• Elin (9/5): Perfect location and good service - Good communication, information and help with guides to the park and transfers from and to Antananarivo. Short walk from where the Cotisse bus drop you off. Walking distance to 2-3 of the parks. 3 km from the authentic and nice village of Andasibe. New place, opened in 2024. Very clean and lots of hot water. Thanks to Banu for good service and smiles! Bring wool and fleece! Andsibe is cold at night during the winter (european summertime) and the bungalows have no isolation or heating.

La mujer que está allí siempre en la recepción no habla muy bien francés, pero es todo sonrisas y disponibilidad. El manager sí habla muy bien francés y nos ha ayudado con todo lo que hemos necesitado, incluido reservas de autobuses y consejos para desplazarnos. Está a 10-15 mnts andando de la entrada del parque. Nos ha encantado.

Готовят вкусно, хотя выбор ограничен. Недорого. Трансфер от аэропорта Дорога от аэропорта по асфальту длиной 153 км. Занимает 5 часов. Но оно того стоит!

• ANA CAROLINA (10/5): - Las habitaciones son tipo cabañas en madera y techo de palma generando una simbiosis con la naturaleza de la reserva que lo rodea. Su espacio interior es amplio y suficiente y el baño igualmente confortable. En las mañanas escuchas el canto de los pájaros y el llamado de los lémures Indri Indri. Es un espacio adecuado para la relajación y con cercanía a la entrada de la reserva Analamazoatra. Igualmente, aunque un poco más lejos, se puede llegar caminando o en tuk tuks a la village de Andasibe y conocer su gente. La atención del personal del hotel fue fenomenal, siempre atentos y dispuestos a colaborarnos en todo. El desayuno es delicioso y variado, así como el menú que brinda buena variedad de platos y a un buen costo. Nuestra estancia fue maravillosa, muchas gracias por todo, los extrañamos!.
• Ishbel (10/5): - Great location close to the park. Helped us arrange a tuk tuk to visit lemur island for a good price. We enjoyed our food there and thought it was good value. Very quiet property, and for Madagascar the WiFi worked pretty well!

• Mia (7/5): Beautiful location, comfortable stay and kind staff. - Location near national parks was excellent. The environment in nature is beautiful. Listening to therecurrent singing of the Indris at nights and during the days was priceless and amazing. Staff was very kind and helpful. The bed was confortable and the room was large enough. During our four-day stay, there were issues with hot water in the private shower. We advised management and hot water came back.

• Mirj1 (8/5): Despite the dislikes, we would probably stay again. - The staff is very friendly and helpful, the food (we had dinner two out of the three nights we stayed there) is very nice, the breakfast the best we had. The huts are of a decent size, the beds comfy and the shower hot, which was a big plus as we stayed at the beginning of the raining season. The only thing we didn't like is that there is zero soundproofing and one can hear everything from the neighbouring huts. And while it was very convenient to be allowed to take the car up, this should really only be allowed for loading and unloading - it's not particularly nice to open the door and be looking at a parking lot when otherwise being mor or less in nature!

Food is ok, just do not get a steak, which was more like coaly jerky. Card payment 5 % extra. Good location, <15 mins to Anamalazoatra and Mintsijo. More expensive than other acommodations nearby, but I think the state of the bungalows reflects that.

• Joeri (10/5): Fantastisch en rustig verblijf met de meest sympathieke gastvrouw - De gastvrouw was enorm, maar echt ENORM sympathiek, hulpvaardig, en steeds in de weer. Ook de andere personeelsleden die er rondliepen waren zeer vriendelijk. Alles ging vlot om in- en uit te checken, en het domein was mooi onderhouden met verschillende vegetatie. De locatie is ook ideaal gelegen; zeer rustig om te ontwaken met een prachtig zicht op de omgeving, en vlakbij Andasibe NP en Mitsinjo Reserve. Onze gezellige en ruime chalet leek ons net vernieuwd te zijn, want alles was spik en span en dik in orde. Zelfs de badkamer en de aparte WC hadden overal mooie tegels. Ook tegen de kilte in de avond waren voldoende dekens aanwezig. Hiernaast was het ontbijt het beste dat we hebben gegeten in onze 18 dagen Madagaskar met elke dag ander vers fruit en sap, en de meest lekker klaargemaakte eitjes. Nogmaals een proficiat aan de gastvrouw/dame die aan de balie stond en ook het ontbijt verzorgde, die met een enorme natuurlijke flair en warmte iedere bezoeker weet te charmeren! Een absolute aanrader om te boeken. Helemaal niets viel tegen!

Absolutely amaising and friendly owners. You can feel more than home! Lemmurs singing morning and evening. Location is very good. Food stores are just a little walk to reach. We have rental car so Andasibe national park was extremely close. If you need help owners can solve most broblems. There is no unlikes for us.

Very clean. Breakfast wasn’t to my liking but that’s down to taste. WiFi didn’t work in the room but worked very well in the reception/dining area. There was an electricity blackout each night just after 9pm but wasn’t a big deal.

• Marion (10/5): Gute Lage und tolles Personal - Es war super sauber und das Personal unfassbar freundlich und hilfsbereit. Fahamaro hat mir bei dem gesamten restlichen Transfer auf meiner Reise geholfen und mich unglaublich unterstützt. Ich bin ihm sehr dankbar. Und Bano, die nette Dame vor Ort, war so herzlich, hilfsbereit und hatte immer ein Lächeln auf den Lippen. Die Lage war auch super. Fußläufig zu vielen Parks und zu dem süßen kleinen Dorf und Bahnhof. Das heiße Wasser unter der Dusche war goldwert. Das Frühstück ist mehr als reichhaltig. Als ich ankam war es leider sehr kalt. Da die Hütten nicht beheizt sind, war es auch in der Hütte kalt aber dank der heißen Dusche und den vielen Decken, die zur Verfügung gestellt werden, ist es machbar. Je nach Jahreszeit sollte man sich aber dennoch gut darauf einstellen und genug warme Kleidung mitbringen.
• Johannes (9/5): Nice and quiet stay with most of the big attractions in a walking distance. - I did like the location and how everything was setup. Good staff who is willing to help. It was my first time traveling and backpacking alone and I didn’t like the idea of having a tight schedule of a fully planned guided trip so it’s quite a different experience than in Europe but the people here helped me with the planning of of the trip to my next destination Antsirabe. Great how they helped me out.

• Flora (8/5): Amazing ✨🇲🇬 - I loved everything! ❤️ The property is beautiful, with stunning lodges, a great breakfast, and really good coffee! The rooms were clean, and the shower had hot water. The staff were wonderful and genuinely friendly. The lovely lady who welcomed us, prepared our breakfast, and always greeted us with a smile was absolutely delightful – so polite and kind, I truly adored her! I would suggest adding two chairs outside each lodge because when the sun is out, it’s the perfect place to relax in the afternoon. We actually asked for two chairs from the restaurant, and they kindly provided them – such wonderful service. The location is excellent and feels super safe. We walked around on our own, and the parks are just a short walk away! I would have rated it a 10, but I’m giving it an 8 because the lodge is still under renovation, and it shows. The Wi-Fi doesn’t reach the rooms, although the connection in the reception and common area is good. However, the common area closes at 8:00 pm – I wish it stayed open later, especially for guests who need to work (like me), use the Wi-Fi, or simply enjoy a cocktail/beer since there’s not much to do nearby in the evenings. In the rooms, I’d recommend adding curtains in the bathroom, two outdoor chairs, and perhaps a hairdryer, as the humidity is very high and it often rains in Andasibe – it would also help for drying clothes. Finally, the rooms can feel a bit damp and chilly, especially during Madagascar’s winter season (though the hotel does provide plenty of blankets).

• Gemma (9/5): Cute place and nice staff - The place is super cute and very original. The lady of the staff, I believe her name is Hafizah, is super nice, kind and always smiling. She made the stay unforgettable, as she was basically the only staff we talked to, and was always helpful and ready for us. Fahamaro is also very nice guy, he organized the excursions for us and we had a great time! I'd recommend this place if you're planning to visit the national parks nearby. Everything was really nice, just the mattress was hard and we had a little bit of trouble sleeping well, but for a couple of night was ok.

The hotel is a short walk from the main road and also the nature reserve. They were also very helpful and organised a driver for us to Mantadia, and Tafita bus from Moromanga to Tana. The shower had nice hot water and there was a warm duvet. In July it was quite cold, humid and rainy. Would have been great with somewhere to dry clothes (a washing line under the roof of each "house"?).

Toutes nos visites ont été organisées par un collaborateur de l’hôtel qui a gérer les transports en 4x4 et le guide qui était très professionnel et à l’écoute.

Spotty wifi. 5% surcharge applies for card payments (at least this could be noted in the description of this place on booking.com). The lighting is too dim. Indoors feels cold and damp. The bed's quality and cleanliness could be improved. Better mosquito control measures may be considered.

Mittags Spagetti pur ohne Soße Bezeichnung war aber mit Tomaten .

• Nicole (8/5): Würden wir wieder buchen! - Die Bungalows sind einfach, aber vollkommen in Ordnung. Es gab ein Moskitonetz und Strom. Das Frühstück war auch total in Ordnung! Da wir am Anfang der Saison waren, hatte uns abends das Ambiente nicht so zugesagt, sodass wir woanders zu Abend gegessen haben. Für mich als Vegetarier war die Auswahl jetzt auch nicht so Mega.

• Susan (10/5): Great place to stay while visiting the parks! - Super helpful staff who ensued a guide came to explain all the activities available in the various parks. They also helped us with our transport to ensure we were picked up on time at the junction by Cotisse bus. Property is a 10 minute walk from the junction. Food is available on site and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. -

Das Personal ist super freundlich und das Frühstück sehr lecker! Außerdem fanden wir (als Vegetarier) das Abendessen besonders gut und haben zwei mal in Folge die Bohnen in Tomatensoße gegessen. Wir können den Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen!

• Adrian (9/5): Good place to stay for the night - Cozy room, good hot water. It was cold naturally at night. Wifi was great as they plugged in a router right in our room. Can hear Indri Indri lemur calls early in the morning. Food is great and lady was really nice. First room we got had a moldy smell. We were moved to another room which was better. No wardrobe.
