you ask the staff they will definitely help out.

• WENXUAN (10/5): - We think this experience in GazRashek real good. The hotel owner and staff were incredibly helpful and patient, making us feel very welcome. We could reach out to them for anything, needing a bus station pick-up or arranging sightseeing in Siwa. Hussain was very patient and professional when showing us around; he was happy to answer all our questions, creating a wonderful atmosphere. One day, when we needed help booking bus tickets due to the language barrier, he patiently helped us ensure we got them. We were so lucky to meet GazRashek; gave our trip a fantastic start and we highly recommend GazRashek.

• Asmaa (10/5): - Staff was extremely courteous, generous, helpful, and awesome in every possible way. They treated us daily to drinks and awesome dates from their garden across from the camp. The hot spring is pretty much one of the best in siwa. It was well maintained and clean. Rooms were clean when we checked in, and it was cleaned every time we asked. The place is very cozy. If u r lucky enough u would convince khaled to cook mardam for dinner. Very local (not the commercial mardam) and generous meal. The bathroom needs more maintenance. There was leakage in the shower, and it was hard to fix the shower head in a comfortable position to shower. The room really needs shelves or cupboard for storing clothes.

• Jane (10/5): 体验独特，沙漠中的舒服住所。 - 所有一切都很好。我们自驾到凌晨两点半才到锡瓦，店主一直在等我们，还不断关心我们是否驾驶安全。 订的两室房间宽敞干净，洗澡水也很热。早餐很丰盛，典型的埃及式早餐，员工们有求必应，网络信号差，他们也在尽力帮我解决。院子里有24小时温泉，晚上可以点燃篝火，或者躺在吊床上看星星。 离盐湖很近，工作人员说旁边就有椰枣可以随便采摘。 在沙漠里，我觉得这已经非常好了。 苍蝇有点多，但是全锡瓦甚至埃及都这样，我也不确定该怎样少点苍蝇。那就体谅和接受吧。

• Audrey (10/5): Endroit exceptionnel - Exceptionnel hôtel que nous avons adoré Nura a organisé nos excursions, nos repas, géré nos soucis de dernière minute avec le chauffeur pour le retour au Caire Elle avait tout prévu pour notre arrivée très matinale pour que nous puissions prendre possession des lieux très tôt en autonomie. Elle a été très réactive et le service qu’elle nous a offert est digne des plus grands hôtels. Mohamed notre chauffeur était très sympathique également. Nous avons adoré la piscine bouillante , les chambres simples mais spacieuses Le rapport qualité prix est incroyable !

Everything was spotless, the bed was very comfortable, and the spring shower was fantastic. What truly made this experience unforgettable was Nura. She was energetic, professional, and always ready to help. It was my birthday during my stay, and I wanted to buy a bottle of wine. Since wine is only sold in authorized places in the area, she kindly drove me two hours away to get one — and she didn’t even charge it as a service. I am deeply grateful for her kindness and generosity. Thank you, Nura, and the entire Gazrashek team for making our stay so special!

The breakfast was incredible, and having a hot spring right at the hotel is just magical. The starry sky at night was breathtaking. It’s such a calm and peaceful place you barely even notice other guests, which makes it feel even more special. A heartfelt thank you to Khaled, Dadum, and Nesrine for their kindness and warm welcome. They made my stay unforgettable and a big reason why I can’t wait to come back.✨
• Vit (10/5): - Very nice hotel setup - hammocks, mosquito free zones, hot spring and rooms overall. Outside of Siwa center, but close to the salt lakes, nice to watch sunrise or sunset from nearby Gabal Dakrur hill. Super friendly hotel staff, all of them but Noura in particular. Helped to arrange desert safari at best price, tuktuks, flexibility with breakfast etc. Good egyptian breakfast.

• Samira (10/5): Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans cette hôtel, le plus bel hôtel de notre voyage en Égypte le personnel nora sa - Nous avons tous aimé c’était incroyable le personnel était à l’écoute nora sa sœur le responsable baboun notre petit solemane les chambres très propre hôtel atypique avec une réserve d’eau chaude pour se détendre incroyable. Le lac salé ainsi que le dessert pas loin de l’hôtel je recommande à 100% nous reviendrons sans hésiter Tout était incroyable

They organized take-away dinner for us, prepared delicious fresh breakfasts, were always ready to supply us with bottled water and coffee etc. The accommodation is also pets friendly, so we could come with our dog. The only downside was that in one of the two huts we booked was no aircon. Which in August in Sahara desert is simply a must. We somehow managed to surive the heats, but for the future - dear hosts, please install aircon in each unit :)

• Ines (6/5): Rustic and scenic, but certain dynamics may not suit solo female guests - The location of this property is very niche and remote, ideal to disconnect. The bungalows are nicely designed, and the natural hot spring is a lovely feature. However, there are a number of issues that made my stay uncomfortable. There is absolutely no shade on the property, including around the pool, which makes it uncomfortable to be outside during daytime heat. Dogs barked constantly at night. Breakfast was around 10 a.m. once the staff member arrived. The WiFi was down for two days due missing top up with money, and with no Orange mobile signal, I was unable to make other arrangements and had to extend my stay for 1 night against my wishes. What truly affected my experience the most, was the behavior of the owner. As a solo traveling european woman, I felt he repeatedly ignored my boundaries. I expressed my wish for privacy and was not interested in personal attention or anything beyond basic hospitality. But he continued to engage in ways that felt intrusive and inappropriate. He sat with me without invitation and even joined me at the hot spring which made me extremely uncomfortable. At day also local men came to the hot spring pool to collect water or wash themselves which added to my discomfort. Better bring some long clothes if you plan to use the pool. This place might work for groups or couples, but I cannot recommend it for solo female travelers. It was not a respectful environment for me.

Nestled in the serene, palm lined landscapes of Siwa, this place is the perfect balance of peace, comfort, and adventure. The rooms were clean, cozy, and full of charm—ideal after long days of exploring. The natural hot spring pool was the absolute highlight—soaking in the warm, mineral rich water under the stars was pure magic. The tranquil gardens and open terrace spaces added to the calm, laid back vibe that makes this place feel like a true sanctuary. The hospitality at Gazrashek is next level. Nina was an incredible host and organized the most unforgettable excursions with Sliman, our wonderful driver—each trip was packed with local knowledge, breathtaking views, and authentic Siwa experiences. Mohammed took great care of us day to day, always ensuring we had everything we needed, and every other staff member made us feel welcome with such kindness and warmth. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. And of course, a special mention goes to Lisa the dog—Gazrashek’s four-legged queen—who was always ready for a cuddle and a belly tickle. Gazrashek isn’t just a hotel—it’s an experience. Whether you’re looking to soak in the hot springs , explore Siwa’s hidden gems, or simply unwind and connect with nature, this is the place to do it. I can’t recommend it highly enough
• Julia (7/5): Basic but pleasant accommodation. Transport available, but beware driver who tries to rip you off - Overall, I liked this accommodation - it was basic but good value for the price. It has its own hot spring, which is a lovely way to relax in the evening. Although the location is remote, the staff will arrange transport and tours for you at a reasonable price. We shared some tours with other guests and met some lovely people from all over the world. The breakfast was good quality and a generous portion. It wasn't important to me, but there was no WiFi and limited phone reception at the accommodation. The room was basic, there was no fan and only one tiny towel. The bed was hard but not uncomfortable. I travelled with an Egyptian friend and although I made the booking, the staff never spoke to me directly - always deferring to him. I have experienced this many times while in Egypt but it was particularly noticeable at this accommodation. They booked us multiple transports which was helpful, one tuktuk driver was great but the other driver was constantly asking us for more money than previously agreed with the accommodation, trying to "negotiate" a better rate for himself with my Egyptian friend in Arabic. When my friend refused, he shouted at him at length. His car was also unsafe, with the door sliding open multiple times while we were moving.
• Qing (9/5): wanna stay here longer - This is a very peaceful place. The staff are so friendly and helpful, showing great patience with the guests. The place has a nice Berber Style vibe, and the hot spring is especially amazing!! I felt so relaxed in the warm water. The room is also very nice, with cute art paintings on the walls, good space, and a comfortable bed. I will definitely come back and stay here again

• Shuang (10/5): Exceptional - The boss, manager, and other staff were all very friendly and welcoming. They showed me around the entire hotel, took me to visit their farm, and chatted with me by the bonfire. The carefully prepared breakfast was also delicious. I must mention their 24-hour hot spring, which was truly amazing. The boss would occasionally bring me desserts and tea while I was enjoying the hot spring. This was my favorite and most relaxing place during my entire 20-day trip — warm and full of great vibes. The manager, Nura, is such a lovely and helpful person who solved many problems for me. Thank you all! If I have the chance, I would definitely stay here again. If you use a WE SIM card, the signal will be quite weak. However, you can ask them for a portable Wi-Fi device.

• Raz (10/5): Exceptional - Gazrashek Siwa Eco Lodge never disappoints! This isn’t my first visit, and it definitely won’t be my last. The hot spring is the perfect escape in the cold winter, and the peaceful ambiance makes it even more special. The dome rooms and suites surrounding the area are beautifully designed, with unique decorations that reflect the charm of Siwa. On top of that, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the stay even more enjoyable. Can’t wait to be back again!!
