I proprie - La posizione è davvero ottima, si può raggiungere comodamente a piedi il centro del paese. I proprietari sono stati sempre disponibili e molto gentili. L’alloggio nel complesso è carino, tranquillo e accogliente. La pulizia impeccabile! Ci hanno anche accontentati con un check-in anticipato (siamo arrivati alle 6 del mattino dopo tante ore di viaggio e il check-in previsto era alle 16), gesto che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo. Esperienza da rifare assolutamente! Un bacione!!

• Guest (9/5): Établissement propre et bien localisé - Établissement très propre, accueil très sympathique, la chambre est grande, localisation proche du centre, nous avons toujours trouvé de la place facilement en bas de l’établissement. Balcon , frigo L’oreiller pas très confortable (dur et plat)

• Paras (8/5): - Check in anticipato, pulizia e staff. Anche la posizione ottima, c’è tutto vicino. Stanza un po’ piccolina, il tavolo piccolino e un letto non nelle migliori condizioni

• Alexandre (8/5): Une étape reposante au calme dans le centre d'Orosei - Dans un immeuble calme, la chambre était propre et spacieuse. Son emplacement nous offrait l'accès à certains des coins les plus charmants de nôtres séjour à quelques minutes seulement en voiture. Nous y avons passé un cours mais agréable moment. L'hôte était très réactif et la communication avec lui était três sympathique. La chambre était équipé d'un réfrigérateur un peu bruyant et surtout manquait d'un minimum de vaisselle (verres, assiettes, couverts...).

We did not announce arrival time in advance and did not reach anyone for some time after arrival but after 40 minutes someone came, the person, Stefania, was very nice and helpful. The room was very small for 3 persons - we booked a 4 bed room, got a double bed and an extra bed next to it. The balcony had nothing to hang the clothes and nothing to sit. The table inside and the seats made it very cramped. For us personally it was not very convenient, and we would not book it again.
• Sandra (8/5): - Habitacion limpia y amplia. Igual que el baño compartido. Estaria bien una pequeña nevera en la habitación. En otros B&B que hemos estado en la isla, el desayuno era exactamente el mismo, nos lo dejaban todo al abasto para prepararlo nosotras, creo que podrían hacer lo mismo y asi no depender de un horario o mejorar el desayuno.
• Desirèe (10/5): - L'alloggio ampio e pulito gode di una posizione centrale nella cittadina di Orosei, il proprietario si è mostrato fin da subito disponibile a soddisfare le nostre richieste. Ci ritornerei volentieri per ammirare le bellezze del Nuoro e del Golfo di Orosei.

• Travis (10/5): A great spot in Orosei! - Fantastic stay - comfortable, clean, great balcony, WiFi and hot water. Efisio and Stefania were wonderfully accommodating and the building is in the perfect location for exploring Orosei!
