• Thomas (10/5): - Lovely and clean room with a fridge and balcony. The bed was good and the location was just up the main road from seafront, about 20 minute walk but was nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle. The staff are really nice and friendly, I think it's a family run guesthouse. Even rented a bike from them as well. Excellent value for money. Would definitely stay again.

The showerhead were pointing towards the top that we are washing our hands in however are we supposed to take a shower and there isn’t even any places to place our toiletries in the bathroom. there were ants on the ground.

• Lyudmila (8/5): - The location is very good, all you need is very close. 17 min walk to the beach. The room has never been cleaned for the whole week. I once met a cleaner on the stairs and asked her to take the trash out as it was overflowing already. Maybe one had to ask for the room to be cleaned, no idea. Check out time: on the booking they state 11.00, in the room they have rules pasted on the wall with all explanations etc. the check out time there is 12.00. It is confusing - either remove or update the rules in the room that guests are referred to on the day of the arrival
• Jana arij (10/5): Good value stay with a convenient location, comfortable room, and helpful staff - Pretty decent stay for what you pay. It’s about a 20-minute walk to Ao Nang Beach, but Grab bikes are only 30 baht anyway. The bed was comfy, aircon was cold, and the room was clean with a nice-smelling blanket. Housekeeping also cleaned my room during my stay. Felt safe as a solo traveler. It’s next to a 7-Eleven with an ATM and has lots of restaurants nearby. Easy to find too since the property is on Google Maps. Mostly small issues, but nothing that affected my stay. The staff were very kind and helpful. -The mirror is placed on the back of the bathroom door -would be better inside the room -The bathroom has no surface to place toiletries; a small table or shelf would help. -A hair dryer would be a nice addition

• Nejc (8/5): Primerna cena - Na splošno je nastanitev zelo v redu. Osebje je bilo prijazno, soba je dovolj prostorna. Postelja je bila udobna, v sobi je klima in hladilnik, imela sva tudi balkon, voda v kopalnici je bila topla. V bližini se nahaja 7-eleven, pralnica perila in vse ostalo kar potrebujete, do plaže je 15 minut peš. Cena je res primerna za to nastanitev. Najbolj me je zmotila kopalnica, ki bi zares potrebovala obnovo. Nikjer ni nobene police, kamor ni lahko odložil stvari, tudi obešalnik za brisače je slab. Nad umivalnikom ni ogledala. Odtok je čisto na drugi strani kot tuš, ko se tuširaš je cela kopalnica mokra. Okna zelo slabo tesnijo, zato se sliši ves hrup s ceste.
• Thomas (10/5): Sehr einfache, bequeme und saubere Unterkunft in guter Lage. - Das Zimmer war sehr sauber mit funktionierender Klimaanlage. Das Bett war bequem und groß. Ausreichend großes Badezimmer mit Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen. Am Abreisetag konnten wir unser Gepäck bis am Abend zwischenlagern, das Personal (ich denke Familienbetrieb) war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wer eine günstige Möglichkeit zum Übernachten sucht liegt hier richtig. Wir sind nur eine Nacht geblieben, könnte mir hier aber auch mehr Nächte vorstellen. Preis und Leistung stimmt zu 100%. Nichts!
• Jordan (10/5): CLEAN CLOSE TO KRABI AND GREAT PRICE - Comfortable bed Clean And extremely affordable If you want to be near the beach but happy to walk 15/20 mins stay here it is also located near restaurants which are a lot more cheaper than the ones buy the beach 7/11 is next door and some nice cafes for breakfast staff are really nice too super cheap for a good stay. I’ve been to Krabi many times and this was my favourite place No private bathroom outside of the rooms - would be great if there was a single toilet for guest to use
• Federica (6/5): Adatto solo a chi viaggia con budget ridotto e senza pretese. - Sistemazione economica a 20 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Ao Nang perlopiù adatta a backpackers e chi viaggia con budget ridotto (circa 20€ a notte per una camera doppia con bagno privato). Servizi inclusi: asciugamani bagno, wifi, shampoo e saponetta, frigorifero in camera, aria condizionata e balconcino privato. Ventilatore su richiesta. Essendo vicina alla moschea la preghiera delle 5.30 di mattina vi sveglierà, per cui occorre assolutamente usare un buon paio di tappi per orecchie. Il letto e i cuscini erano molto scomodi. Non c’era lenzuolo ma solo una trapunta. C’era un solo bidone dell’immondizia usato per buttare carta igienica sporca e tutto il resto, che durante il soggiorno non è mai stato cambiato (4 giorni).

• Mollie (9/5): Enjoyable, comfortable stay. - The location was great. Lots of eateries nearby and 30 seconds away from 7/11. The room was comfortable and had everything you need. Can’t really complain for how reasonably priced it was. You can rent a motorbike from the property which is very convenient. We had a balcony which I loved. A little bit loud in the morning, as it’s near the mosque 🕌 I love cats and it’s nice that they have some in the hotel. The only thing I’d say is it smelt like cat wee in the corridor.

• Abbie (8/5): Great value for money - Was a lovely spacious room, with good air con and wifi. Location was also good with plenty of restaurants and bars nearby. The beds were quite hard to sleep on.

• Charlotte (10/5): Lovely family, lovely room all you need - Honestly such a lovely lovely family who run this hotel. At first our aircon didn’t work when we arrived and they took their one from the reception to fix ours straight away. Clean and spacious rooms just as the photos show, in a quieter part of the main tourist area. Easy to rent a scooter from them as well which was helpful! Such a welcoming hug staying here and their baby was very very sweet !

It's quiet. 7Eleven is very close by and there are some nice cafes nearby. It's a family-owned accommodation, so don't expect much luxury. The entrance is pretty average. Walking to the beach isn't very convenient. From the outside, it doesn't inspire you to say what a nice place it is. But the price and quality are pretty good.

AC working ok. good to stay for one or two nights if you only need a place to sleep. very noisy from the street, no room cleaning, no duvet cover which feels unhygienic. the reception area could really be arranged better, it looks messy. also birds kept in small cages
• Issobella (8/5): Very good - the room here was lovely you have a big space, wardrobe, balcony with chairs and a table, a fridge, tv although no english channels but not a problem! bathroom was a big area much nicer than other places we have stayed in thailand! , the location is good, short walk down to ao nang beach maybe 20 minutes, great restaurants nearby and 7-11 is literally next door! staff were all friendly to us and they have some very cute friendly cats:) the room was also cleaned whilst we stayed which was nice :) only fault with this property is we found after the first day that when you have the light on in the bathroom (starting the extractor fan) there becomes a bad sewage smell it was very unpleasant however we just tried to keep the door shut and light off and there was air freshener in the room so it didnt impact our stay much!

• Moira (9/5): Yes, I would return here. - Great clean comfortable room. Nice balcony, always a bonus to have extra space outside to sit comfortably. Lovely friendly Thai family to look after you and your needs. Would definitely return here when I'm next in Ao Nang. Slightly out from all the bars, but that was a positive for me. Close enough to walk to though if that is your thing.

No problem recommending - We had a very pleasant stay at this guest house and enjoyed our time there even though it wasn't very long, it was exactly what we needed. Great location close to everything. Very comfortable beds. Good sized room with a mini-fridge as well. Quiet and peaceful. We also really appreciated how helpful the staff were. Super convenient renting a motorcycle from them as well and at a great price. We had stayed here before and that's why we decided to come back because we knew what to expect. If we had any "complaint" it might be the actual "size" of the bathroom compared to the rest of the room. Plus the only mirror was on the back of the door. So nothing in front of the sink where you would expect to have a mirror. Plus the water pressure in the shower was terrible. But probably an easy fix.

• Mohammad (9/5): Great location, affordable scooter rentals, and a balcony view - The hotel owner also offers scooter rentals, and I got my first rental in Thailand from her at a very reasonable rate! The hotel is in a fantastic location, with a 7/11 and a burger shop right next to it. Ao Nang Beach and the bustling area are just a 5-minute scooter ride away. Oh yeah, they room had a balcony with a view too! Overall, this stay was an absolute blast—enjoyed every bit of it! I found the room a bit smaller compared to other hotels I stayed at during my Thailand trip. But aside from that, I have no complaints!

The hotel was very shady and looked very low quality. Their check out time is inconvenient and they kept shouting just because we were a little late.

• Salma (1/5): Disappointing Stay with Unpleasant Sewage Odour and Terrible AC - Visually, the rooms are nice. Local food is nearby. We frequently dealt with a strong sewage smell, which, as mentioned in other reviews, was a significant problem. Initially, I didn’t think it would be as bad, but upon arrival, the smell was unavoidable and as unpleasant as described. After staying for 4 nights, our room was only cleaned on the 3rd night, and we had to specifically request that something be done about the sewage odour. Unfortunately, it was only addressed temporarily, and the smell returned after about an hour. Additionally, we had issues with a malfunctioning AC unit. Resolving the issue with the owner was challenging, as he seemed quite annoyed by the situation and the need to call a technician, which made the process even more frustrating. Do not stay here for more than 2 nights.

• Yerling (10/5): Exceptional - The location of the hotel is excellent, everything is super clean. We arrived to check in a little late and the girl from the hotel waited for us. We had a balcony. There are some kittens in the hotel that are super beautiful and adorable ♥️♥️😻😻 In front of the hotel they sell the best soups I have tried in all of Thailand for only two euros. You can't hear the noise from outside...everything works excellent. The only thing I didn't like is that there are some birds in some cages 😥
