• Yuki (9/5): 愛媛、道後を満喫！ - スタッフの皆さんが笑顔で対応してくださったこと。 愛媛の豊かな食材を味わう事ができたこと。朝のビュッフェは美味しさ、楽しさ満点でした。いつでも水道の蛇口からみかんジュースは感動でした。 仕方がないけれど、ホテルにたどり着く最後の道が狭い事。

• 四元 (10/5): また泊まりたいと思っています。ありがとうございました。 - スタッフの方が皆様丁寧に心を込めて接客をしてくださったので居心地が良かったです。 到着してすぐオレンジジュースをいただきました。すごく美味しかったです。朝食も美味しくいただきました。 いろいろなバスタオルがあり、楽しかったのとお土産の参考になりました。歩いて5分ほどで道後温泉の本館に行けたり、飛鳥の湯には3分ほどで到着しました。立地は良いと思います。コンビニが近くにあるのもありがたいです。 歩いてみると温泉やお土産店等が近いので立地は良かったのですが、坂の傾斜が結構きついので足の悪い方には難点かもしれません。 あと、宿泊部屋の手洗いの窓を開けたところ、開きすぎて少し怖かったです。

• Kyoko (10/5): - Personale cordiale e molto disponibile, dentro nella Hall ci sono dei rubinetti che erogano freschi succhi di spremute di tre tipologie diverse di mandarini, inoltre sempre nella Hall si possono scegliere diversi tipi di accappatoi da bagno che si possono portare nei bagni pubblici, Dogo Onsen.

• Wing Pong Clarence (9/5): - Front Desk staff are friendly and helpful, I,have buy onsen ticket to Dogo Onsen, but too many visitors queued in the evening, and decided to give up the experience. They quickly cancelled the ticket, and we purchase onsen ticket to another onsen nearby. Bath amenities are provided free of charge including face mask. Offer free orange juice whereas you need to pay for at the shop, though just less varieties. They also offer free afternoon snacks and rice in soup in the evening. just need to walk up slope/down slope for 100 meters to the hotel, a bit inconvenient when it is raining

• 婉慈 (8/5): 住宿地點離溫泉街、少爺鐘、道後溫泉等都很近，泡湯相當方便。 - 有免費的橘子汁可以喝，晚上也有簡單的宵夜（茶泡飯、各式各樣的茶、咖啡、小糖果等等）免費供給大家使用。 最方便的是去道後溫泉泡湯很方便，會免費給浴衣還有今治毛巾可以挑選帶去泡湯～ 浴室看起來似乎有些老舊，這次入住都是去泡溫泉順便洗澡，所以就沒有使用他們的家的浴室。

• Oliviero (10/5): Perfect stay! - Perfect stay in Matsuyama! Staff is kind and welcoming, the amenities offered are countless: mandarin juice, free appetiser, beauty and vanity products. It is possible to purchase discounted onsen tickets at the reception. Parking available for 1000 ¥. There is no shutter on the windows, so if daylight in the morning bothers you bring a mask!

• YOSHINO (7/5): - ホテルの周りに浴場がありホテルの浴衣で出歩けて 楽しかったです。お土産屋も近くにあり、買いすぎてしまいました。 スタッフの皆さんが常に丁寧に接してくれて、アメニティーも充実していました。 蛇口みかんジュースの飲み比べが無料でできて何度も飲ませてもらい蒸した。夜、サービスで準備してくれました鯛めし最高でした。 思っていたよりお部屋が狭かったことと、窓が開けられなかったことが窮屈に感じてしまいました。

• AlePaola (10/5): - Bell'hotel vicino al centro ed alle onsen fra cui la famosa Dogo Onsen. Sono stata accolta con del buonissimo succo al mandarino e bei sorrisi. Ci si toglie le scarpe prima di entrare in camera e si può anche indossare uno yukata (se vi sta, a me no). Ottima colazione anche se con prevalenza di salato come era facile immaginare. Parcheggio 1000jpy.... esagerati... con quello che costa la camera... Bagno minuscolo.

• KaiChun (9/5): 超棒的早餐；地理位置好；開來飯店要注意車體 - 將鋼筋水泥建築內，藏著日式溫泉旅館。一樓免費提供3-1種水龍頭橘子汁、迎賓咖啡及茶包，在特定時間又提供鯛魚泡飯，還有提供多種不同的今治毛巾帶去溫泉館。距離三間道後溫泉館都很近，館內有賣溫泉館的優惠票；餐廳、歐咪呀給的選擇也方便。櫃檯服務人員很友善，認真介紹及講解。早餐真的很豐富又精緻，還能掃桌上的QRCode額外點線上的食物。房內裝潢真的很用心，用了柔和的門片去調節日光照進來的多寡，而且配色及整體氛圍很舒適。 在道後歌舞伎通り轉進旅店雖然有人員幫忙指揮，但那邊剛好是特別場所，再轉進去前還特別猶豫一下... 早餐的供餐空間有點擠

• Kochun (10/5): 簡直是為放鬆而生的旅館，最高！おすすめしかないです！highly recommend. - 非常推薦，有提供三種橘子汁水龍頭暢飲，早餐非常豐富和洋食都有（個人更推薦和食），部分項目掃桌上QR code用點的（炸雞是熱的喔( ´ ▽ ` )ﾉ） 離三間道後溫泉都非常非常近。 這裡的飯店很多應該都有在提供浴衣外借（如果需要S號可以跟櫃檯說），房間備有小袋子可到一樓挑選喜歡的備品，一路從基本的乳液到面膜、漱口水都有（沐浴乳、洗髮類用品是在房間拿），還可以選擇喜歡的浴巾類型帶去溫泉館用。 服務人員非常親切貼心（我有注意到他們會控制電梯提前幫你按好上樓） 房間稍微偏小，窗子很小（但不會悶），但該有的一應俱全。

• Shelley (8/5): Overall, it was a comfortable stay with a great breakfast and relaxing onsen. - I really enjoyed my stay at Dogo Yaya. The breakfast was very rich and satisfying, the onsen towels came in many options to choose from, and I loved that they offered fresh orange juice. The hot spring itself was very relaxing and comfortable. The room felt a bit small and outdated, and the window was too small to really see outside.
• Marjolaine (9/5): Great experience! - Great decoration and atmosphere, great breakfast, the staff was nice and helpful. The possibility to buy tickets for onsen directly at counter was also nice. Tasting the different types of orange juices was interesting too. Having a choice for pillow would have been perfect, as the one provided was quite thick (might not suit everyone). The rest was all wonderful.
