- Jaehyung (10/5): 따뜻하고 완벽한 숙소 - 아침식사 : 죽여줌. 조식 뷔페가 아주 깔끔하고, 주방이 전체 개방형태인데, 엄청 깔끔함. 숙소: 다다미방 특유의 그윽한 냄새와, 아주 정갈하고 완벽한 어메니티. 따뜻하고 포근한 이불. 온천: 완벽함. 깔끔하고, 온천수의 수질도 좋으며, 노천탕은 낭만 그 자체임. 노천탕에서 나는 특유의 향기와 꽃나무에서 나는 시트론향이 아주 좋음. 위치: 도고온천 바로 뒤. 접근성 아주 좋음. 부대시설: 8시부터 하는 작은 바가 완벽할정도의 칵테일을 타줌. 아무래도 숙소 내부에 목조를 사용하다 보니, 조금의 생활때가 있음. 그래도 그거 제외하면 완벽함. (애초에 해당 사항을 완벽하게 제거할수 있는 숙소나 있긴 한가?)

- Renae (8/5): - The location and rooftop onsen is fantastic. Regarding the food: My family enjoyed the variety available at the buffet dinner, a mix of western and Japanese foods. I have coeliac disease so I couldn't eat much of the food, so when the restaurant prepared a gluten free meal for me I was really surprised. Thank you so much. The bathrooms in the rooms are a bit dated and small, but thankfully there are beautiful onsens that you can use instead.

We forgot two items at the hotel, and the staff looked diligently to find them and mail them to us. There were no non-smoking rooms to reserve, but the staff had made sure that there was no odor in our room. The shuttle service was exceptional.

- William (10/5): Our favorite place to stay in Japan. - It combines the charm of a traditional ryokan with the amenities of a modern, more western style hotel. Excellent food and friendly, helpful staff, always ready to meet your needs. Add to that an outdoor, rooftop onsen and you have everything you need. Next door to the famous Dogo Onsen, a nice shopping arcade and bus and tram spots and its location can’t be beat.
