• thư (10/5): Xức sắc - Home còn mới lắm, book liền thôi 😆 Bạn chủ liên hệ hỗ trợ check-in từ trước cả giờ nhận phòng luôn. Bạn cũng nhiệt tình hướng dẫn và take care mình từng chút một (dù mình ở có 1 ngày thôi). Mọi người yên tâm nha. Home là nguyên 1 nhà nhiều tầng, mỗi phòng các bạn book là 1 tầng khác nhau, các phòng đều rộng rãi mà khép kín, đầy đủ bếp, chạn rửa, phòng tắm, bàn ghế, bàn ủi, Netflix & chill...😎 Gia đình hoặc nhóm bạn đi nhiều ngày thì quá ổn luôn vì nhà có máy giặt sấy, các bạn khỏi cần lo đồ bẩn luôn á. Home ở địa điểm này vừa gần các khu ăn chơi shopping sinh viên, lại sát Ga Hà Nội và còn mới, mình thấy rất đáng thử. Chưa tìm thấy
• Charlotte (10/5): Nothing short of perfect! - Wow. This stay was even better than I could have expected. We booked with only 2 hours notice due to being let down, and when I say we were glad to be after now getting to stay here!! The room was beautiful and spacious, the projector was really cool with Netflix ready to go, and the location was very close to the rail tracks! The stock was great too, drinks and food in your room should you need, and a complimentary stash of all shampoo, conditioner and body wash (all separate !!), and even a huge tub of toothpaste! The icing on the cake though was the host, she was so helpful and supportive. Even letting us use the shower facilities after check out before our flight for a very small price! She couldn’t have been more friendly and happy to help! The beds were a little hard, but honestly not bad at all. We slept like babies!

• Gau-Rinaldi (10/5): - Spacieux, équipé avec tout ce qu'il faut y compris l'accès à la machine à laver. Chambre propre. Lit très grand. L'hôte est arrangeante et sympathique. Pas le meilleur quartier de la ville, mais proche de la gare.

• Norbert (3/5): Negatywne niespodzianki - Duże wygodne łóżko, dobrze działająca klimatyzacja Najgorsza sytuacja była z ogromnym karaluchem w łazience. Głośni lokatorzy z innych apartamentów, ale też dużo hałasów z zewnątrz od bardzo wczesnego rana, okna były mało wygłuszające hałas.

Très proche de la gare, des restaurants, commerces et points de visites. Linh est très réactive, à l'écoute, et très agréable. Bonne implication dans son activité. Je recommande vivement.

• Sylvia (6/5): Voor kort verblijf prima! - Zeer vriendelijk welkom! En betrokkenheid. Rooftop met gratis wasmachine. Dat was TOP! Wij kwamen het appartement binnen en er was een hele muffe schimmel lucht. Wij hebben dat direct gemeld. De eigenaresse kwam onmiddellijk met een luchtverfrisser om neer te zetten. Bijzonder aardig. De lucht krijg je er echter niet mee weg dat zit in het huis. Zeer slecht voor je gezondheid. Wij verbleven hier 2 nachten, welke te doen was. Maar ik zou hier niet langer willen verblijven.

• Olaf (7/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt in einer etwas dunklen Gegend mit engen Gassen und wenig Beleuchtung. Als der Taxifahrer uns abgesetzt hatte mußten wir erst mal suchen, wo der Eingang ist. Bis direkt vor die Tür kommt ein Auto nicht. Die Schlüsselbox zu finden war eines, sie zu öffnen hat bestimmt 10 Versuche gebraucht. Die Tasten sind schon so ausgeleiert. Und zum Schließen das Ganze noch mal... Die Treppe zu den Zimmern ist recht schmal und steil. Das Zimmer war so wie auf den Bildern. Da hat jemand wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet. In der Küche gibt es alles, was man so braucht. Auf dem Bett mußten wir quer schlafen, da es sonst keine 2m lang ist. Die Matratze war kleiner als das Untergestell. Das Fenster über dem Bett kann man mit einem Rollo abdunkeln, das andere Fenster hat einen Vorhang. In ca. 50m Entfernung gibt es einen Bäcker. Ein See ist auch in der Nähe, und am Ufer gibt es einen Markt. Den Rooftop Chill haben wir uns nur angesehen, dort steht auch die Waschmaschine. Spannende Lösung. Wir haben uns kurzfristig entschieden, eine Nacht weniger zu bleiben, dafür gab es eine kulante Lösung. - die Schlüsselbox Beim Duschen macht man fast zwangsläufig die Toilette nass. Den Boden kann man mit einem Abzieher vortrocknen, aber es dauert bis es richtig trocken ist. Wer gern lange duscht wird wohl eine Überschwemmung produzieren. Der Lüfter ist direkt neben der Dusche, keine Ahnung was passiert, wenn da aus Versehen Wasser reinkommt. Die Fenster sind leider nicht dicht. In einiger Entfernung befindet sich eine offene Fußball-Kneipe. Die hat man nachts gehört, und morgens die Mopeds und Gespräche unten auf der Straße. Wir sind gegen 21Uhr angekommen und kommunizierten über Booking. Gegen 22:30 klopfte es, und die Vermieterin stand in der Tür. Scheinbar muß man den Paß gleich am Ankunftstag vorlegen... Bezahlen konnte man mit Kreditkarte über einen Link zu einem Bezahl-Diestleister.
• sandra (8/5): Emplacement sympa dans un quartier typique, logement très propre et jolie terrasse. - La localisation dans un quartier assez typique, la propreté et la fluidité dans la communication (whatsapp uniquement) Nous n’avons jamais croisé la personne qui gère (très bien) l’établissement. Contacts whatsapp uniquement, pas de réception. Pour ce qui me concerne, je préfère les contacts humains et les rencontres.

The hotel’s interior design is truly impressive — thoughtfully created by the owner (Linh), who clearly has an eye for detail and aesthetics. The combination of modern elements and warm, natural materials creates a very welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Every space feels carefully arranged, stylish, and inviting. Overall, the design greatly enhances the feeling of relaxation and makes the stay especially pleasant. The rooftop is another highlight. It offers a beautiful, relaxing space with great views and a calm atmosphere. They also have a laundry (washing machine and dryer) which was extremely helpful during our trip. The location is also excellent. It’s very close to Hanoi’s famous Train Street, making it easy to explore one of the city’s most iconic spots while still enjoying a quiet and comfortable stay. Linh is incredibly warm, welcoming, and kind. She helped us book a taxi from the airport for a night arrival, which made our arrival smooth and stress-free. Her hospitality truly made our stay even more special. Thank you again Linh.

• Paul (8/5): - Location is behind the train station and well placed to access the old and French quarters, lakedide and Mausoleum and River - all within 30 minutes walk. Buildibg secure and rooftop facilities a plus Apartment was clean with good facilities. Linh was a delightful host, helpful, courteous and pleasant, even when i caused her work in putting my keys in the wrong place!!!!. I would book this accommodation again if visiting Hanoi. I supose if you want luxurious surrounds thia is more 'back street', but also pleasant people and more directly vietnamese as opposed to 'international'.

• Brenton (5/5): The place is very clean and suited our purpose - a timeout fo a few hours to shower an relax while waiting fo train. Our - Clean, 10min walk to train, and space to chill. Didn’t like the payment system. Payment should be via booking.com, as it’s automatic. Shouldn’t have to scramble to find cash or work out some 3rd party app I’ve never heard of wanting my private details. Could do with better signage as difficult to find.
• Jack (8/5): Good location tucked away just outside old quarter. - The location was good, close to the train station, train street and an exceptional Korean BBQ restaurant as well as easy access to the Old Quarter and tour pick up locations! The host was very friendly, helpful and responsive with communication which we appreciated! Good laundry and kitchen facilities too, with a cool hang out spot on the top floor and not to mention also the projector for watching Netflix was a nice touch. We found the bed to be a bit too firm and a couple of extra pillows would have been good. There was also a lot of noise outside which can’t be helped but just means you get up earlier and have more hours in your day!

• FrankEssex27 (10/5): Amazing find! - Beautiful apartment tucked away down a little alleyway with great local food nearby. In a great location that is perfect to walk from for Train street, Old Quater, French quarter and Ho Kiem lake. Really easy self check in, 100% will stay again!

• Bruno (8/5): Ce que vous cherchez pour quelques jours à Hanoï - Très bon emplacement, à quelques minutes à pied de la Train Street, au coeur d'un dédale de ruelles calmes et typiques (mais facilement accessibles en taxi, surtout à moto). La chambre (l'appartement, en fait) est spacieux, propre et moderne. Le vidéoprojecteur avec Netflix est particulièrement appréciable après une journée de balade. Communication très fluide avec la personne s'occupant de l'arrivée, même tard dans la soirée. 2/3 détails qui ne m'empêcheraient pas de revenir lors d'un prochain voyage à Hanoï

Søger du noget autentisk og urbant med hyggelig indretning, så er dette sted helt rigtigt. Sengen minder om madrassen på en japansk futon. Perfekt hvis man foretrækker at ligge fast i det bløde sengetøj. Værten er meget nem at kommunikere med.
• Neya (8/5): Good value for money - Needed a last minute stay in Hanoi and found this cozy cute place with a large bed and a movie projector! Appreciated the free laundry as well. Kitchen/dining area is nice as most hotels don’t have this. Host was easy to communicate with. Location is in a local neighbourhood and soundproofing isn’t strong so can hear conversations and street noise often. Bidet in bathroom had awkward water pressure.

• Karolina (10/5): The loveliest stay of our trip to Vietnam! - I loved every minute of the stay! The apartment is absolutely adorable, well equipped, and clean. We were taken care of in a really professional manner, but at the same time it felt like staying at a friend’s home. Would recommend to everyone. Definitely a highlight of our Vietnam trip when it comes to accommodation. It’s true that it’s definitely more convenient for people travelling light - the road to the apartments is narrow and busy, and also a bit noisy. Not a downside for me, but it’s worth knowing.
• Martin (10/5): Exceptional - Beautiful facilities and decor, projector easy to use and lovely balcony for eating of an evening. Good location not too loud of an evening and nice lake nearby for coffee in the morning. Difficult to carry luggage up and down the stairs and the location was pretty difficult to find, although I understand Hanoi is a bit of maze for non-locals. Keycard system sometimes a bit difficult to work I feel like they should have a separate fob for each room to use the shutters, other than that very pleasant experience would go there again.
• Courtney (10/5): beautiful room! - this room was one of our favorite stays!! looks even better than the pictures, tucked away in a quiet lane, but close enough to walk into the Hussle and bussle, we were able to check in early which was a bonus and so was the projector with Netflix! cool coffee shop downstairs aswell, direction's were very clear. honestly such a beautiful room and a home away from home thanks so much! nothing everything was great

• Ana (9/5): Cozy apartment away from the city noise - If you don’t mind being a bit away from the city center, then this is a really cozy place for a few days in Hanoi. One can have a good night’s rest as the place is away from the loud streets. Also the host is very cooperative and fast in responding, all the small issues we had were considered and taken care of. The following points should definitely be taken into consideration before booking: the place is not at all close to the old quarter (but taking a Grab is always a helpful and fast option to get there); also the floor where your room is located is not very clear when booking, at least it was not for us and we were surprised having to carry our luggages up the narrow stairs until the 4th floor - or 3rd, depending how you count them.

• Joaquina (10/5): Either way we stayed there for all our stay in hanoi because it was so nice! - We had an amazing experience! It’s in a great location, in a less touristic area but still very close to all the major attractions, the room was super cute with the projector being confy for our nights in. The host is amazing, she helped with anything we needed and was very kind. Only thing that is a bit inconvenient is the pillows and matress (if we are being picky) and a bit noise from construction.
• Remi (10/5): Home away from home - friendly English speaking host. - The host speaks good English and she's nice and friendly. She also answered really fast to whatsapp messages. The flat is a small home away from home to relax after a long day outside. No soundproofing so one can hear the noise from the street and nearby construction site but it did not bother me too much and it was quiet at night.

There s a nice cafe just in front of the building. If you like walking most of the major attractions are reachable. Otherwise mototaxi might be your solution. Good wifi Clean bathroom Nothing major as i usually wake up with the sun but the curtains are not 100% opaque.

I felt comfortable staying here and I was able to relax without issue. The only thing I could possibly complain about is that I did not book a longer stay.

Great amenities, gorgeous design and amazing location! Very clean rooms - I am a big foodie and really enjoyed the kitchenette in the room and the huge common kitchen at the main level. I would highly recommend this property! Nothing - everything is new and squeaky clean!
