• Julieta (10/5): Linda estadía ! - El personal muy atento y simpático. Queda cerca de todos los lugares de interés, se puedo ir tranquilamente caminando. Todo está limpio y ordenado.
• Ofir (8/5): Budget histel in the historic center - Location and price! Bed had clean sheets, light, outlet and locker. My yake is that if you can afford to pay about €7 more.. you might get a place where you'll feel a bit more comfortable with more vibe. If you want to save - in the end all was good and it's a great value hostel. Nothing was bad really. The place actually meets the minimum level to be appropriate. However, that's not your typical backpacker hostel.. roommates weren't travelers which isn't a good mix. I arrived around 8 pm and it felt a bit wierd to have that couple in the room. Lockers seemed very easy to break. Olace has a patio, but lack of common spaces.. needs chairs, sofas etc.

• Lopez (7/5): - No hubo desayuno,dijeron que no sabían porque los promocionaban con desayuno La actitud del chico que nos recibió fue poco amable y como que todo lo que le decíamos o preguntabamos le molestaba,la habitación de mis amigas se reservo con dos camas y solo tenía una,hasta el día siguiente que insistimos les pusieron otra cama pero medio molestos,cerca hay un antro que está con música a todo volumen y no dejan dormir y aunque eso no es responsabilidad del hostal debería hablar con los del bar y hacerles ver qué les perjudica ,en fin hubo varios malos detalles que si ellos quieren pueden mejorarlos

C’est la meilleure chambre niveau qualité prix que j’ai réservé de mon voyage, tout est propre ! Possibilité de cuisiner sa nourriture. Tout est parfait

• Ewa (8/5): - Przyjemny hotel w centrum miasta. Pokój przestronny i czysty. Łazienka bez fajerwerków, ale też w porządku. Choć przydałby się dłuższa zasłonka, bo przy kąpieli woda spływa na podłogę. Poza tym ok, jakość adekwatna do ceny. Niestety problem z komunikacją w języku angielskim, ale to standard w Meksyku. Co nas bardzo niemiło zaskoczyło, to zamykanie wejścia do hotelu o godzinie 20 i konieczność dzwonienia na recepcję z prośbą o otwarcie drzwi. To samo rano. Godzina 8 to nie jest na tyle wcześnie, żeby nie było nikogo na recepcji...

• Monica (8/5): I will choose it again - Very good location, near all the attractions and very close to Analco Station. Staff helpful and friendly. Big room, clean shared bathroom, good shower. kitchen good for cooking. If you choose the room with shared bathroom you have the bathroom quite far away from the room so if you have to go in the middle of the night it’s a bit annoying.
• Fabrice (8/5): Très bon rapport qualité/prix - Excellent qualité/prix. Grande chambre avec deux lits. Les WC et la douche sont collectifs et étaient bien propres. Situation géographique au top, dans le quartier historique. L'hôtel ferme à 20h00 et ouvre à 08h00. Dans ce laps de temps, il faut appeler l'agent de sécurité qui se charge de vous ouvrir la porte.

• Kitty Pinkers (7/5): Prachtig hotel maar wel opgesloten. - Het is echt een hele mooie locatie in Puebla en een prachtig hotel. Heke ruime kamer, groot bed, heerlijke douche en alles zag er goed uit. Ten eerste: we moesten vroeg opstaan en wilden dus ook vroeg gaan slapen. Laten ze een band ( met blazers en slagwerk etc) voor onze deur oefenen vanaf 21.30 tot 22.45. ( wellicht nog langer als wij niets hadden gezegd. Ten tweede: je moet bellen of appen als je na 20.00 of vroeg in de ochtend eruit wilt. Toen we in de ochtend om 7.00 belden geen gehoor. Nogmaals en toen zagen we dat de telefoon bij de receptie lag maar niemand aanwezig. We zaten dus opgesloten en konden er niet uit om onze gereserveerde bus naar CDMC te halen!!!

• Elena (6/5): Buena ubicación, lugar peculiar - Location El sitio era muy extraño.. yo solo vi a una persona barriendo el patio, un grupo de chicos fumando cuando fui a hacer el check in y uno de ellos se levantó con poco ánimo a ayudarme y dijo que lo hiciera más tarde . No me dieron llave de la habitación ni tampoco había un locker donde dejar mi mochila.. dormí sola pero ponía que estaba lleno... yo personalmente como solo traveller no repetiría

• david (5/5): Very basic, but very economical - Quiet, large space. It’s locked down quite early every night at 8pm and we had to phone night guard to let us in. No communal areas. No shared kitchen (unlike how it’s advertised). Parking is per night (not per stay, as advertised). It’s quite basic. The toilet paper is outside, not in cubicle.

• Isabelle (7/5): - Das Zimmer mit Mikrowelle und TV mit YouTube liegt im 1. Stock eines Innenhofs. Innerhalb weniger Gehminuten befindet man sich in der Altstadt. Die Möbel aus ungebeiztem Sperrholz wirken eher schäbig und der gekachelte Fussboden aufgrund von Flecken schmutzig, obwohl er es nicht war.
• Angelica (1/5): NO LO RECOMIENDO - No me gustó, encontraras un lugar lleno de humedad y descuidado al 100%, no es un hostal solo adaptaron con camas el espacio para sacar dinero, no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto, ir a un hostal por muy barato que sea jamás tiene uno que pasarla mal y ( no tiene que ser malo ) nunca me había topado con algo así, principalmente estuve en el cuarto "solo mujeres" obviamente no había gente de lo malo que es, a la par estaba el cuarto de hombres y estos cuartos estan super escondidos, las bañeras literalmente no sacaban agua y mucho menos agua caliente es increíble no sacaba agua mas que una línea chiquita ni siquiera un chorro era una linea de agua, era imposible bañarse, me tuve que lavar el cuerpo y lavar el pelo en el lavamanos, en el cuarto de hombres no había nadie más que una persona, que lleva viviendo ahí meses y que pide dinero en las calles de puebla, no se baña huele mal y obviamente hay muchas quejas de el da demasiado miedo, y más por que no hay seguridad, me tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto porqué el señor se quedo afuera de mi puerta diciendo (hola) varias veces, era una pesadilla no se podia ir ni al baño porqué tenías que toparlo afuera, tuvieron que ir por mi para cambiarme de cuarto y me cambiaron porqué literalmente está vacío todo el lugar y al cuarto que me cambiaron era una bomba de humedad horrible ( de repente había agua y aveces no ) hay camas en el techo y lo peor es la humedad está increíblemente fuerte el tema de humedad, cómo es posible que un humano pueda dar a rentar esos cuartos tipo "hostal" el precio no es una justificación " de que es barato" y su justificación es de si quieres algo fino " paga más" pero no es el punto de un hostal, para los que viajan mucho el hostal es una opción muy buena y barata hay reglamentos, la gente es amable, hay áreas comunes y incluso uno sale a veces con amistades, la encargada me dijo que uno se puede encontrar hasta un loco, loca o no sé que tipo de persona al ir a... Todo el lugar es horrible

• GB (10/5): Very quiet and comfortable budget hotel - When I arrived, I was told that the room I had booked was undergoing repairs. A quick call to the manager solved the problem, since she offered me an upgrade. The hotel is conveniently located and my room was extremely quiet, very comfortably furnished, bright and clean.

Las camas son demasiado duras... Incómodas y molestas El baño deja mucho que decir, no estaba en malas condiciones pero esperaba algo mejor.

• Luz Stella (9/5): Excelente lugar. - Para nosotros todo estuvo conforme a la descripción, el lugar fue muy central. Realizamos el checking muy tarde y hubo una persona pendiente de nuestra llegada. Al realizar checkout nos guardaron las maletas por un costo mínimo. Todo estuvo bien

• Ti (9/5): Excellent - Spacious room. Felt greater value for money than what was paid. Standards of bed and ceiling seemed more like a hotel, daily housekeeping available on request. Very comfortable and room seemed well thought of when it came to design and practicality. Warm showers were great. Big trash bins provided in bathroom and bedroom. Location is great and close to the town centre. One of the best rooms for its price. Rigid policies. Dubious upselling of a more expensive room when we tried to extend our stay. A surcharge for additional pax exceeding the cost listed on the advertised room rate even for 2 pax was attempted to be imposed on us, which was very strange. Queen's room was perfect, but the family room had a tiny sink and unseparated shower space, which would wet the whole tiny bathroom. Unreliable staff who said she would open the front door for us during our early morning departure but failed to do so.

• Momo (7/5): The location was very good. - It’s located near zocalo. One lady staff working for night shift was very kind. It was hard to go upstairs and downstairs with a suitcase. There were some mosquitos. The wall wasn’t clean.

The parking next door was also excellent, there was a door directly into the hostel from the parking. We had to pay 50 pesos. The hostel was a beautiful old building The kitchen was a bit old and with limited facilities, but still serviceable. The lounge next to the kitchen was a bit stinky, bit still OK. But it is what you expect from a hostel so nothing too unusual
• Gabriela (1/5): Don't recommend it - Location ok Receptionist is rude, arrogant and unwelcoming, claimed the place was overbooked and he had no more availability, however he refused to cancel on his side and said I will be charged anyways. This place is a scam, staff very unwelcoming, worst staff ever, they hate ppl, should not run a hostel. Bunks beds are very short, you will hit your head against the upper bunk, or the roof if you are in the upper bunk. The dorm is tiny. The terrace is nice but they lock it. They enter the room before 12, they dnt let you sleep. I stayed here one time before because the location is ok, but forget it, U can find a better place. Even the cleaning woman is so rude. I told her "good morning" and didn't get a reply, but got many dirty looks from her. The staff of this place seems to have mental health issues, that's too bad, but then do IT or something, dnt deal with ppl. Even if you leave your luggage for one hour, they want to charge you 50 mx, that's crazy and a scam. And the place isn't social at all.. Bad.

• Beruta (4/5): Great location but shabby hotel - The positives were it was a great location, easy walking distance to main sights & restaurants & bars. It had really good water pressure & lots of hot water. The room had a very big TV with Netflix. The WiFi was good. The place was quite shabby & the rooms looked like they were furnished from a flea market. There was very little hanging space. Although the water pressure was great, the bathroom was so small that the whole bathroom was flooded after a shower. The whole building was quite shabby & cold. Would I stay here again…no. Would I recommend it…no.
