Gianna (5/5): Owner, the apartment and location were good after repairs were made. - The property is located in a perfect area and you can walk to everything you want, need as well as the sea it also resides in a quiet neighborhood with a parking garage. It had just been newly remodeled and it’s tastefully decorated. I booked the unit noticing the stated rating was 10 however I believe I was the 1st guest. We stayed was for 2 weeks. The hired assistant unfortunately was a major challenge, she was easily agitated, argued constantly and was uninformed and ignored resolving some issues. Upon entering the apt she said there was no WiFi, heat or oven all of which was stated on the ad. After she left we found there was no available hot water and wanted me to go in the cellar at night to try to switch it on, I said no. We waited until the next day to find out it was just an unmarked light switch that needed to be turned on in the hallway. The dishwasher needed to be set up as its door didn’t work properly and could barely open it. Ultimately the unit was not set up prior for a first guest arrival. The exterior mechanical shade also quit working. I had left keys inside and was locked out, unfortunately it took 2.5 hrs for the assistant to show up on Mother’s day. After communicating directly with the owner I was very satisfied as she tended to all technical issues and resolving nearly everything.
