• iida (7/5): ゆっくりと過ごせた。 - 温泉は清潔感が有り、見晴らしの良いところに有りました。入っていて心地よかったです。 部屋も広く大きな窓が有りイメージ写真そのもののお部屋でとても満足しました。 廊下が薄暗かった。 どうしても、ロケーションに廃墟が入ってしまう。 悲しい現実が見えてしまう。

• Mario (3/5): Avoid this run down, overpriced money grabbing dive! - The view was ok. The location was close to the city's main attraction, the staircase. The establishment is very old and poorly maintained. Carpets very dirty. Ceiling falling down in some places. Broken tile around the main bath area - a serious health hazard. The private bath cost ¥2,700 yen per 45 minutes and was located on the ground floor - no view, when you opened the window you looked into a storage area - no privacy, the storage area was adjacent to the ping pong table area, where other guests were talking very loudly. Food was low quality, served all at once and meager in quantity. Worst Ryokan I've ever stayed in. Over priced about ¥40,000 half board... They even charged ¥600 for a bucket of ice, served in a plastic pitcher, because management had locked the ice buckets for the evening.

Beautiful meals and wonderful for those wanting a Japanese hotel experience Onsen hours were a little short. Free coffee 👍 was only offered 8~9:00am 👎

• KAZUHIKO (10/5): 満足しました。 - やや昔ながらの温泉旅館という感じですが、お風呂も良く、食事も満足できるものでした。 高台にあるので眺望も抜群です。朝風呂を浴びながら朝日を見ることが出来ました。 空調の調整が細かくできないのがちょっと難点です。（冬とかコタツがあるとうれしいな）

• Verified traveler (2/5): 温泉街が閑散としている。 - 喫煙の部屋で匂いとほこりが浮遊していて、アレルギーの症状が数分で出ました。 マスクしてないと居られなかった。 部屋は広くお風呂も素敵だったが、素泊まりで当日予約にしたため食事が出来ない状態でした。 近くの店は射的しか営業してなくて、コンビニもなく、ホテルにラーメンしかないと言われ夕方も朝もたべれませんでした。 素泊まりプランはご注意ください。 朝だけでも現金で食べたかったです。

• Andrea (10/5): Very nice Japanese style hotel with onsen - Shin Ki is in very good and comfortable condition for an older establishment. Our room was spotless with fresh tatami and excellent block-out shutters. Free wi-fi in all rooms and all Tokyo TV channels are available. The onsens are huge with spacious dry floor changing areas that include various foot massage machines and a massage chair. The service was excellent.
• SHUN YUAN (10/5): 性價比不錯的好飯店 - 感覺是間有些歷史的溫泉飯店,但是溫泉設施挺新的,房間也很舒適～早餐是單間的會席料理,份量十足～ 服務人員也很親切～地點雖然不是在主要緊點旁邊但是走路也不太遠,只體來說是間預算不用太高依然很值得一住的好飯店！

• Verified traveler (8/5): 懐かしい伊香保 - 富岡製紙場に、行って見たかったので地理的に知覚宿泊しました。伊香保は40年前に来たことがあります。その当時と比べ廃虚となったホテル、旅館が多く見受けられましたが、平日に行った事でゆったりと温泉につかることが出来ました。
