De asemenea asigurarea locului de parcare interior la subsolul blocului. Gazda saritoare si foarte amabila. Aici traversezi strada si ajungi pe plaja cu nisip fin si intrare lina in apa. In genaral aproape peste tot in afara de Lek puteti plati cu Euro. As recomanda sa se informeze clientul de plata cash la locatie. (eu credeam ca imi ia banii de pe card). Nu recomand sa va folositi de bancomate, au comision foarte mare. Sunt cam scam. Practic mai platiti o zi de cazare in plus, cum ar veni.

Apartment was in very good condition, clean, good with sea view, air conditioned with TV and Wi-Fi. One of the first thing what I’m looking when I go at some place is clean room and this was one of them. Also all the property looks very good. Breakfast was included in my package and also food was delicious and owners there were very nice and friendly. I’ll recommend to my friend and cousins, definitely worth for the money. It was a little bit of a struggle to find it, but the manager came down after one message and then everything went smoothly. Also the area is very busy and noisy, but that's not the hotel's fault.

What really made the stay special was our host, Mondi. He was incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with anything we needed. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel at home. He was always available if we had any questions. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Shengjin, and I hope to come back again. Thank you, Mondi, for the amazing hospitality!

We arrived 30 minutes late but wasn't an issue and had the option of leaving at any time as the room was free the next day. Not a a big deal, however next building under construction, no one can do much about it. The work didn't bother us at all.

It is literally meters from the beach but the best thing must be the hosts. Family run business. Roxhensi and his dad. They were the nicest and most humble people, always available for any assistance and question that we had. They treated us more like friends than customers. When we were checking out, they invited us to talk to them about our travels and have a coffee (free of charge). I honestly don't ever think I will get the same treatment from another host. Amazing experience! I enjoyed every aspect of my stay. I have no complaints

He was always offering his help, asking how we were doing, if everything was ok and we were satisfied. Inside the apartment everything was new, nice, clean and functional. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. We would have appreciated more equipment in the kitchen, but even so everything was sufficient and we could cook our own food. I cannot think of anything else negative.

Arnold (10/5): Best in town. - It is a well located and well equiped apartment. Our host Mondi was very nice to us. He and his family made our holiday very special. They have helped us in eveything and they were asking us very activly if we need something. Even during our stay we wanted to wash our clothes and they just moved a washing machine into our apartment. I do recommend this accomodation to everyone. Ps: super clean everything. We are sure that if we will come back to Shengjin we will only choose they apartments. I can’t mention anything.

Liridon (10/5): View of the sea was WOW... - On the day of the reservation, we arrived late in the afternoon, the owner Mondi was waiting for us after we contacted the arrival time on the phone. The apartment was easy to find. The owner Mondi was very welcoming, after we parked the car in the facility's garage, he sent us to the apartment. The apartment was fantastic while the terrace and the view of the sea was WOW, you have to go visit it to see for yourself 😁.
Vlade (10/5): Exceptional - The view from the terrace was exceptional, specially the sunsets and the dance of the waves. Mondi's hospitality and available was top notch. Parking in the basement gave us peace of mind. Excellent location near restaurants, pizzerias and beach bars. There was an ongoing construction near the property. Not a big deal for us, as we spent most of the day outdoors. The evenings and nights were peaceful though.

Piotr (9/5): Superb - Perfect location, very close to the beach, restaurants and shops. A beautiful view of the sea from all windows, comfortable flat with the lift. Very nice service in the apartment, good contact with the owner who was very helpful and nice. Poor kitchen equipment, no mirror and no hairdryer. Poor parking space at the beginning of the stay (two cars packed tightly in one parking space). After negotiations with the owner of the apartment exchanged into more comfortable one.

Vladm (10/5): Exceptional - These are excellent apartments with beautiful sea views. Waking up in the morning you can feel like you are in a lighthouse by the sea. If you want this, then come here. And the most important thing is the owner of these apartments! He personally met us in the middle of the night, helped us with a taxi, with car rental and much more. You can always turn to him and he will come up with something. Albania is a very beautiful country and very kind and sympathetic people live in it.

We're already planning next trip! Mosquitos were a pain, just pack repellant and you'll be fine
